Zach was great to deal with. He was informative, helpful and patient but not pushy or overbearing. I definitely did not walk in expecting to walk out with a purchase but he blew us away and so did the product! I am so excited for our bed to get here!!
We went to Sleep Number looking for a bed to address medical needs for my wife and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Wayne assisted us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a zero pressure experience. Wayne kindly escorted us around and explaining features and options for what we were looking for. He allowed space for us to speak privately between ourselves without hovering. He knew we were going to a nearby Purple store to compare mattresses against the options Sleep Number had. We returned shortly thereafter for the far superior Sleep Number product. Wayne was able to politely have another staff member help some other clients he’d just started assisting and completed our purchase for us. During our time there we encountered a few other staff members, all were polite and helpful. Wayne was a gentleman the entire time and I’d highly recommend letting him assist you if interested in Sleep Number.
Our salesman Bryce was very polite and answered all of our questions. The store was clean and layed out nicely. It was an easy and successful shopping experience.

Went there TWICE on the SECOND time I tried being honest about my disappointment the first time and how I was begged to come back and not by online because “ we would support local”, I was told by the 19 yr old sales man, “bro you haven’t even given us a chance you are rude “.. mind you we are looking at a $7000 bed (5500 just for the mattress) . needless to say I just went to the parking lot and bought it no hassle ONLINE... I recommend ONLINE (on their web sight ) it’s almost ALWAYS CHEAPER the customer service people are great the rates on ANY financing are BETTER AND the shipping WAS ONE MONTH SOONER!!! I’m pretty sure good beds (haven’t received ours) but be carful of their salesPeople!!! Will up date when I receive the bed
Choosing a mattress is hard enough, especially when it’s to be shared by two! We got our first Sleep Number bed 25+ years ago ( back then only had a few choices!). We did get a new one several years ago, but decided it wasn’t working for us (it’s a regular type mattress), so time for another Sleep Number! Kris (in the Meridian store) guided us, and he was wonderful! So looking forward to enjoying good sleep again!

While they will tell you you get a full warranty, BEWARE!. I have a $3,000 adjustable frame that does not work. Sleep Number states that diagnosis of the repair is NOT covered NOR are shipping costs for repair parts. DO NOT BUY - they do not stand behind their product!!!! $3000 for an adjustable frame that stays flat. Sooooo disappointed.
Great bed!!! Weve had one since 1997. Fixes our backs Had to get a new one. Wayne, the manager is awesome. Really goes the extra mile but anyone in there is great.
We bought Split King size bed cause our bed was killing our backs. Cant wait for them to deliver it in Oct.

We really enjoyed our experience with Jessica, our salesperson. She was great and the store was nice and comfortable. There was only one thing I could complain about and it might seem kind of odd. When trying out the various beds you just naturally look up towards the ceiling and out the upper windows. I noticed these windows were really dirty. It gives the store kind of a rundown look. The professional window washer just happened to be there that day so as we were leaving the store I mentioned to him how nice it would be to get those windows cleaned. He said ”corporate” wouldn’t pay to have those windows cleaned so he never gets to cleans them. What?! Corporate must not realize that every customer who tries out a bed sees those windows. It’s got to be a fairly minor costs given that all the rest of the windows are being cleaned. It’s the little things that count. Come on “corporate. You are selling very expensive beds. Clean those windows!
My husband and I were very pleased with the attention we were given when we went looking to replace our bed. Our salesman was so very knowledgeable and was very quickly able to help us decide on the right mattress. He made us feel like family and he truly cared about us.
We have been wanting to buy a new mattress for over a year. We had a friend that bought one and highly suggested us to buy one too. I went into the sleep number store in Boise, and the salesman Lee Casebeer was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the bed and answered all our questions. A bed is an investment for many years and we didnt take this purchase lightly. We are having our bed delivered in one week, super excited for a great nights rest/sleep. The main reasons why we bought this bed: 1) ability to be cool while sleeping 2) able to adjust the head and foot part of the bed 3) quality of the bedI will post again after we have received our bed and have slept on it for a month. I will keep you all posted!

I had talked to Chris on the phone prior to going into store. When we went in Chris was very helpful and answered every question we had. He gave us options on beds, and comfort levels for both of us. In my opinion he went above and beyond in helping us make a decision based on each of our needs and wants.

Worked with a guy named Lee really a nice guy patient took a lot of time with me and my parents. We were looking at possible two beds so he spent quite a bit of time with us. And sleep number beds are awesome.

