The pharmacy is a joke. Zero customer service skills.. One person tells you one thing another person tells you another. If you are going to lie to your customers at least get together and tell the same lie. Will never return. I do not recommend anyone to go here. If you need a prescription, go elsewhere.

I’ve had a horrible experience trying to get refills the past month. Up until now I always have had prompt service and courteous service. Lately everyone I talk to has a different reason for inordinate delays. For the latest they said my doctors were refusing refills but doctors said they had repeatedly sent in authorization and had time and dates. I also was told that last week they had no pharmacist on duty, which if true would be illegal. They also haven’t been answering their phone after 3:30 pm either for me or my doctors. I left repeated messages and asked for call backs and got none. I’ve asked to speak to the manager and never heard from them, I’m switching pharmacies.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are always helpful and kind. I admire the patience they have because literally every time I have been there they are getting yelled out or talked down to by customers. Unfortunately the whole state is experiencing labor shortages. I can see they are working hard to try to keep up with the increase of demands caused by growth and doing vaccines on top of filling prescriptions. They all deserve pay raises!

Long holds on the phone. I know no one has enuf help, but the hold music is lousy. No idea how long will be on hold...

Great beer selection. Awesome staff. Been here a few times now and each time the staff is different and consistently awesome.

Terrible service, had an appointment, waited 5 minutes past before I was even acknowledged, then told to have a seat and theyd get to me when they can, schedule elsewhere, unless you like wasting your time

Started using this pharmacy after moving to this side of Meridian and have not had the greatest experiences. They will NOT refill my prescriptions automatically, never notify me when they are ready, and when Ive tried to ask questions Ive had the pharmacist hang up on me.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST DONE HERE. I work in health care and set an appointment with them because it was quick and easy. They say results in 3-7 days. Its been 12 days. The portal they send you access to does not give you an updates status (just an offer to participate in a clinical trial) and if you try to contact them you get a form response with no information. At this point I could have skipped shoving the swab in my nose and just self quarantined. I believe the model is data collection and the promise of test results is just a carrot. My three co-workers that used this service at this location had the exact same experience. We are now sending our team to the drive up test sites at St. Lukes. Much faster turn around.

Love having them close by when Im in a bind for kids Tylenol, toothpaste, wine, soap, tampons etc. Whatever it is they have it and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

Dont even bother. Their pharmacy techs are absolutely useless and the store is overpriced for a corner pharmacy.I went looking for childrens Sudafed (which Ive been able to get at every single pharmacy - Walgreens, Walmart, cvs, etc). The tech looked at me like I was stupid, said it wasnt approved for kids under 12 (which is false, just ask your pediatrician), and then preceded to tell me it doesnt exist. Wow.

I love this place. Great customer service. Kirk is fantastic... he knows me by name (even though I only stop by every several weeks). It is the little things that make a place great and these guys nail it.

I have always gotten great service from the pharmacist! Always with a smile! 🤗

Kirk was wonderful! You ran out of product on sale so he gave me an equivalent product at the same price. What wonderful customer service. Will drive from Kuna to use this store!

Convenient yet expensive.

I go to rite aid for their deals on cereal, but I always manage to buy other things. Service is always fast and very friendly. Sometimes though their specials arent marked on the shelves.

We had a great experience with the pharmacy. Jacklyn was able to help us reduce the cost of our very expensive prescription by searching hard for a coupon. We will stay loyal to Rite Aid because they have amazing employees like her!

Beware! Rite Aid charges nearly 4x the cost of walgreens, albertsons and about anybody else in town--example: a common cortisone eye drop $78 at rite aid, $22 elsewhere. I tried to return it unopened 5 min afterward and was told that if you walk out the door, you bought it. That is predatory pricing in my book.

Clean new store in a convenient location. Prices arent the best always but no worse than any other pharmacy as far as I can tell. Now we just need a grocery store in the area (hurry up Winco you were supposed to start building last fall).

Thank you Jacklyn for helping us find ways to save on our prescriptions and for being so warm and friendly. We will continue the use Rite Aid because they hire amazing employees like you!
