This is the best purchase we made for our new home. Well worth the money. Our little girls wouldn’t even drink the fridge water so we knew we needed to get a whole house water system. It’s an absolute game changer and I don’t know how we’ve been living without one in the past. Sherika our sales rep was awesome. She is super knowledgeable about water and is the reason we ended up going with Kinetico. Highly highly recommend!

I did a lot of research for water treatment systems. I drink over a gallon of water a day and realized that my home water was less than desirable. I also have dry skin and itchy scalp issues in general. After much research I know what I wanted but needed the best company to put it in place. I got the whole house softener and the reverse osmosis water filter system. I went with Kinetico because it is the best. I am completely pleased and am enjoying my water. No more itchy dry scalp or skin. My gallon of water tastes fantastic and I know I am putting something that helps me in my body. I recommend doing your research. You will find Kinetico tops the list in quality and in price. I am very happy with my choice. I recommend you talk to Sherika Martinez- she knows her stuff and will help you make the best decisions for you home.

We have had our system for some time now and are very happy with the product. If you are have hard water and nasty drinking water. You really need to get ahold of this company and the person to contact to is Tim McKay. He is a very honest person and has the utmost integrity.

We have been wanting to invest in a water softener system for awhile and finally we have! Can’t say enough raves about how clean everything is now coming through the faucets and the reverse osmosis system is completely awesome. No more fussing with wasteful plastic containers to haul from the grocery and the water tastes oh so much fresher and clean. Nick was very knowledgeable and accommodating for explaining our options and needs. And the installation process was done without any issues, which could have been not so easy with an old farmhouse. Water is most important for maintaining great health and installing our Kinetico system was the best investment we could have made.

Called to get some parts for my Kinetico softener. Lady on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. She said she would find out and call me back. One week later never got a call back. From my experience Kinetico doesnt want to sell you a part. They want to have you spend hundreds on a service call or sell you a new machine. Stay away from Kinetico and order a softener from Amazon and save yourself a load of money. Kinetico service is terrible considering the premium price of their equipment.

We have had Kinetico softening systems in both of our homes. The quality resin is long-lasting and does a fantastic job filtering/softening our water. Although our current home is 6 years old now, the showers, water fixtures and sinks show no signs of hard water at all. We recommend Kinetico for your new or existing home!

BEWARE!! 1st....the water test is a scam, we had water tested before they arrived😉😉 and its nowhere a s hard as theyre test!2nd...Had an agreed upon price for middle level system and supposed to be installed. Get a call this morning from salesman...owner wont allow us to sell at the price I quoted. WOW! Sad especially from a military owner. Your word is no longer good in this town!! DO NOT BUY FROM KINETICO! We were a Long time customer...no longer!!

We have had our reverse osmosis system for many years and been happy with it. Recently it quit and Roger came out to see what was wrong. He was amazingly thorough, got it all figured out and went above and beyond in his service. We really Love our Kinetico system and appreciate Roger so much!

I have had my Premier 4040 water softener for over a year and a half and only have to use one bag of salt every 4 months. The K5 drinking water system also puts out more pressure than any reverse osmosis system I purchased from the internet.

We LOVE our water system! Our well water tested high for nitrates, so we had to make a choice. I am so happy we chose Kinetico! We have a whole house softener with a reverse osmosis system for drinking. Translation: drinking water that is better than any bottled water!

Excellent customer service! I went into the office to purchase a new filter for my reverse osmosis. When I got home I had difficulty removing the old filters. I called the office for assistance and they were very helpful. However, I still could not remove the filters. They offered to have a technician that was in the area come by. He arrived within 15 minutes and took care of the problem. They went above and beyond to help me. Very impressed. Thanks Kinetico!!

We have had Kinetico systems in multiple homes across 2 states for years now, and we would never go anywhere else for water treatment. Our softeners, dechlorinators, and drinking water systems are high quality, easy to use products that I feel protect my family and my home from the harmful effects of things found in our water. We have had systems for both our well water in another state, and for the city water here in Meridian. The local dealership here in Meridian has been wonderful. They provide great service and are always knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have a question or concern about anything. I dont know why anyone would go anywhere BUT Kinetico.

We have owned a Kinetico Soft water system for about 15 years and LOVE it! We change the filter about once a year and add salt when needed. Weve had ZERO problems with the product or the service! I would highly recommend Kinetico water softening system to everyone!

I was so surprised to see only one person install what seemed to be an extensive system. He did a thorough job and the system is working amazingly well. We are most pleased with the quality of work and quality of water.

I wrote the following letter to this Kinetico Location. I never received a response. Dated 12/12/2011:A couple of weeks ago I had one of your technicians come out and for a service call on a used Model 60 Kinetico water softener. His name escapes me at this time but I can find the invoice if you don’t have a record. The issue with the softener was that it wasn’t advancing when it went to the brine rinse setting. The valve was taken apart and I was told that the problem might be a hairline crack in level four. I was also told that the valve was in good shape and that there was minimal buildup of hard water deposits. As well I was told the while manually advancing the valve the regular clicking noise was absent. The valve was then put back together, and put in the Brine Rinse setting. I was told that it should run for and hr and ten minutes and then be in regular service. It ended up not advancing as it did before the service call with no changes. Now, I understand that this softener is over ten years old and may have some things wrong with it. What I don’t understand is why it felt like a sales call instead of a service call. I felt that the technician was more concerned about selling an upgrade rather than finding out what was wrong with this softener. I paid a lot of money for this service and expected a professional technician not a professional salesman. To cap off the visit I was told that the technician did not have water testing equipment because his boss took it out of the truck the night before. And I had to remind him that I would like the water tested before he left. He did take a sample but I have yet to hear from him with the results. Dissatisfied with the service call, and I having a friend who also has a model 60, went and looked at his. I noticed that one of the pawls on his was different then mine. I switched my pawl so it looked like his and the softener now operates normally, advancing in the brine rinse and working like it’s supposed to. Perhaps I should have called you back and had you come out and fix the pawl Instead of me doing it myself. I didn’t want to get another sales pitch on how old this softener is and how I would be better off getting a new one. I understand the buying a used softener has its own risks and was willing to take these risks so I could have a quality Kinetico softener. If I wanted the security of a new softener I would have bought one. At this point, if this softener was to be replaced in the future it wouldn’t be replaced with a Kinetico.

We had a Kinetico System prior to the recent installation of our new system. Love the product but was very disappointed with the service. Only one dealer in the area so you are stuck with them if you want the Kinetico product. Employees seem to lack training and had to have them to our home several times to repair their mistakes. They also took 10 business days to install.

Roger was the absolute best. He was on time, a pleasure to deal with. He understood our softener and what problems are typically found with an older model Kinetico.He diagnosed the problem at first, then went the extra mile and tore down the other pieces and found similar issues. He had all the correct repair parts in his truck and was done in record time. We now enjoy soft water again and it feels sooo good.Thanks Roger and the kinetico team.