She was very nice, funny and patient with us. She related with everything we said and made it easy for us to make a purchase at our first stop of the day. The beds are so amazing and I am super excited to sleep in it! We have waited a month for our bed. It was supposed to be delivered last Friday. And of course we got snow and the truck never showed up. Now we have to wait til the 26th another 2 weeks. When we made calls to this sleep shop store in Meridian Idaho they were rather rude towards us. Including the store manager that sold us the bed. Considering this bed is costing us $2,800 they should be treating us nicer. I dont recommend this store for this. Of course we where treated way nicer when we were looking to get a bed. And the manager was very polite to us when we arrived. Unfortunately everything changed the moment it was sold. Of you have any questions about the delivery they become rude.
I recently purchased a sleep number bed. I thought I had 100 days to try it out.I cannot get comfortable on this bed.What I have NOW found out. It will COST ME to return ONLY THE TOP MATTRESS. The base I MUST KEEP. It cannot be returned. Due to the way the base is designed, I cannot use another mattress on the base. I’m stuck with an EXPENSIVE bed that’s not comfortable. Do your homework BEFORE BUYING.

I was expecting a used car lot kind of experience.....not with Jessica H! She was awesome. We had plans on checking out a few places but figured why go on when we had this kind of experience here. She was funny friendly and really knew her stuff. Made a couple of customers for life. Ty Sleep Number for having an employee like her on the pay roll. She deserves at least a pat on the back. Dont let her go!!!! Oh and we got the bed of our dreams!!!
We have owned four sleep number sets. The last of the four is due to be delivered later this month. We starting buying these mattress sets after hearing Paul Harvey talking about the benefits of a good nights sleep on his program The Rest of the Story. Paul definitely knew what he was talking about. Our current mattress is almost 25 years old so we knew sooner rather than later we would be purchasing a new mattress set. What was tremendous this time around is the availability of many new mattresses and the fact we have a local store to shop at! The transaction from purchasing from phone to store was great! The staff at the store knew the answers to our questions about the new mattresses just as the telephone operators did from our past purchases. However, there was a huge difference in being able to try out the mattresses before making a purchase and not having to drive 500 miles from home like our first purchase from the Salt Lake City store! I have worked 100 hour work weeks for a number of years and have always found these beds to be able to put me to sleep as soon as I am able to relax in bed. You cannot go wrong with these beds. Remember to figure out the costs per the lifetime of the bed rather than the initial costs. These are the best beds ever!
I was a fan of the Sleep Number mattresses from the start. However, I would strongly encourage the over-eager sales guy to chill out and let the bed sell itself.My husband and I actually left the store because of the super high-pressure buy-it-NOW push. We went to another retailer, but we realized we really did like the Sleep Number a lot better. We also talked to a friend who has purchased two Sleep Number beds, and ultimately we decided it was worth dealing with the enthusiastic salesman. After all, he was very nice, just a little too pushy for my temperament. He took my feedback pretty well when we came back and I told him why we left in the first place. Maybe it will help future shoppers because there’s only one Sleep Number store in our region.
The first item on the warranty that needed replacement was a set of mattress protection covers! We purchased everything at the store at the Village, but when we needed a replacement for a mattress cover they said it wasnt listed on the original purchase order! So a word to the wise, if you make a purchase at the Village store be sure everything that your taking home is on paper so they cant make you pay $250 bucks for 2 new ones! A rip off for sure!
Store Manager Wayne was very helpful. He met us an hour before the store opened, as my husband and myself are high risk for Covid-19.Explained very well how the beds work. And how they would help us.
This is an educational and fun date night even if you dont buy a mattress. Jessica was so helpful and pleasant. We went to three other stores with pushy sales people trying to make a deal. We ended up coming back to buy from Jessica. The delivery people were prompt and friendly, too. So far weve had a great experience. Now were using our sleep IQ to see how well were resting. Giving the mattress 30 days to prove its as great as the people who sold it.
Wife and I bought a sleep number bed sight unseen. We went to the Meridian location really excited to try it out and trade in our mattress cover for another set of sheets. We were helped by the manger and as we were being helped he saw another customer come in excused himself to tell the customers he was with us, or so we thought. He started helping them and left us sitting there. He started showing them beds and my wife and I just sat there and said; “did he really just leave us for new customers”. He did. As we walked our my wife told him we would come back when they weren’t so busy. He said thank you... What!?! Took me all of 5 minutes to call and cancel are $6100 order. We were treated horribly. Just really sad customer service. Never going there again. Take your business else where. Trust me. Really sad way of doing business.
We were pleased to finally go and in and actually try out the sleep number mattress. We were met by Lee and he demonstrated all the features of the bed after he listened to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions with regards to the bed as well as the company. We were very happy with the complete experience and looking forward to the arrival of our new bed.
We were disappointed that the beds we tried in the store were not nearly has comfortable as the ones we now have in our home. Overtime it does feel like a glorified air mattress. The people are sweet at this store but I wouldnt recommend their product. We went back to Purple and its amazing for my wife and I.
Clint Francis was our sales guy and wow did he take great care of us! He took his time and left my wife and I alone to make a decision. He recommended a few things, and when we didn’t want a few of the recommended items he didn’t bat an eye at removing them from the proposal. Was very clear about the cost the entire conversation and we weren’t surprised when he gave us our final firm cost. Outstanding service! Thank you Clint and thank you Sleep Number!

