Purchased a pair of boots for my wife for her birthday and she absolutely loves them. Great customer service and the packaging was very personal. You have to understand that these are handcrafted and that takes time but the workmanship is worth the wait. They keep you up to date with the process and time frame. I own a pair of the short lamb boots and Ive never felt anything so soft, they look fantastic with most everything and they are so super comfortable! The first pair I ordered were a bit snug so I needed an exchange and the girls were so great to deal with, they got me a new pair out right away and even sent me a thank you card. I had originally ordered the Gold Fiera Booties only to receive an email a few days later that they were out of Stock!😔 However, Kyley went above and beyond to try to get me the Gold ones. DO NOT ORDER from here. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Customer service was terrible. My bf ordered boots for my birthday September 2018 and we waited until the end of January before canceling the order because the boots still hadn’t shipped out! I think they were hoping we forgot about ordering them. Customer service was terrible... they didn’t even try to make it right, just sent a notice they refunded the money. Never ordering from them again!!! Just terrible! Shop at Cavender’s if you want good service and quality boots!

I bought a pair of Corral boots for my self birthday present, and they are amazing! Everyone at Rural Haze has been terrific - communications, packaging, timeliness - everything perfect. Next pair of boots will be from here as well!

I ordered in December and have had to reach out more than once for any kind of update and they have since stopped replying. I have never had to ask a company for an update on a late order, they usually just send an apology and a new date (No apology yet but have been given multiple dates that have all passed). I was aware of the 90 day ETA but its getting close to double that amount of time. I was prepared to wait but not for their complete lack of communication and customer service. A PayPal claim has been filed because the deadline to file a claim is almost here. If they would just communicate in the first place maybe customers would be more understanding. I recommend you customers in the same boat as me file a claim too. PayPal can only help if you file in time.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst shopping experience in my life! I ordered my boots over three months ago, I still have not received them. However, my credit card was charged the day I bought them. The customer service is horrible, I cannot get a solid answer as to refunds, shipping, or help with my order. Time for BBB to get involved. Gorgeous boots, but horrible business plan. I dont know how they are in business at all. So sad.

Took an extra 30 days to get my boots (120 days total). Description suggested to order 1/2 size up. Chose to stick with my size and they were way too big. Rural Haze showed no concern and took no responsibility for any of the issues. Too bad. The boots are cute. Unfortunately, cute wrapping paper doesnt make up for poor customer service :(

Scam! ordered boots and earrings. Rural Haze does an awesome job of chasing the business but once they have your money, they vanish!!! Not to be heard from again. I will continue providing the adequate amount of negative publicity so others dont fall prey.

If you live in Canada, do not order from Rural Haze. I ordered boots. They shipped the wrong style. It was their error, but in order for them to correct it, they wanted me to pay shipping to send the wrong ones back, and then again to send the new ones. They wouldn’t refund me for the original boots until I paid shipping too. Shipping to Canada, with the customs fees was over $230, so it would have cost me over $600 I’m shipping alone for a pair of boots that were $279. When I called to speak to them, they were rude and told me “this is an issue you face living in Canada, not our problem”. I had my credit card company look into it further and they have a history of these transactions, so I received a full credit. But buyer Beware!

I do not know how the google review gives this business so many stars, I have been waiting 3 months also and still have not received my boots. They keep saying next week - I would not even give them 1 star2 except you have to put a start to post.

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of Corral boots from them. They shipped the wrong size and took no accountitbility. Told me this was the chance you take when you online shop. I spoke with Megan and she told me to pay to have them shipped back and they would refund me. Issue is, I live I Canada, so shipping was expensive. It would have cost me more to ship back than the actual refund was. It was their error, and I lost $406.
