The worker was super friendly and we ended up chatting for a bit. He helped me look around and find what I needed. Talked to me about some deals going on but didnt push anything on me too hard. Overall a very good experience. I recommend this specific store because they do their job so well, and actually know what theyre talking about.

I found a front tire for my Honda VTX1800r at Cycle Gear online. Had it shipped directly to the Cycle Gear store in Meridian. They mounted the tire for $25, plus $4 for a valve stem. Very satisfied with the cost and servi.Note: You cant take the whole bike in, you remove the wheel yourself and then take only the wheel in.

My little guy is 9 and he wanted a dirt bike- so he need gear…I couldn’t believe how much everything cost and was having doubts but after a couple crashes, I would’ve paid more!! The kid that was helping me was patient, kind and very helpful.

The store here in Meridian Idaho is special, the staff is some of the nicest folks I have met in ANY motorcycle store, they always (I really do mean to say - always) go above and beyond. As a cycle enthusiast, I demand the best quality in both my bike and the gear I wear to ensure I have as many “safety factors” on my side every time I ride. We are new riders taking the STAR course soon and we came to Cycle Gear to get prepared. They have gear for all sorts of budgets and the staff was friendly and helpful while helping us find everything we needed and that fit us well. Some of their stock options were limited in sizes/colors, but we were still able to find what we needed.

The wife and I went in looking for helmets to ride to Washington state this weekend and it turned into a fun and funny experience. Unfortunately we didnt wind up with matching ones but we did find some thanks to the salesman. Wife got one to fit in a short time but it took forever to help me with mine to fit properly lol. Thanks much to the salesman for that help and taken so much time to do so. We will be going back!

From the moment we entered the store, Henry was awesome! He quickly fitted us for helmets and helped us with jerseys and gloves. All employees were friendly and offering assistance.Our only negative is that when we got home we noted the Velcro closure on one of gloves was tearing off. I have no doubt we will have no issues exchanging. We will definitely seek out Henrys assistance for future needs.

This place is awesome. The people here are some of the best out there. I went in with a pair of gloves that were falling apart after only 3 months and they exchange them for a pair that are better then the ones I returned. Plus I was able to get a very nice motorcycle jacket that I put on hold till tomorrow when Ill go pick it up. So if your looking for some really good motorcycle gear. Head over to Cycle Gear theyll hook you up. If you cant afford the item or items that day theyll put them on hold for you. Or they do have payment plans available as well. These guys no their stuff very knowledgeable plus they have a passion for what they do. Mason, Steve everyone over there are knowledgeable and will help you with any issue or question you may have.They treat you right.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our group was in the process of riding the TAT and some of us needed tires and a few other parts. The were able to get us the tires we needed and even let us borrow a stand so we could swap out the tires out in the parking lot. Many thanks to them for all of their help.

Great service, great product line, and competent friendly staff make shopping at Cycle Gear a special experience in terms of purchasing MC gear. Both the Fresno, California and Meridian, Idaho stores were well stocked, clean and organized. I’ve been shopping at them for years and always tend to find the right riding apparel or equipment I’m looking for.

Overall Im happy with my dealings with Cycle Gear and try to buy things there rather than ordering things online. There are a few areas where they could improve, however. I bought a chain for my Honda and they did not have any rivet master links for that chain. They had two whole boxes of master links for all kinds of chains and nearly all of them were clip type. Thats the type that came with my chain. I want a rivet master link, but Ill make do with the clip link instead.Also, I ordered a quiet insert for my muffler that I bought from Cycle Gear a few months ago. I paid for it and we ordered it, but it was back ordered and wont come in until December. That is way too long. I was told that they would order it from a different supplier and I should have it within two weeks. Ill have to wait and see on that. They only told me this after I visited the store and explicitly asked about it.I like that they have the tires that I want in stock and I havent had to order any of those. In summary, Im happy with the Meridian Cycle Gear and will continue to do business with them.

As an impulse buyer it gives me a reason to take a ride down here versus waiting for the long lines at Amazon. Very helpful and passionate staff. Bought a used bike and my front brake lever was held together with tape. They tried to help put a new one on with what they had in stock with no success but got me a new one ordered right away. Ive shopped at Cycle Gear a number of times with very positive experiences. The staff is always helpful, well stocked shelves and I have found great prices. Even found a new tire that I could not find anywhere else and yet saved quite a bundle, they even installed it on my bike rim and had it ready next day. My BMW dealer could not even find that tire. I was very greatful toward the staff at Cycle Gear. I think I just might drop off a box of donuts to say thanks.

Went in to look at helmets. Staff was great! He was juggling three customers at the same time. I never felt neglected or waiting. Found a Bell helmet I really liked. Just about the same price as online, and I walked out with my new helmet!

Would give them 5 stars if their inventory included a decent selection of carbon fiber helmets in store.. Prices on some accessories are up there at full retail but the quality is up there too. Didnt know Wal-Mart had similar handle bar phone mounts for under $20 or I might not have spent $60 for the one I bought at Cycle Gear. But then again.... Wal-Mart Chinese made stuff is often made by prison work slaves, not Americans with a mortgage to pay.

Sho ever in charge of the Cycle Gear here really needs to read this. I came in yesterday looking for some help on pickin out some new gear and the gentleman there Henry helped me out. Henry was an absolute rock star. He answered all my questions, ran back and fourth scrossed the store grabbing stuff for me, gave me a ton of helpful tips and knowledge. And he was really cool. He definitely deserves some praise and a heck of a raise.