Love or sleep number bed . We have gone thru 4 mattresses in 7 years and experienced continual back pain and joint pains after getting out of bed. After getting our bed it is literally gone. They are spendy but totally worth it for us. Sheets are limited for a split half mattress but the quality of the sheets are also amazing. Spendy but worth it. Hope this helps someone or a couple that have tried to find a solution to finding a bed that helps both partners in their personal needs for pain relief.

Mattress deflated was still under warranty. I contacted the company and was advise to trouble shoot the issue and use plugs issued with the purchase. Mattress still leaked. Made contact with Sleep Number and they said they would ship another mattress and it has been ten days and i still dont have an mattress. That is a long time to not have a bed to sleep on. I call on the tenth day and was told the order had been cancelled and I would have to wait seven days for the to be shipped. That would total 17 days with out a bed. The conversation was identical to the first follow up call we will try to expedite the shipment and it should take long.I would not recommend this bed to anyone. The experience has been difficult for me to stay kind and respectful. I wish those who deal with this company better luck than I had.
Had a great experience working with Ricky at Sleep Number. He was great to work with being very helpful answering our questions and making reasonable suggestions. Very good about following up and keeping us posted on current sales. Overall enjoyed our experience and will recommend sleep number to anyone. We had a good experience with the initial purchase - we didnt feel like we were being forced into a purchase or rushed to make a decision, but what we were told about returns and what actually happened were not the same. We were told by the associate that we would be responsible for the $200 home delivery - which is understandable - and that would be all were were liable for should we return the bed. When we called to return the bed, we were told we would also be responsible for a $200 pickup with no option of delivering it ourselves. The employee said he couldnt remember what he told us during the presentation even though we asked *multiple times* what the max $ we would be responsible for upon a return. I find these types of discrepancies to be very frustrating.As for the actual bed, it is nothing special for the price. After a month of sleeping on it, it began feeling like we were sleeping on a bubble. (I mean, it is air, but....) I swear the bed we got is different than the bed in the showroom. The app that came with the bed is also unreliable and glitchy.

The sales rep, Clint, was product knowledgeable, however, he had no social graces and was offensive. He tried to talk politics with us, tried to give us bad, unsolicited financial advice in order to sign us up for a credit account, which we did not do. When we went back in after exploring our options to purchase the product, he announced our personal information-name, address, phone, and method of payment loudly, so that everyone in the store could hear. He was unapologetic when I pointed out that he had just announced our personal information to everybody in the store. Not a good purchasing experience.
Being at that Sleep Number store was a good experience as the sales person was very knowledge, so explained all aspects of the different beds.
Wayne was very helpful and friendly. He made the entire process very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy a Sleep Number product.
Went in for info on repair of our existing bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. New line of models arent compatible with our bed, and prices are way too high for us now but the new models do seem to be very nice.

Weve been sleeping on our bed for 3 to 4 months now and we really enjoy it I slept on another bed recently and woke up feeling like JJ Watt just tackled me.And customer service treated me very well and everything was shipped just as quickly as they said it would be
I went in to the Meridian Store already with an idea of what I wanted. Even though I went with a more expensive set up I did not feel pressured into doing so. The staff was attentive and friendly.
I love my bed. Never any problem other then I have a split top valigCalifking and the split makes it really hard to cuddle up unless we move to one side or the other
Customer service was great, employee explained everything about the beds. Im upgraded from my old sleep number bed, to the smart bed. These beds give me the support I need for my back and my arthritis.
Our sales representative was Ricky and he did a fantastic job of educating my wife and I. He was very patient with absolutely no pressure or rush. He spent a considerable amount of time with us over a two day period and explained all of the current specials and how they work. We ended up purchasing a new bed and we are in the process of waiting for shipment.

