What a fantastic sales experience with the Sales Manager, Bill! I was interested in the Ferris zero turn commercial mower and he had the rep come out, we discussed all the picadillos of the machine, watched a video of this monster cutting grass at 11mph. WOW! Top notch sales experience start to finish. I called and let the first person who answered know what I needed (Utility tractor with 145 to 180 HP, and a front PTO). After my request, Jim Gibson with sales checked back same day. The front PTO is unusual in North America. He let me know he would see what he could find. He found ONE new tractor in the New Holland network in North America with a front PTO, in Canada.. Over the next couple months all my questions were answered, even when I asked multiple times. Getting the unit across the border proved slightly challenging time wise, and when a few parts the Canada dealer drug their feet a bit on, that I needed for the primary tasks I required, added extra work (and cost) for Mountain View, Jim kept at it and kept charging. They could have easily attempted to charge me more do to some moderate hydraulic upgrades, and honestly, and I told him this, I would have worked with them on it, but they stuck to their original price.Really great experience, and they earned my 5 star review.
