First off... to the person whining about not getting a $200 rebate... I don’t believe that for one second. I know for a fact that Allison would much rather have a happy customer, then not give a $200 rebate.If you are looking for anything Vacuum, Sewing or Embroidery related... this is your place. When I decided which Embroidery machine I wanted, I researched every Brother Dealer in East Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi and Allison (as she promised) offered the best deal, saving me almost $1000, and I was able to get all the accessories I wanted, even a set of hoops that none of the other dealers would even consider. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and was honestly happy to be helping me. And they had everything in stock ready to ship! I’ve purchased 8 embroidery machines in the last 11 years, from as far as Miami, and not one was as great of an experience as this was. Allison has gone above and beyond, and I can’t wait until my next purchase with them!

I trusted the Sewing & Vacuum Center to repair the brush-motor in my Kenmore-Elite, upright-vacuum and the unit now operates as strong if not stronger than when newly purchased and at a price of under $17.00. The staff were courteous both upon drop-off as well as pick-up & thus a 5-star rating is warranted.

I bought a $10,000 machine from them and it was supposed to come with a stand and a $200 rebate. The girl that sold it to us said she would send the paperwork in for the rebate. Apparently she never did. Since the girl does not work there anymore and the owner refuses to do anything about it. So I Just do not get the rebate. Very sorry service.

Hey y’all!! This is the “Best Little Sewing Machine Repair Shop” in Mississippi!!! Seriously!I had my serger at another shop for 5 weeks!☹️! Still wasn’t repaired. Holding up my alterations business.I found this shop online, called, took my serger there, went to lunch, came back and picked up my SERGER! Completely repaired! The customer service was great... but the quality of the vinyl sold was trash... maybe it was a bad batch idk... but I Iive 3 hours away so I couldnt just turn around to return.
