You sell coffeeYou must have coffee or must tell customers in a timely fashion you have no coffee.If someone must wait to find out there is no coffee there morning is not off to a good start.And before you claim lack of help, there was three people working with only one lane open. Make a freaking sign if you can’t tell verbally.I have many other choices, this use to be the most convenient.

I noticed going through the other reviews that someone only responds when its a positive review which is really negative customer service. Would like to leave this review today in disregard to the fact that even though you guys move down to one lane you still have six people on the floor you cant manage to make more than one coffee at a time and Im just wondering why and whats going on because all the other human beings seem to be moving along and getting people through just fine except for you guys. I really enjoy coming here because of how close it is to my business but I think I will be going somewhere else since none of the employees seem to care about anyone but themselves. Especially all of the girls standing out that gossiping instead of inside helping out with the line.....

The drinks are always tasty, reasonably priced, and exactly what we order. And the staff are always genuinely nice. This morning I was having a bit of a rough morning, but their genuine smiles and kindness really mattered!

I always love human bean especially the human bean nearest to me. They are amazing and thier coffee always tastes amazing. They also partnered with local prevention Coalitions to push our efforts to help people dispose of old prescription medications. Great coffee with a chocolate covered coffee bean!!

The service here is out of this world! Coffee is always delicious and the staff is so kind. Today at my visit a Uber Eats driver was in front of us and we witnessed him cursing and being extremely rude to the staff. Im so sorry they had to deal with such a rude customer. They did not deserve to be spoken to like that. I will continue to come back and enjoy the friendly service and great coffee!

The baristas are always so friendly and get my drink right EVERY TIME. I love that you get a chocolate covered coffee bean too! They have amazing alternative milk choices, my favorite being the Macadamia Nut milk, which Ive only found here! This is my favorite place to stop and get coffee during my day.

The baristas are friendly and drinks have been consistent, delicious, and energizing. The bean is amazing. I didnt initially realize you could drive up to either side. I also didnt realize there was an app until I looked it up. Still, Im happy to continue stopping here for a nice pick-me-up.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Ordered 3 drinks 2 blended and 1 hot. After stumbling upon restating our order, we receive one blended, one iced, and another attempt at handing the hot drink iced. After asking for the mistake to be fixed, the girls collaborated together and were upset that “she said iced”. We were then patient and received our third drink very aggressively and then was told to “yeah, leave, get out”. Being someone who has worked in coffee for years, this is absolutely unacceptable. I understand the stress of training and coffee rushes; however I left with the worst feeling i have ever experienced while dealing with coffee. I was also sad that they felt comfortable talking to customers this way. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Will never ever return.

This place USED to be great. When you wait for 15 minutes and get a drink that is not made the way it usually is with real carmel but has some nasty carmel syrup, its extremely disappointing. I have been going here less and less because of inconsistencies and today may have been my sign to find a new coffee place.

Im not sure if it was this location or not but I asked my husband to get me a drink .I asked for red bull smoothie with Huckleberry and white chocolate and whip and sprinkles .he came home with all but the sprinkles on it instead it was cinnamon it turned out to be the best drink I ever had who would have thought that mix would be good thanks

Love the lattes here. Baristas, when you hand over drinks and the only option is to drink from a straw or take off the lid... probably dont need to ask if we want straws. ESPECIALLY dont ask this question as you hand drinks out other drinks that have drink spouts.

Amazing coffee! Lots of great options hot, iced or frozen. Tons a great flavor infusions sure to meet anyone’s liking. The baristas are always nice and quick about getting you your coffee. I highly recommend to anyone that wants super premium quality coffee at a fair price too! Always a great way to put a pep in your step first thing in the mornings.

Seems they have several employees but only one making drinks . I seen at least 4 gals inside and 1 running both lines outside taking orders and im pretty sure they gave me straight caramel milk.

