The employees are always working hard to help everyone. It was A very busy day at the balloon store- but everyone had smiles on their faces. I appreciate them for keeping a great attitude.

My niece and I were sent to buy balloons and ended up with a lot more. Its truly a great party store. The staff is very friendly and the store is understaffed. Be patient and plan on a little while before your balloons are ready. Plan ahead and everything will work out great.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. People who work in this chain, especially the supervisors are rude, dismissive, and refuse to listen to their customers concerns. My experience has been horrific at multiple locations and I wish there was more than one party store in the area, because this one doesnt care about their customers. I am literally going to change the entire way I throw birthday parties just to ensure I never have to spend a dollar in this store again.

We went into this store for balloons for a party and ended up with those and party favors. Its a great place to get EVERYTHING for a party and have fun doing it. They were under staffed so we had to come back for the balloons but they were still smiling when we picked them up and they were perfect.

This place has horrible customer service and is extremely unorganized. Employees are not properly trained to answer simple questions.

Pretty disappointing. The kids that work there were pretty nice but couldnt answer or didnt have the answer to any question. Also the store was empty in regards to birthday decor. Party City I think personally better, not sure if they have one here in Idaho .

I don’t always choose to leave reviews however I am taking time tonight to leave a review to thank Sheila at the Meridian Zurchers for really going above and beyond. We walked in 10 minutes before closing needing a balloon bouquet and all balloon orders were filled for the day. The store was really busy with people picking up their orders before closing and Shelia stayed late for us to make sure we were taken care of as well. She was so gracious and friendly! I highly recommend this location for your party needs. Thanks again for saving us Shelia! We really appreciate you!!!!!

Its a great place to get costumes of any kind. They have pretty much everything you could possibly need to find or create a costume.They also have a ton of party stuff, like balloons of all sizes, decorations, table cloths and other food things. They also have a huge variety of select jellybeans and sixlets in bulk.They are kind of higher priced, though. But, things are cheaper if you find them in clearance. :)

My daughter and I went into the store today and everyone was so helpful and super friendly!! They had a huge selection and I loved that they they had costumes and that their seasonal items (Easter and Graduation) were in their own separate area, it made it super easy to find what we needed. Sheila helped us find what we were looking for and was so friendly. Great store and customer service!! Thank you!!

Getting Balloons for a grad party, ok I volunteered cuz I was free and I could have been all HAAARRRRR this sucks! BUT, it was easy enough. One thing I didnt realize is that you go over to this section and load up on empty balloons, take them to register, decide if you want the insides lubed up for maximum flotation purposes, and then wander for a bit and end up planning a party that is 2 years out but how can I complain when there is so much to view and ponder?I only gave them less than 5 stars because of the standing in line to be advised I should have known to go seek out said balloons, but then again I didnt know how else to approach it so, nothing ventured, nothing gained...PS, good prices!

Quickly filled my balloons and immediately came to help with a piñata that I needed down from the shelf. Not enough workers roaming the store however, they were all concentrated at the registers.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. There were 4 employees behind the counter filling balloons and ignoring the growing line of customers. They ignored us so long I ended up putting the cake pan back on the shelf.

The people at this Zurchers are always so helpful and kind! I know they have been super overwhelmed with all the graduation balloon orders but they are taking care of their customers and handling orders in stride. Sheila helped me as a walk in for a birthday party and she was absolutely wonderful. During this crazy time, we need more people like Sheila!

I ordered a balloon bouquet for a particular Saturday morning was told that it would be available at 9:00 a.m. showed up to pick it up and they hadnt even started blowing them up yet. By the time I got at home I had three dead balloons. Came in the store two days ago sales associate was busy hiding in the back of the store talking to a woman about summer camp counselors, rather than helping customers in the front. Supervisor was wearing his mask on his chin. Everyone in the store seems to move at one pace slow. Inventory also seems very low at the moment.

This Store is amazing! Everyone is ALWAYS wonderful, friendly, super nice, and the customer service has always been outstanding! Every time I go in there and in need of something last minute, they been able to take care of me. The Staff has always been accommodating and never disappoint. I appreciate them from the moment they greet me and thanking me for coming in.

What an amazing store! Not only is there a wide variety of items for any occasion, but the employees are so helpful and kind! One in particular was named Sheila! My husband and I were attending an 80s prom and this place had all we planned on purchasing PLUS more! Upon entering the store I asked for directions and I was given two locations for props and they were perfect for what we needed. The prices were so good and we had so many choices, more than what we thought. We purchased so much we ended up sharing with our friends! The cashier was a joy to chat with and was excited to hear about our evening. That was my first time in Zurchers and I will definitely be back!

Great little party store. Weve gone to Zurchers for several of our kids birthday parties. Good selection of party supplies, balloons, cardboard cutouts, pinatas etc. Good prices. Friendly staff.They also rent out certain machines such as popcorn, cotton candy, and I believe snow cones as well.

This place has a lot more in it than I had anticipated. The taffy selection is cool. My mom loves taffy and I didnt imagine them to have so many different types of taffy and candy!They also have a lot of toys and such for kids. Some toys even I had as a kid. Lots of Halloween, birthday, etc. Let a just say holidays lol

Zurcher on Eagle road made my daughter’s graduation possible and my sons home omg amazing. The staff was unbelievably helpful!

After my sister had a tragic fall and had to wear an eye patch we thought it would be fun to decorate a bunch of eye patches to brighten her day. We found the eye patches there and lots of fun things to put on them. You can find fun things for almost any occasion.

