I absolutely love this place! I was in a pinch and needed print out post cards that wouldn’t be too expensive and Katie was right there to help me for my business. She even downloaded exactly what I needed printed from my computer and even cut them for me for no extra charge. I will definitely be going back and referring all my business owner friends to them! They are also always smiling and so willing to help with anything you need.

When relocating to the Meridian area, I called several places to get a mail box. My mother & I have been in nearly once a week for the past month thanks to the holidays. She has been in before whereas I just recently moved here from California so these were my first times. The first time we went in they remember my mom by name which I thought was awesome. Every other time since they have greeted us with a smile and an eagerness to help. Even though I sent the package on Saturday, way ahead of that days cut off time for USPS pick up, the package wasnt sent out until Monday. On my receipt, it states 2 day. This day being Thursday, the package still hasnt been received. When I called to inquire why my receipt says 2 day all that was said was that you never know with the postal service. Way to pass the buck Postal Express. You might not want to write anything on the customers receipt in the future if you cant guarantee. Ill be sending future packages through a more reliable outlet.

Wasnt sure I really want a mailbox not at home but it has been the best thing,since we have moved twice and able to keep same mailing address. Everyone is extremely helpful and love the emails or text that I have a package, so I can swing by. Had service for almost 1 1/2 years and just renewed for 6 more months!

Fred Meyers was not able to print a PDF off of a thumb drive (ridiculous, I know). I went into Postal Express where they quickly and politely assisted me in printing the document that I needed. I would highly recommend this business to anybody!

This is the best postal service ever. The owners are extremely professional and kind and efficient!!!! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I went there last week and ask suggestions for packing a fragile item I needed to place in a suitcase. Michelle quickly came with a great idea. She placed styrofoam around it and then, bubble wrap. The staff and service at Postal Express next to Fred Meyer on Fairview are always outstanding! I appreciate the convenience of being able to choose between different shipping options without having to drive all over town. They genuinely try to help people, too - like offering to run out to a customers car who was unable to make it into the store.

That being said, there are a few things that drive me to often choose another shipping location.First, I have been frustrated by the UPS drop off cost since it was implemented. Charging someone $1 for them to drop off a pre-paid label is ludicrous. At first, I thought it was a UPS charge. After talking to some other small shipping businesses, they could not believe that a company was charging people to drop off pre-paid labels.Second, I always leave here feeling like I needed to take out a loan to ship something. (joke) The prices they charge seem to be far above that of standard shipping costs. I once even declined to ship via UPS with them because I was suspicious of the cost. I went down the street a few blocks to the actual UPS store and it was cheaper to ship through them directly.Needless to say, I like the company and the owners... but the costs and weird charges for UPS drop off make me choose other locations more often than not. I am sad to see them make these choices as it really is a pleasant store. I hope positive changes are made as I love the location and would like to come here more often for shipping needs.Sorry this is so long. Thanks for reading.

I went in today to mail Christmas presents. Although the employees are very nice, this place is a complete rip off. I know that since they are a middle man, prices will be a bit higher but not as much as they tried to charge me. I went here because they can compare rates from 3 different postal carriers. The first box they weighed was 3.3 lbs. It was a medium sized box, nothing special. They showed me that the cheapest rate was from USPS for $30.82.... ground! I told them that it seemed excessive and online I saw that it should be around $19. I asked how much they raise rates and the guy said not much.. Well I decided to take all 5 of my 3 lb boxes to the post office. That same box cost me $18 at the post office, not $30. I can not believe the audacity of overcharging $12 for the same box for the same service. This is pure robbery and taking advantage of people who would not know otherwise. If I would have paid for those boxes at Postal Express, I would have paid around $150. But at the Post Office I paid $88. What a huge difference. Because of this, I will never return here again, no matter how convenient it is. Shame on you for ripping people off.

Went in this morning to mail a prepaid UPS return package and the gentleman said they would do so for $1.00 which is reasonable. Before I accepted I asked if he knew of a UPS location nearby and he said “nothing nearby that I know of”. So I paid the $1.00 and left. The gentleman was polite about it. A few moments after leaving the store I noticed a large UPS Dropbox literally 7ft from the entrance of this Postal Express. I went back in the store and asked if I could use the UPS drop box for packages like the one I just paid for. He said yeah. I just shook my head. Dollar well spent to know I will not be returning to be swindled for any larger amount!

My wife walked in to simply alert the staff to the fact that the UPS drop box in front of their store was full and ask if something could be done. She had just dropped a very expensive item into the box. It wouldnt drop, but the door wouldnt open for her to pull it back out either.The staffer said one word: No and proceeded to ignore her instead of saying something like, Sorry, were not responsible for that drop box or Hmmm. Let me give you the number to UPS.

While I generally support local businesses, the cost to ship here is exorbitant. They were going to charge $22.80 for a package that cost $12.15 direct with Fedex.

Normally I have great customer service but today I was extremely disappointed when I was informed that I would have to pay for tape so that I could finish getting my package ready to be sent. I have never been charged anywhere for using tape.

Even though my shipments are prepaid through UPS, and this facility gets a cut from US, they still want to charge me an extra dollars per box to drop off my shipments. I will never use this store, stay away.
