Took my mower in on Monday. It was ready on Tuesday. New carburetor, air filter and cover, new pull handle that my dog chewed off, filled it with gas and had it looking brand new. Started very first pull. Better than new. Outstanding service. They have a loyal customer now. Thanks much. Found out about them on facebook. Someone on there commented that they did mower repairs.

This store is a combination gas station, bbq supply, quick mart, pet food and supply, equine tack, hard ware store.

Dropped off our lawnmower for repair/service. It wasnt starting. Got a call it was ready, picked it up - got it home and as we were unloading it we discovered a hole had been melted through the cover. Didnt bother to unload it just took it straight back to them (5-30-20). They took it said theyd have their service manager call us that Monday, that it would be the first mower worked on Monday morning. Had to call late Monday to see what was going on - at first they said it didnt happen there but ultimately agreed to cover it. Said they had to order the cover. Called last week was told theyd need to contact the place they ordered from and would get us a status the next day. Never did hear back. Called today and left another message. Still dont have our mower back or know when we are going to get it.

Called last week to see if they could work on my chainsaw. Was told yes no problem to bring it in. The next morning the guy look at it and says we dont service these anymores when I told him I had already called, he had a note about it, but wasnt going to say anything. They took it and said theyd text. A week goes by and I have to call them. All for them to tell me they cant fix it. The man should have never taken it to begin with. Thanks for wasting my time. I heard so many great things.

Sales person Danny Salas went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem. He was very professional, patient, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I received exceptional service from him and the staff.

Nice little stop and shop/gas station in a convenient location. I like that they have a growler fill station and they keep a fairly good selection of local beers on tap. The service is always friendly when you go in and they have a nice selection of most everything you would need. In a pinch I got lunch here, I think its crispy chicken or something that they have open for lunch, and it was actually pretty good food, better than KFC.

My Riding Lawn mowers is at the shop right now. I took it in two weeks ago and they said it would be 1 1/2 weeks. Today is 2 weeks. I finally called them back and ask what is going on. They said their mechanic was sick and now they could not get to it for more than a week. I have used these place in the past (I bought by Mower from them). I know they have more than 1 mechanic and I think they just forgot about me. They should of called me and told so I have at least a choice on what to do. What terrible customer experience. I would not recommend them and will tell other not to use their service.

Bought a chainsaw from them 3 years ago. No issues... I do a tremendous amount of wood cutting and brought some chains in to get sharppened. The first few times I had this service performed they did a great job. This last time not so much... Teeth are ground down significantly and with some burnt tips from overzealous grinding. I wish I could say they were sharp but they are not. Looks like I paid for someone to learn on my gear and now I have the pleasure of purchasing new chains. I guess I should have taken the time to sharpen my own chains. Lesson learned.

Convenient, helpful, friendly... I went in to buy a small screwdriver to fix a thermostat last year...instead of selling it to me they loaned it to me. They recognize my family when we visit and are friendly each time.

Went in to buy a Traeger grill, was not sure exactly what I wanted or needed and had a very knowledgeable salesman. Not pushy, gave my wife and I time to make a decision. They have all the accessories, pellets that you need.

Had a rough start with them, partially because of my own attitude. Gave them a call the other day and talked to Matt, told him I wanted to give it another go. Went in and everything went great. Matt has single-handedly brought my business back. Probably most people wouldnt have had an issue to begin with but Im a pretty high strung kind of guy. If youre a little short tempered I recommend talking to Matt first to get things started on a good note.

I really enjoy there chicken it is better then kfc or any other place I have gotten chicken. Staff is very helpful and very polite.They now serve biscuits and gravy on Wednesday Thursday and Saturday mornings it is good!!!! Go try it

Was excited to have a Chevron south of Nampa...and the chlcken is awesome when they have it which has been more miss than hit. They advertised that the had the chicken but pretty much is very limited. So now I dont go there anymore to get my gas.

I have been dealing with the small engine repair shop for the last two years. I have taken in my snowblower and 3 chainsaws and received great service. I have done some pretty stupid things with my power equipment and they have been more than willing to instruct me on the things that I shouldnt be doing. These are machines that I have purchased used and they still treat me like their best customer. Turnaround time is what I consider to be more than reasonable. Having seasoned professionals that have been doing small engines for years is what keeps me coming back to their small engine shop. Five stars

I had been looking at getting a new grill for a while, and just prior to Christmas I finally pulled the trigger on a Traeger. Changing from a propane grill setup over to pellets was a little overwhelming, but the staff at Legacy showed me the rubs and pellets I needed to buy, and then walked me through the process to cook a prime rib for the 10 guests that were going to be at my house for Christmas. The Prime Rib turned out perfect, and Ive been cooking on the grill at least 3 times per week since I bought it. I cant thank the team at Legacy Feed and Fuel enough for always being there when I need help selecting the right cut of meat from their freezer and then telling me exactly how to cook it on my new Traeger grill.

People in convienence store are rude, disrespectful and argumentative, very frustrating to have to go thereUpdated been in three times for propane, harassed every time, gas station service refused to help as they were to busy, short handed and plain just couldnt help, I can say that the gas station side has made decide that they just dont need my business on either end, the feed side or service station bummer that they care so little about customers willing to give them money. Have purchased 3 grills, chainsaw, blower and many accessories for my grill. Guess I will just go elsewhere from here on out

I had a fiat tire on my trailor on a friday pulled info legacy parking lot to change ir realized my spare was gone went in asked the attendant if i could leave it till monday he said no problem. I returned on monday to my surprise it was gone. Called legacy tslked to manager explained that his employee said i could leave it till monday he stated that no one knew anything about that and that he had it towed. I feel that the manner in which he conducted himself was unprofesional and meanwhile i am stuck with 190 dollar towing bill not a good experiance on my dnd

Great service and great small engine shop.

I called and asked them if they worked on Poulan Saws they told me yes and even quoted me some prices. I drove all the way across town only to walk in and be told they dont work on Poulan Saws. When I buy a Stihl, Im certainly not giving them any business.