Grandon and Kaitlyn were so helpful. Came in to get a balloon for my friend for her birthday! Got the balloon and this sweet Baby Yoda standup and they were amazing enough to go to extra level and tie the balloon on his hand. They really went above and beyond.

Whatever you do do not bring your husband here. I had to drag my husband in to pick up a couple things for a party. Two hours later I was dragging him out because he was having too much fun. Overall customer service is great, selection is very good, and prices are pretty darn reasonable.

Thank you Zurchers for always having geat selection of costumes...my 3 year old grandson was today very happy kid! To him every day is a Halloween and it just so happened that he was missing vampire cape and teeth today. In and out in 3 minutes and the day was saved! He got everything he wanted and he was a vampire whole day!

I used to go here for party supplies for my old job at least every other month. Each time was a Saturday which is a very busy day as that is the day everyone is doing last minute things for parties. The atmosphere is usually pretty stressed and very busy. Even still, they are always nice and helpful.

Such good people! The staff are some of the happiest people I know. I needed some helium for a project I was working on and they were just awesome in helping me out.

I came in a couple of times to get ready for my Halloween party and I can happily say that this store has some lovely decorations to choose from. The reason I am giving this store two reviews is because of an employee that works there. I was helped by Grandon (sorry I am terrible with names) and a young lady with glasses, who were more than happy to answer my questions but twice I was checked out by a younger girl who was terribly rude. Im not sure what it was, but she acted very bothered and as if helping me was a burden. I felt almost a little embarrassed to be asking questions or trying to make conversation when all I got was monotone responses back. I hate to be the one to call things out but I was left feeling so off about my encounter with her that I had to write something. Other than that, this store is very fun and the employees (most of them at least) will help you out with whatever you need.

Not the best looking store... a bit tacky to be perfectly honest. However they have what youd expect from a party store so its fine. They didnt have enough of the plates I liked though.

We had an awards night for our business and decorated with the large number balloons 200 and a few other balloon bundles that looks great! They were each bagged up to protect them from being tangled and looked great at our event! The customer service was wonderful and made it easy to get all of our needs met.

LOVE the store. The customer service needs serious work!! Five people in line, four employees at the register area, one register open with two reps, one in training, on the one register. Finally get to the only open register to say something and it was like I had two heads. I was met with utter disbelief that it had even happened. I will say that while we were walking through the store a rep did ask if we needed help, that was nice.

Good store has most anything your looking for. Staff can be a bit distant at times understandable though since most seem to be young kids. They are helpful if you go ask them just not always best at checking on you.

Thought I could go to Zurchers for various wedding needs- turns out I’m wrong. They have absolutely NO interracial cake toppers of any kind, or two colored of any kind for that matter. It’s 2019 guys, get with the program. How difficult is it to just have one of the little toppers be black? Or both? Disappointed.

I give 2 out of 5 stars because I like Zurchers and its one of the only party stores in the Treasure Valley but the customer service is lacking. I had left this 3 star review a while ago, because of poor service and I am now changing it to 2 stars. Each time I go in the service is worse than the last. I was standing in line for 5 minutes when I got up to the register the girl closed her register and told me to go to the other line. I had to wait on the other side for another 5 minutes.

Not impressed with this place or the employees...every time I go in here to fi d something no one is helpful..once I went in to find a birthday crown not made of plastic..everyone thought I was crazy..so I went to clares down the way..went back for a banner and a entire stand of these crowns were by the break room..how is it no one knew about these?..another time I went to buy a costume jacket..no price was on it so I took it to the front to ask..stood there for 5 min while the discussed there plans..no one acknowledged me the entire time..I finally set it down and was walking out the door..and they asked if I needed help..not anymore..This is a specialty store please have your staff be more knowledgeable on what you sell..and have better customer service...

I think they have a pretty good selection of candy if you are looking to set up a candy buffet but we I wish they would have a better selection of large stands for cakes and cupcakes everything they had was really small for around 20 cupcakes not 100 like we needed.

Zurchers is the most extensive outlet for themed party items in this area, and there is a great selection of themes. We did find, however, a somewhat cavalier approach to the fact that popular themes were very limited on avaliable merchandise, with many empty hangers and bins in certain sections.

The help is pretty mediocre. Weve been here alot and the employees seem annoyed that people come in and shop. They are pretty expensive as well. There are cheaper places with just as good of products. The last time we went, we were charged for items we didnt receive, and had an employee like about something another employee wrote on an order slip.

The managers name is Sharon and she is a horrible customer service representative. She is mean, unprofessional, and is a very snotty person. Many of my friends have noticed this as well without me asking them about it. She is rude to customers, and I have noticed that she is rude to her own employees. I have even seen a customer call her out on her attitude. If I was the owner, I would fire her immediately without a second thought. I will NEVER return to Zurchers to buy my party supplies, and I will encourage anybody to do the same. If this is how Zurchers is as a business and how they operate, they will not be a business for long.

Store feels dreary and the lighting looks like it is from 1997. The whole store just kinda felt like it was dying. Employees were very nice. It just needs an update or something.

Got some balloons on Monday afternoon for a birthday on Tuesday. I had to hide them for the rest of the day on Monday and put them out for the birthday boy Tuesday early morning. The balloons were flat when I took them out of the room they were hiding in! Almost sinking all the way to the floor! Not to mention the special birthday boy balloon wasnt even filled up all the way to begin with, but I didnt notice until I got all the way home (in southeast Boise). I also had to wait a really long time for them to fill up 5 balloons. Terrible.
