I had been having issues with my furnace and was referred to Roman Oil. After a full detailed inspection we decided the best course of action was to replace the boiler and the oil tank. Kevin was amazing and walked me through everything step by step and was extremely patient with my questions. The office staff are always friendly and great to work with. Lastly, the employees who came out to do the install went above and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough about Roman oil…If you are looking for the best of the best call Roman Oil! I will never use anyone else ever again.

Roman Oil is great. I have been with them since I moved to my neighborhood in 1999. They have been so wonderful over the years. Very understanding if youre going through difficult situations like I was over the last 7 years. Cant say enough about them. They even put in my current furnace years ago. They are just a super company, with super staff.

Today I had my first service on my furnace and hot water heater with Roman Oil - Annual maintenance.The serviceman arrived on time and began working in the basement abiding by all the COVID guidelines. He was thorough and professional. He went above and beyond, in my opinion, cleaning both units, correcting the problems he encountered, and made sure my furnace and hot water heater is in tip top condition. Then before he left, he cleaned up my basement so it looked like he had never been there.Highly recommend

Fast forward 2 years to my original review about Roman Oil. With record setting heat and the sheer abuse we are all putting on our A/C systems I had a motor blow on the unit I purchased from Roman Oil 3 summers ago. It happens, but what matters is the service and whether or not a company backs up their products. Well Im here to say Roman Oil does! My a/c went down at 3am and the motor was rebuilt and back up and running at 11am!! During a heat wave the temperature in my house never rose above 74 degrees before Roman Oil had it repaired!! Whats more impressive when we called them we got a call back inside of 10 minutes and its a Saturday!! Wow!! There is no reason to ever consider using another company because its impossible to improve on ROMAN OIL!!Anytime a homeowner takes on a major expense like replacing a central air conditioning and furnace unit there is a certain amount of uncertainty and uneasiness involved. The team from Roman Oil put both my wife and I at ease with their professionalism and ability to accurately quote and follow through on the timeline they gave us. The price was competitive, the job was clean and detailed and most importantly EXACTLY as promised. Im now lifelong customer that just enjoyed a cool and comfortable summer! Thank you Roman Oil!

We switched in Nov to Roman Oil and I thank God we did! We had an issue in Nov that our other company refused to come out for so we had to call Roman at 3:45 on a Fri, they stayed late to set us up and sent a tech out first thing Sat morning! Then in January our oil line snapped and spilled allllll over the basement. They came out on Sunday and fixed it by Monday and it was ALL COVERED!!! Also my last company kept pressuring us to replace our unit, but Roman doesnt agree so I trust them because they arent trying to just sell you something you dont need to replace! Oil has been a huge point of stress in my life with the last company and I feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief now that we have Roman oil on our side!

Long time customer, quality full service oil company. I went out of state yesterday and had a problem with a boiler in a rental property. Roman Oil came and replaced the boiler in one day. I had forgot about the problem until I received a text message and picture in the afternoon that everything was done. That is why I use Roman Oil. Multi Generational Local Company with Quality Service and Reputation. Remember you get what you pay for.

My wife and I made a random choice to try another oil company for delivery and service. Roman was an eye opener. Not only did they clean and check places our previous company didnt, they found not one, but two major sources of danger (holes in flu pipe, and a fire danger regarding the previous homeowners building practices). In the end, we decided to completely remove the old furnace and start over from the beginning. Kevin and his crew were excellent. Im gonna get straight to to the point....started out a little rough with the call..... but got transferred to i think her name was Julie Roman....she took care of the problem relizrea i needed oil and fix the problem.... courteous...kept her cool and at the end of the call made sure the customer was happy....thats great customer service!!!!Thank you very well appreciated!!!!!

My fiance n I bought a home this past fall (2018) I googled oil companies near me and ROMAN OIL was the first to pop up especially with a 5 star rating ☆☆☆☆☆...we chose them but then not long after we were having problems with our hot water (hot water only lasted literally a min)...they ☆☆☆☆☆ came out to check (guy was very knowledgeable and also gave us advice) he told us ☆☆☆☆☆ we needed some work done on our furnace...alot of stuff was fixed/replaced it took this other guy at least half a day....he was extremely ☆☆☆☆☆ pleasant to have in our house for that length of time...not kidding you! he also gave us advice....we paid a very ☆☆☆☆☆ reasonable price for all this work and ever since then we have been able to take our long hot showers without complaining....our oil has ALWAYS been ☆☆☆☆☆delivered on time....never a complaint...we also met the oil man n he too was pleasant and of course ☆☆☆☆☆ he DIDNT mess up our driveway like other drivers from different companies have done...then just recently I went there to get a copy of my oil bill because I needed this notorized for ☆☆☆☆ some business I was doing and I was upset because not only did I need a copy of this oil bill but I needed literally half my life notorized so ☆☆☆☆☆ as this bill was being printed I mentioned to the staff that I was having trouble finding a notory public and guess what? they also notarize!!!!! U have ☆☆☆☆☆ no idea how happy I was....I mustve visited them at least 5 times just to have stuff notorized....they did not get frustrated doing this for me especially since I went more than a few times...they were also close ☆☆☆☆☆ to closing one day and waited for me...many businesses Ive been to have had miserable employees, always on their phones, talking with their coworkers, not ☆☆☆☆☆ paying attention to you, they find it hard to greet u as u walk in....and the ☆☆☆☆☆ list goes on....NOT ROMAN OIL!!!! When i first bought my house i was trying to stay local. I call roman oil i didnt like how the conversation was going the man i spoke with was interrogating me like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to used them for oil it was upward i have been at my house for 4years and i will never do be business with roman oil . They need me more than i need them lol but good luck i have used petro and standard and i have been very happy.
