I never have anything negative to say about Express oil. This is where I always go because they get me in and out and they never forget to refill my washer fluid, which is a huge pet peeve for me when Im getting my oil change and inspection. Definitely would have been five stars except the price has gone up a little bit. With $5 off for ladies day I still ended up paying $45.81 for an oil change. Walmart definitely would have been cheaper but I would have been sitting there for hours. So it just depends on how big of a hurry youre in but this place really is great

This is the best oil change place in town. Good people, veteran owned + discounts, discounts for women on Tuesdays, always helpful, trustworthy, quick and affordable. Only problem is how busy they are because theyre so in demand so my advice is to go in the morning for a shorter wait.

I was on my way to Jackson MS from Bham AL on a work trip and my cars transmission gave out on me at this exit. Thankfully Sean and his team at Express Oil Change in Meridian were able to detect the issue at hand with my truck. They were honoring in that they even called me after I had headed back to AL to let me know that my wrecker had arrived to pick up my truck. I hands down would recommend their service to anyone traveling along I-20! Great people, & rare find in customer service!

I stopped at the KFC here in forest Mississippi this evening an I ordered the chicken pot pie combo,,, small Mac & cheese and green beans....To my unexpected surprise, the lady said that they no longer serve green beans!! And Im like thats the ONLY vegetable that yall have, I simply said to myself,,, Id be damn.... but my overall experience and service was excellent,,,,, so Im giving them a 4 star rating...

Always great service provided by friendly employees. Reasonably priced for a full synthetic oil change on a large work truck. They always top off my windshield cleaner fluid and check the tire pressure. Would recommend to anyone.

Even with only one hour to go, these guys were still fast and efficient. Price is on par with other places. Can be a little tricky finding your way to the store (you can end up passing it or even accidentally getting on the interstate), but its a minor inconvenience for good service.

Well I tried to use this business...but apparently when you park and sit 10 minutes waiting for them, (not once but twice this happened-10-15 mins waited both times) they stand there continuing to talk like you arent there even though they eyeball you and see you there. There is no office to talk to anyone. No one came over to check to see if maybe I needed something. Will I have to travel to Quitman for an oil change? This is the third establishment I tried to have an oil change at and all were closed or had no one to do the service. Never got anyone to talk to me. So unprofessional. Typical Meridian customer service or lack thereof.

We were about to be stuck in Meridian while heading to Montgomery,AL for a soccer game when the Manager Sean or Shawn (didn’t get the spelling) saved the day. They were really busy and he didn’t really have time, but he got us going and we were able to get to Montgomery. Kudos to him and his team and a big thank you!

We were traveling from Texas to Alabama when our truck started making a strange noise. We pulled into their parking lot and were met immediately by a very friendly young man. He quickly figured out that a pebble was lodged in the brake area. He fixed it and didnt charge us (it took less than 5 minutes). We were completely at his mercy - he could have really taken advantage of us but he didnt. I appreciate the kindness shown us and will always give a shout out when I see integrity.

They do good work as far as tune ups, oil changes and suspension work. If you have a big job like an engine replacement, it will depend on how busy they are. They are normally very prompt and fairly reasonable.

We were hurricane Michael evacuees sheltering in Meridian. Our Ford had faulty lug nuts which were impossible to remove without specialized tools. We needed them changed before venturing back home as a flat tire was almost guaranteed within ground zero. The technicians at Express Oil Change had the lug nuts removed and replaced with solid lug nuts in less than two hours and at a fraction of the cost of what the dealership wanted to charge. They were professional and courteous. They put us in a better position to deal with our damaged home and for that I am grateful.

Great guys. So fast you dont have to get out if your car. They changed my oil, checked my car out and changed my battery in under 30 minutes. Changing out my battery is not easy. Its behind the passenger set under the floor board

Really irritated with this place. I came in to get my air conditioner serviced, thinking they would be honest people. First of all, they told me I needed a new compressor and it was going to be $650 for parts and labor. So I took my car home just to figure out that it was something completely different (and 10x cheaper) and they were just trying to take advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about cars. Secondly, the rubber caps underneath my hood were missing. Lastly, there was a piece of gum stuck to my door handle when I got back in my car. Most definitely will not be back!!

I don’t have to worry because all the guys at express oil that I have dealt with have treated me with respect. They break it down to me so that I can understand what’s going on and if I need something they can’t do they tell me. They also help with small things like replacing bulb to keep me from getting a ticket!!!

We were traveling from Houston,Tx and had to have the oil in the our diesel truck changed. They got us in and the oil change was quick.

Cheaper and easier shop to work with. They dont over price things or suggest parts you dont need. The oil changes are a bit pricier but you dont even have to get out of your car, just drive up and 10 minutes later youre on the road again. Friendly and patient faces there, even if you ask dumb questions (I know Ive asked a few...). Overall positive experience, recommended.

Good service great attention to detail, but have to give 3 stars cause when did an oil change price not cover the oil filter. Never in my life have I seen that you change oil and not filter but y’all charge 5 dollars extra for a filter. Idk if I’m going back ever

Just go here. The service is quick and they actually change the oil filter. They dont always check all of the fluid levels though. Definitely much better than most places that Ive used.

I had my water pump replaced and I now have water in my oil. It wasnt in oil before I had work done.

My wife and I were driving back home to Nashville when our car broke down. They looked over the car and told us what was wrong but we had to get back home for work. They couldn’t get the part in time but they made sure they did everything in their power to make sure we got home and didn’t charge us anything. I wish these guys were in Nashville I would take my car to them for everything. These guys are amazing.