We worked with Cole. He went out of his way to even help me find appliances since we just lost everything to the camp fire. Our delivery date ended up being very far out and he tried to rush. Very nice guy! I noticed the other gentleman here is not the friendliest so if you go in ask for Cole!! We ended up having to cancel due to how far out and not wanting my kids on air mattresses for xmas after losing everything, but they were very understanding. Thanks for trying! :)

This establishment could be a case study in bad customer service. My wife and I came in on a late Saturday afternoon. Weve decided to replace our mutually disliked IKEA bed and wanted to check out Sleep Number beds to see if they live up to their reputation. We enter the store, not one but TWO of the three salespeople look at us, dont say a word, and go back to helping their customers. No big deal, we understand theyre busy, so we decide to check out the beds while they finish up.We notice how the other customers are using paper sanitation guards on the pillows, grab our own, and start testing beds. One saleswoman walks by us several times and doesnt say a word, despite my making eye contact and saying hi, just being friendly. My wife and I start joking about the situation, wondering if were not old or white enough to look like we have money, as the three other customer groups were older and looked stereotypically suburban American.We continue trying out beds for another 30 minutes or so and, finally, a salesperson acknowledges our presence and says hell be with us as soon as hes done with his current customer. Great! It took nearly 40 minutes to get an acknowledgement but hey, its a start. As were testing another bed, a new couple, both late middle-aged and white, come into the store. Theyre immediately greeted by two salespeople and the salesperson who just spoke with us says someone will be right with them.We wait a bit longer, maybe fifteen minutes, and my wife sees the customer of the salesperson who previously spoke to us leaving the store. That salesperson? He was now helping the older couple that came in after us. Great. We concluded we werent going to be helped and decided to leave the store, nearly an hour after we got there.Ive been thinking about how to handle the situation since. My wife and I suspect we were profiled based on our appearance. Dont misunderstand, we didnt look like we just rolled out of a Hot Topic: were both professionals in their mid-thirties and dress accordingly. Having worked in sales, I imagine we dont outwardly match the Sleep Number target demographic. Its a shame, as in a way thats now true: despite liking and being interested in one of the beds, we dont intend to purchase anything from this store.
Great Experience at the store in Meridian. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. This is my 3rd Sleep Number bed and I would not sleep on any other bed. I highly recommend going to try them out before you buy any other bed.
My husband and I had been talking about a Sleep Number bed for quite a long time. I have had long time chronic back pain and my husband has been having recent pain himself. After hearing good reviews from some friends and my chiropractor, we decided to stop in the Meridian store. We happened to get lucky with an amazing salesperson, Wayne Huntgate. He really took his time to educate us on the different features available and helped us sort out what we did and did not need. Wayne was very patient as we tried out several beds for lengthy periods of time. Even though we did not make the purchase on that first visit, Wayne was never pushy or impatient. We returned to the store a couple weeks later, specifically making an appointment with Wayne to help us narrow down our choice. He also worked with us to time the delivery of our bed on the exact weekend that worked with our schedule. A Sleep Number bed is definitely a big investment in your body, health and sleep. I would highly recommend Wayne Huntgate to help you in that education process, a true advocator for you all the way through the delivery process and beyond!

After giving my info to look at the financing options I was signed up for a credit card that I did not want nor agreed to received..... Called them up and the salesperson who signed me up for it asked if I wanted to use it, after giving me a number to call to cancel it. Would not recommend this place
I purchased two pillows and cases, after realizing later I didnt need two of them I asked to return one pillow and one case. I got told that there are no returns at all, I didnt even open the damn things. Cant return anything is bullshit
The moment we walked into the store we were met by Lee, who was wearing the biggest smile Ive seen on a salesman in a long time. Lee took us through the store and helped us find our numbers. Then he took us to THE bed and put us in zero gravity, and let me tell you I have never felt so good in a bed in my life. We had found our bed, but the price gave us pause. We did what most consumers do and went somewhere else to look at the competition, and what a disaster that was. The only thing they did was convince us that Sleep Number was the store and bed for us. We went back the next day and made our purchase. The only downside is that we have to wait to get the best sleep of our lives.

