No help with info. Just told to go to dmv.

They were very helpful with the transition from California AAA to Idaho AAA. But unfortunately one of the reasons we had AAA to begin with was the fact that we could do DMV transitions with them in California and here in Idaho we cannot. We have until June to see if AAA is still worth having without the DMV piece.

I am currently moving to Idaho and needed to transfer all of my policies to there and Shawn made it so easy and stress free. Thank you again Shawn for everything!

Canceled my membership since they charge more than anyone else, was charged after being told I would not be. Then I had 4 different employees ask me to prove I canceled my policy which means they dont know how to keep information on file, was told that we would have a refund posted to our account in 48 hours and it has been 6 days. Cant get the so called manager to call me back and they do not care that they have caused overdraft charges on my bank account. Im very sad about this because everyone thinks AAA is so good and all we have is problems. If I do not have a refund by today I will be disputing the charges with my bank who has been great to work with during this problem with AAA.

3 weeks ago I would of rated 5 stars...But...I have been waiting for requotes on my auto insurance with other markets for 2 weeks!! Dawn, my agent responded to me 3 days after my request (due to me sending Melissa an email for help, but she is not able to do quotes, unfortunately) and said she has been crazy/busy, and would try to have it done by that Friday the 23rd of August...still waiting.Ive worked in insurance before and know it takes less than 30 minutes to provide that service.
