Car had a lien on it and was unable to purchase a tag for the vehicle. They refused to refund my $1500 down payment. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

These people are rude, and if you know nothing about cars they jump at the chance to RIP you off, my sister went down there to check out a car, and while I was there the guy thought we knew nothing about buying cars and how they operate. Long story short, if you are looking for a good deal and someone that will work with you and not rip you off dont go here.

Why isnt half a star an option? They are RUDE! My family visited Expecting to have a good experience and look at a vehicle for my nieces 16th birthday. WRONG. We havent decided whether or not we were going to be paying with cash or make payments, but we were going to discuss it if she found the car she wanted. We wanted to look at a specific car that we had seen online. We asked a gentleman if we could look at the car and he asked if wed be paying with cash or make payments. We told him we were undecided and he said he couldnt help us. We had every intention on purchasing a vehicle today, however, you cannot pay for something you cant touch, see, or test drive. Masseys have been good to us though!

Do not buy from this place. I repeat, do not do business of any sort with this company or sister lot. They are repulsive and obnoxious to the individuals who are looking for a decent ride. My family and I went to this dealership and only experienced rude and degrading customer service. We asked to look at the Kia Soul they have on lot and he insisted we pay cash or make payments, even after we said we wanted to look at the car. Everyone knows you have to look at a car in order to make a decision of whether or not you want to purchase that vehicle. Furthermore, his staff are just as degrading as he whom I attempted to politely ask to gander at their selection. Do not do business with these frauds because there is obviously something fishy going on.

These ppl have no moral what so ever they repo a vehicle that had someone elses belongings in it other than the owner that consisted of baby carseats and babies meds they needed everyday and they wouldnt give it back.

I have never experienced the rudness I experienced today from a dealership. I am a black woman who was on the lot looking at some Bmw SUVs to upgrade one of my cars.I also drive a very nice Jag but I was in my Cruz the one I want to upgrade. Basically a man moving cars to block off the entrance told me to leave. I was in shock and confused. He said to me I need you to pull off the lot, were trying to block the entrace. I repeated what he said to him for clarification. He said yes, so I pulled off the lot and he waved me bye. He never said maam we are closed now, because it was only 5:25pm. And he never said what you looking at maam can you come back tomorrow or let me get your name and number. There was no sense of urgency to sell a car. Obviously he got his bailout money, because he is noway in the car sales business. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, not just people of color, but no one. We have a choice of where to spend our money. Places like these need to be ran !out of business. Theres something very fishy about behavior of the sort. Glad I read all the bad reviews now..

These people are CROOKS! Be aware of this place. He repossessed my car and then lying to get more money then the cars do not be worth anything. Worse car lot to get a car from he doesn’t want you late on payments. Janky car salesmen! They also have tracking devices on their cars! Stay away!

Please stay away from them. I bought an Expedition from them about 3 years ago and a few days later the alternator went out. I got that fixed and about 2 weeks later the gas line broke. I got that fixed and then the next week the brakes went out. I was getting the truck fixed on the same day of the payment and they tell me we need the payment now. Can I just take care of my truck first? Im not even 5 days late. So the next day I take the payment in and the guy tells me that we cant be late on a payment. Im telling him Im sure 1 day is not going to hurt especially all the problems Im having in less than a month. He keeps saying that that is unacceptable and question my ability to pay. In the second month I noticed it beginning to having trouble cranking and soon my starter went bad. Ive had enough and gave the truck back. I went to Bowers after that. I did lose out on my down payment and I want buyers to be warned. Please stay away if you can!

I bought a car from them, paid 1,000 down, made 2 payments and before I made my 3rd payment the car tore up. I asked for help with fixing the car or just to put me in something else. The Secretary told me that they dont do that and that all they do is get the cars clean them up and sale them. I gave them back the car and they told me I couldnt get any money back. They are horrible to deal with and I will never suggest to anyone to buy from Bonita Auto Sales!

Stopped by to look at a few cars, the salesman came out and was speaking to my wife like she did not even exist, proceeded to tell her that her bank was not even a bank. Over all a very rude salesman would not suggest anyone shop here.

Stay far away from these crooks!! They sell cars to take your down payment & turn around to repossess & flip your vehicle for being a few days late without notice. You’ll have to pay the full balance to get your car back! Suing them now!!

They are janky car salesmen...they lied about a car not being wrecked when it was . Then try to get me to pay over 30% of the down payment because they knew the car would eventually break down. My bank runs the car facts and says hell no they lied to me about almost everything. I dont recommend going hear it will be a complete and utmost waste of time

I think the cars come from the hurricane floods last year!! When have you ever seen lug nuts on a car rusty ?!! Im a automotive technician and I know cars ... Then if its an foreign car they say someone traded it in for a car off there lot !! (Down grade)