Horribly slow and a waste of time. They had 4-5 girls working but chose to only have one line and even though they were going down the line asking for orders before you got to the window they may as well have just asked you at the order window with how ungodly slow they were. They were so slow they made me late for work and I had 10 minutes to spare. The coffee may have been just a watery mocha and was barley hot.

Love the Human Bean! They even have some amazing smoothies and Italian sodas for those of us that arent coffee drinkers. Try the peach Pina colada smoothie next time youre there. You wont be disappointed

Always great. Friendly staff and lots to choose from. What I like is that they offer more drink sizes to choose from than other places and I like that they offer dmoothies and drinks infused with energy drinks if youre not in the mood for coffee.

I loved my morning coffee until I had this experience. Kourtney at the meridian and Fairview human bean put whipped cream on my drink. I didn’t want it so she scrapped it off and mixed my drink and then when I offered to pay for a remake at the other window she proceeded to talk bad about me to the other employees. And while I was waiting she came up to me in a harsh tone and asked “do you need something?! I saw you looking at me so I thought id ask” when I actually was not looking at her at all. I’m sorry she got mad that she didn’t make my drink right but she didn’t need to take it out on me like that. I wasn’t trying to get a free drink, I did offer to pay for the remake. I’ve been going there for over a year and that’s the first time I’ve ever had a problem. I feel bad, like maybe I shouldn’t go there again. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good location and typically good drinks. As with any coffee place, its usually who makes it. Human bean has much better training than places like Dutch bros. You at least know what youre going to get here. The service is A+. Try the chai lattes.

Best coffee around. Honestly. Get the drinks right everytime. We drive 35 minutes just to go get em theyre so good. Definitely recommend them. Java chip granita is my recommendation

Ive always gotten great customer service at the Human Bean but i want to post about todays visit. I stopped at the Meridian Rd and Cherry location this morning and the gal working was by herself. She was busy working both windows, fast and courteous and friendly. She did a great job.

First of all Id like to say the entire staff here is awesome! Always friendly and they all go above and beyond. I would also like to mention one employee that we come across the most being Noel. She is awesome and we love seeing her on our frequent visits to the location. She always shows above and beyond initiative, knows our order by heart and is super friendly. We have and will continue to be Human Bean fanatics!

VERY GROSSED OUT!!!I love this location. The staff have always been super nice and very friendly. Very good quality food and service. I go here every day. My order is never wrong. Almost every time I’m delighted to see that the ladies here already know what I want and make me smile. HOWEVER today there was a staff member there that I’m unfamiliar with. She has her nasty belly hanging out along with a pierced gross bellybutton. I will no longer be bragging about the amazing service and quality of this location. Have some respect and integrity. Your in the service industry.

I come here every morning and get the same drink. Every morning Im charged a different price. I get charged for the drink itself and then charged what comes in the drink like syrup, milk, protein. I dont even ask to add anything - I just order the drink.. So some mornings my drink it almost $7 and other days its around $4.60. Same drink same size everyday. Its mind boggling how inconsistent this place is.

The baristas here have great customer service next to Dutch bros & their green tea is also a really good quality tea. Although, when Ive ordered a coconut milk latte, its hot watery coconut milk. I know coconut milk doesnt steam very well, but there should be a little bit of foam, it is a latte. Also watching them steam it, they set the steam wand in there and walk away which irks me because if I wanted hot coconut milk, I would throw it in the microwave at home. Plus you are not aerating it one bit when you let it sit there. Unless your Starbucks and their machines are made to do that. But I pay $5 for a latte for milk to be steamed. Because you guys are a coffee shop. You are open to make coffee. And steam milk. Please. Like, come on guys. End rant

Have you actually tried your iced drinks? They taste like water. No taste whatsoever. Maybe you should spice it up a bit or make better drinks. This last time was just too much. Plus your drinks are overpriced, especially for coffee flavored water.

I absolutely love my Meridian Human Bean! Quick and delicious every morning and excellent service! They greet me each morning as if I am an old friend. I really do appreciate the smiles and the kindness that comes across from them and it never delays the making of a drink,its just the added bonus of being there!
