Bought a sump pump and manager swore it was one with auto shut off. Well it wasnt and they wont take back....I know pumps are not returnable but where he was wrong they should give at least a credit. It was only 1 day..theit nasty never go there again

Only one person there that knows/cares about anything there. If hes not working you probably wont be getting what you were hunting...

Not the best customer service but I usually find what I need.

Watch your receipt. They did not have the product that I needed in stock. They offered me a comparison at a 20% discount. When I get home I look at the ticket and realize that they charged me for a year membership for $29.99 so that I could get the 20% off. Not pleased with the way they pulled that one.

I stopped by to buy a thermostat socket to fix my hot water heater and again you couldnt find anyone to help. You cant tell who works there and who dont. I wont be stopping by anymore. I will go to the store in my county to buy what I need which is 12 miles away.

Good service. Cant beat harbor freight prices. Go there every time Im in meridian. Purchased saw blades, and reciprocating saw. Also purchased titanium drills. Love the saw, and blades. Havent tried the drills yet, but already own one set from there and they are fine.

Love making a trip here when I need something for my projects. Staff has always been helpful and friendly with helping me find the item if they have it. Also just going in to just look around and never know what Ill find that I need or can use.

I love Harbor Freight! It is one of my favorite stores. The coupons are excellent.

Store is good. Well laid out, clean, organized, and the staff are friendly. Products are of dubious and questionable quality sometimes, but most of the hand tools are well made.

I usually like Harbor Freight, but this store had one employee in the front and 3 in the back joking around. I needed help getting something and had to interrupt them after waiting for 20 minutes...maybe they were in a break or something.

My go to place for tools! Are the tools as good as the name brand tools at other stores, no. But when they cost half the price or better you shouldnt expect them to be. I dont know if I would get tools from them for commercial use, but for the home DIYers and hobbiests these tools are perfect.
