Absolutely blown away with the customer service. There were 2 individuals that went far out of theyre way to make us feel like valued customers. They did such a good job Im going back just to get theyre names.

Great Kids who work there. They produce great products even with all these crazy workforce issues.

Convenient and yummy! I ordered through the app (curbside pickup). They give you an option to notify them when you arrive through text or hitting the here button on the app. It was easy and quick. I love their cake cookies ^-^

I think my wife and I have an addiction... their cookies are just that good. We typically get The Box because you can get four cookies, which allows you to sample several, and it makes it cheaper per cookie than buying a few individually. Each week they have new flavors, and my wife is pretty diligent about checking in to see what is new. Regardless of the changing menu they always have chocolate chip and sugar cookies, and their sugar cookies are delicious.

Great cookies but so annoying to show up (literally) every time after an order is “ready for pick up” and it hasn’t even been started yet. I think the shortest I’ve ever waited is 15 minutes and everyone else in there has the same story. Delicious but so much time wasted on waiting. Dominoes can sling a pizza and deliver it faster than Crumbl can place cookies in a box and into your hands.

I ordered 4 cookies on the Crumbl app for curbside pickup at 11:05am. I didnt tap Im here when I arrived @ 12:50pm, because I was in such a hurry when I ordered it I didnt read all of the instructions. One of the bakers explained that it is so our cookies are warm when we pick them up, and after asking for my name told me I had 4 other orders in front of mine. I could see they were slammed. So I stood there patiently and quietly, waiting.At one point, for a very short period of time, I was the only one there. A young baker-man asked if I wanted 2 separate boxes, I replied yes because I was going to split them with my hubby. Then I waited some more. I watched at least 5 customers walk in, order, and receive their cookies within 5 minutes or less.It was 1:14pm and time for me to return back to work, so I left, without my 4 cookies. And am now very disappointed.

Always on time & customer service is amazing!! When I accidentally ordered the same order twice they fixed my error and were kind about it!! Plus the cookies are AMAZING!!!

Went in on a Friday night and they were out of a certain cookie, totally fine. after being told it would be 10 minutes, I went next door and came back. Well after standing in the waiting area for 20 minutes finally went up to the counter to ask and they said that they already called the order. Once I did get my cookies, they were practically thrown across the counter and the worker said ‘here’. I get it, you’re busy but at least try to keep track of the patrons that do come into your store to make sure they are helped in order.

Would give 5 stars because this place was amazing, but took 45 mins to get my order. My advice: order online in advance. Absolutely incredible cookies though!

If you havent ordered Crumbl yet, youre missing out. This location ALWAYS makes the cookies look picture perfect...as well as taste absolutely amazing.Best part is they deliver too!! Its a little over priced, but honestly the flavors of the cookies, the picture perfect look and the great customer service trumps it all.

Love that each week has a new flavor! I loved the candy bar weeks flavor. I dont like that the original sugar cookie has almond in it.

Amazing cookies but, be prepared to wait if you are selecting the curbside pickup. It is completely worth the wait however. If you are in a hurry and dont mind paying a little extra, their delivery has always been on time and the drivers have been kind.

I am super picky with baked goods. In general I do not like store-bought cakes or cookies or pie or anything else. Not even from most bakeries. However these cookies are the bomb! Their chocolate chip cookies are fabulous! All their cookies are super soft and yummy :-) I really love that when you get the chocolate chip cookies they are hot and melty, and when you get the sugar cookies they are chilled and soft. Just like cookies would be if we bake them ourselves! This is the next best thing to homemade!

We place an online order for curbside pickup. As soon as we pulled up-they we’re out the door and delivered! We got the Orange Julius (yum), classic Chocolate Chip, Bischoff Cookie, and Classic Peanut Butter. I really like the classics, but the OJ cookie was fantastic. It tasted more like a dreamscicle, dollop of whip gave it that nice creaminess.

We got Crumbl Cookies for my birthday and they were amazing! We cut them into smaller portions so everyone could try one. I liked every single one that we bought! The cinnamon swirl and the chocolate chip ones are the best! The service was great too and fast! We were in and out in about 15 minutes. A great place to get something special for your loved one ❤️

Delicious, elevated fresh baked cookies. Even the traditional chocolate chip cookies are something special. Theyre soft, yet substantial. The chocolate chips are very rich and delicious, like a high end milk chocolate bar. The oreo cookie was very special, as well. It had the nostalgia of a classic oreo cookie without the packaged chemical taste. It was an elevated, deconstructed oreo cookie. I absolutely loved it.

Fresh hot cookies and cold milk - delivered. Does it get any better? Well only if they stayed open on Sundays…

Ordered for curbside early Saturday morning for 3 PM. Granted it was Mother’s Day weekend, but waited for 40 minutes in my car and had to finally go in the store and ask for my package which they had done but did not bother to bring out. What’s the purpose of curbside? If it’s a busy holiday weekend, be prepared and staff for it. If the order is for curbside then bring it out to the customer, at the curb. Horrible experience!

The cookies are always good and the staff is nice. I placed an online order and it allowed me to choose my pick up time. When I got there at the mid- point of my pick up time, I was advised it would be at least a 20 minute wait due to how busy they were. I feel that the app should adjust pick up windows if they are running behind that much. The girl assembling the orders was wearing her mask below her nose.

Ah, this place makes some amazing cookies. We often think about it when hanging out with groups of friends, and either order some for delivery or pickup. They do an amazing job.My only complaint is with their chocolate chip cookie. While simple, its my favorite type, and its not up to snuff here. I wouldnt recommend it here (Chips is better), but the rest of their cookies make up for it.

Dont get me wrong, because the cookies this place makes are absolutely delicious!My suggestion, is for you to make an observation of your busy hours and have extra staff on hand during those times so that people who are ordering online can depend on your business to provide the product in a timely manner. I saw one person cancel their order and a birthday party apparently went an hour and a half past the scheduled time because of your lack of preparation.

We really enjoy Crumbl Cookies. They come in handy for birthday surprises or desserts for friends. Down side is the wait time on holidays- theyre pretty popular so you can wait nearly an hour for your order if you wait too late in the day.

The Meridian location normally has all flavors in stock which is great however their quality is not the greatest. Every time we go to that location their cookies are not all the size the should be or the toppings on the cookie is barely there. They sometimes ask how the cookies look but even when you say not great they just dismis it and walk away. The Nampa location is good most the time but almost always out of stock of something. And the shipping option omg what a colossal disappointment. D- on quality control, and accountability. I bought some for my daughters birthday and she was so sad at how awful they were. Definitely wont be wasting my money on shipping again.

Love the place they always have your cookies done within seconds, and even though you get them fast they taste amazing. We just their churro hazelnut cookie and it was so good I told my mom I would get a second box. I had mine gone within seconds and was sad to see it go. I definitely recommend this place, sweet tooth or no sweet tooth it always hits the spot.

Hands down the best cookies ever!

My wife has loved Crumble, but the last two times I have come in I watched one of the employees carry boxes of cookies out, grabbing the door handle both ways, and then walk back in to prepare cookies in his same gloves he grabbed the door handle with. On top of that for the third time we had hair in our cookies from last night. Mask signs all over the place but COVID is not your problem.

This is a great little spot. Their cookies are always unique and delicious. Its fun to pick and choose and create your own box with different flavors. Good fun!
