Terrible customer service with the employee Sam horrible she makes the store look bad owner should replace her loosing customers if she still works there. Called over the phone and it’s like she doesn’t work with you asked her what I needed before coming in when I got there she told me I needed the ring in store when I specifically asked her what I needed to get before coming, only told me receipts got there coming from a different town and told me I NEEDED THE RING IN STORE wasted my time and Gass ain’t cheap now a days now I have to wait till NOVEMBER who knows what day cause she doesn’t know when my ring will get there exactly. I asked this Sam person how about me changing the ring to gold she said will assist me when the darn ring is in. SHE DID NOT WANT TO WORK with me, highly recommend asking for a different person.UPDATE: highly recommend working with luis! He’s the best worker there, definitely cares for his customers and he can definitely convince me on getting anything in there love how he works! He explains everything and such a sweet person. And my situation is being fixed 😊 THANK YOU LUIS!

I had the most amazing shopping experience with Kays Jewelers. Anna is awesome. She found the ring of dreams in FL. This was after searching multiple stores. She has it shipped to Meriden where I picked it up. Thank you Anna for being so accommodating! 💫🏆🥇

Going back for the third time now because they cant locate the ring we were told would be rush ordered 3 weeks ago. Oh, and it was going to be rush ordered because they never ordered it the first time when they said they would, 8 weeks ago. Honest to god these people dont know what they are doing. I ha e never had this much trouble with a company in my entire life. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

After the horror story that was getting my engagement band from a different store(not kays). I CANNOT day enough great things about this Kay’s & the manager Rocco!! He treated us like family. We originally went in weeks ago and picked rings last night when we went to order them he not only remembered us. He remembered the rings we picked and our sizes. He’s very knowledgeable in this field. He can easily make you laugh and feel at ease about such a big important decision. We will definitely be going back to see Rocco with any jewelry needs we have! Hands down best customer service experience!

Aghh. Submitted Neil lane ring for repair. One representative gave me estimate for one price, another one gave me another price and when I came to pick it up - price was twice of what they told me. Extra star for good repair. Otherwise it would be 1 star. Next time I will go to local jeweler and fix it for 10% of the price they gave me for their ring that needed repair.

My fiancé and I had a great experience at Kays. we went to just look at wedding bands not expecting to buy any that day. We met with one of their employees Mary who helped us look at some. There was never any pressure to buy and she was very attentive to what we were looking for. We happened to find great rings for a great price. Mary also helped us pick out necklaces for our brides maids. I highly recommend them for their quality customer service and jewlery.

Terrible service. The staff dont even move to say hello. I left after half an hour of standing in the middle of the store without even being acknowledged. Every other Jewlery store in the Westfield mall has better service.

I bought a diamond ring for my wife for which i paid 1700$, it only lasted for 5 months!!! One of the diamonds fell out of the ring. After paying this much for the ring, if diamond comes out of the ring within a year you can think of the quality. When i went back to store with complain they did replace diamond free of cost. But was it really free!!! Not really, They charged me 80 dollars in the name of labor cost. Obviously it was an indirect way of charging customers. Will never go again to Kay and neither i recommend anyone to go their.

Ever since Rocco left the place has gone down hill.Every time I come in to pick up my ring they seem to misplace it and can’t find it. Every. Single. Time.Why is everything unorganized?And all management can say is I can’t answer for the person who called you to say the ring was in? Smh. This place needs serious help.

A good friend of mine was contacted for employment by the GM Sher Papapiertro. She told her I think you would be a great candidate but tu have to go to the website and reapply. She applied for the job a month prior. Sher tells her oh you have to reapply because applications get stagnant. So she went back to reapply was booted out of the site three times and the site gave pure grief. She contacted Sher to let her know. Sher tells her I will talk to IT and get back to you. Sher never got back to her. She was able to however login to the site using another link. It stated she applied for the job already - So why did the GM tell her to reapply which wasted a few hours of her time? Anyhow she called the store and spoke to one of the associates he said her name was in the system already ( why did Sher tell you to apply again? ) he also said he would get back to her. He never did. She contacted Sher again to let her know she spoke to the associate ( Sher ignored all her texts and emails) which is disrespectful. Finally, within a week she hears back from Sher - who tells her oh we hired another candidate. How disrespectful and rude to contact my friend tell her shes a great fit tell her to reapply - make her go through all that grief then to be told we hired someone else, Makes no sense and thank you Shar, for wasting her time and showing disrespect. Its a blessing she doesnt work for Kays ( which I see they have bad reviews.) Im happy she isnt employed here - after such rudeness and disrespect - I dont reccomend anyone to apply or shop at Kays