UPDATE 7/2/19: Replacement pump solved the problem. Not sure what to do with the old pump as no instructions were given. Up to 3 stars. The experience at the store was great and I was very excited to receive my SLEEP NUMBER 360® PSE SPECIAL EDITION SMART BED 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have had multiple disappointments since the purchase.First we were told that the bed had to be installed by Sleep Number at a cost of $199 with the reason that it was a complicated installation. The installation was far from complicated and could be completed by the vast majority of individuals on their own in just a few steps which included unboxing the pump and putting it in the base, plugging in the air mattress tubes to the pump, plugging in the bed, and activating the software. Nothing complicated at all.The next issue became apparent when I woke up in a HUGE trench the next morning. The thought was this cant be right, so contacted customer service through chat and was sent a link to a troubleshooting procedure to try to figure out what was wrong. The webpage for the procedure didnt work, so was unable to access the instructions specific to my bed. After two more chat sessions I finally received the trouble shooting instructions in a different way and found out I had a three day long troubleshooting event ahead of me. After following that procedure and my own experimenting, I determined that when one of two different features were used, the ability to adjust your sleep number while in bed or use of the Responsive Air feature, both resulted in the large trench, which was basically most of the air leaving the mattress. This would happen within a couple of minutes of using either feature. So at this time I cannot adjust the sleep number while in the bed nor use the Responsive Air feature.Customer service was contacted again and after detailing what I had found, they tried to indicate some loss of air was normal. I explained that what I was experiencing was in no way normal and was finally able to get the representative to understand the issue and they indicated they would need to send me a new pump. I feel like Ive finally made some progress.Next problem, asked for an ETA on the pump and was told 3 days. When I received an e-mail about the part I was surprised it was being shipped UPS ground and no tracking number was provided, so back to Chat and this time was told, You will be updated when it ships. Theres a day or two processing time and then the order ships. and the chat disconnected. Obviously not going to have it in the original three days indicated. Opened another chat and was told, So you ordered this order this morning, so it would not have shipped yet. It ships within 3 - 5 business days. After it officially ships, you would get a tracking number from UPS. Shocking and my response was, It is extremely disappointing to have a defective bed at time of delivery and then have to troubleshoot the problem and then wait over a week to receive a replacement part. I am shocked it isnt being sent immediately! The response was My apologies, ..., I could alter the order so it is on the fastest shipping at no cost to you. That would be about 2 -3 business days. and I am sorry we cant ship faster, we have to send it to UPS and then they ship it out. I appreciate the change in shipping, but believe a company that has been in business this long should have problem solving down and send out warranty replacement parts overnight. So disappointed! At this point the chat session closed again. I opened a third chat session to check and see if the shipping method had been changed and was told it had been change to UPS next day air. I received a second order confirmation indicating that now two identical replacement parts were being sent both via UPS Ground. I am so frustrated and am hoping that information is incorrect and rather the one needed part is coming via next day air.I am trying to get the bed to meet my needs, but almost two weeks in it is not looking good. Will update my review as things change.

My girlfriend and I went in there a few months ago but we thought the interest was too high so we didnt get it by anyting however the salesman was very nice remembered us call us when the really good sale came on we both went back in there my girlfriend and I last week and we both bought adjustable beds thank you salesman leave for calling is I would extremely recommend the store

Worst delivery system possible, first they charge you almost $200 bucks, then you have to wait forever and then change your schedule to fit when they can deliver. They canceled the delivery because of weather.( less than 1 inch of new snow over night and sun came out early, melted roads within an hour). As a company the customer should be first always, you are not with sleep number. In the end off it all I called in to get a return on the undelivered bed and was put on hold for over and over with no one really able to figure out why they really couldnt deliver the bed. the next available date was in a month. This is unsatisfactory service in my mind I have canceled my order and will be getting all of my money back. I will defiantly use a company that wants my business. In this age off free speech as a business I would think your page should have all good reviews not a poor score at the top. I should have researched this company better before I ordered.
Lee was very helpful selecting the I-10 this is my second Sleep Number bed I had my first one for 25 years and now my granddaughter is using that bed ..These beds are great!

I want to make this very simple. These beds have a design flaw if you are a larger person, I do not mean fat, do not get this bed. I paid in full for one of these beds and two weeks later the matress started having issues and so did my back. Sleep Number is fully aware of this issue but fails to mention it when you buy the bed. I am able to return the bed because I am in the 30 day warranty but Sleep Number is charging me 1/4 the cost of the bed. Given this is $500.00 I am not very happy. My sister also had this same issue but Sleep Number refused to return any of her money. I also have to go three weeks without a bed until they return my money. In my opinion you should go get a tempurpedic that is what I am going to do.
Be careful prices cheap in the beginning until the contract gets drawn up and Lord the prices will make your eyes goggle out of your head!
Not a good experience changed our whole order the day after we were in their store to older model bed for the same price cancelled the whole order because of it. Not a good experience

Scam!Got wrong bed, tried to exchange, 4 weeks no response, they kept losing our order in the system and I got the run around. Wasted 4 hours total with their crap phone customer service. Was sold a 100 day risk-free trial and even though they made a lot of mistakes we are still out $400 ( they charge a near $200 delivery and set up fee each way even for the exchange ). And the beds are over rated. RUN!!!!!!!
