The customer service here is atrocious! I called today after being referred by a manufacturer and when I asked to speak with a salesperson she asked who are you with I responded myself and she hung up the phone? I called back and again was routed around twice, mind you I have the manufacturers part number of the 2000sqft of product I need but for some reason this is beyond their skill level. Do Not waste your time here.

We recently had an issue with a window in our home that needed to be replaced. I researched through our builder which came back to Builders First choice (ProBuild) and made one phone call. I was transferred immediately to the window department and our situation was taken care by Cole. I have nothing but good things to say about Cole! He jumped in and took care of us to the very end getting our window replaced! He personally handled our install and followed up with texts. It is so rare this day in age to get this kind of support and help from a company!!! Thank you again Cole!

Bought an Anderson sliding door here in August 2019 for 2600.00 and my general contractor, Bryant Beatty, attempted to install. The door was defective so we had waited for replacement. Upon replacement the door does not shut quietly at all and had Builders FirstSource come out multiple times to try and fix. Even my husband tried to fix. Now we have a door that will barely shut and its winter season. I called Anderson Doors and the only help they offered me was go back to Builders FirstSource and my hired contractor wont even return our calls/texts. So basically I am really disappointed and upset. Apparently nobody cares about craftsmanship anymore.

Thank you Probuild for the integrity of your employees. Just an hour ago Brian Stinger witnessed the mailman hit my truck with the mail truck. He and another gentleman came to my door and informed me of what had happened and showed me the damage. Employees make a company great or not so great. Probuild employees like Brian and the other gentleman ( whos name I didnt get) make your company great. Thank you

While driving home from work, I was almost hit by one of their trucks who saw me but chose not to stop at a stop sign. I had to slam on my brakes not to hit them...
