Maddie was such an amazing help! I was able to feel the bottom of my toes for the first time in 20 years! I praised the Lord the whole time I walked in my new supports. All the staff were warm, inviting and encouraging to me and my soon to be made progress. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking about visiting. This will surely change my life.

I went into the Good Feet Store because of chronic pain issues due to a 2009 back injury. Timothy was the one to help me at the store and he has also followed up with me whether I have any questions or concerns which I appreciate.When I first tried on the shoes with the arch support, I noticed immediately how they seemed to help with correcting my posture.I also purchased the particular New Balance walking shoe they had at the store and am very satisfied with that particular shoe. My feet feel much more comfortable with both these shoes and the arch supports.Additionally, I do think this will also assist in supporting/helping my back.

Terrible experience. High pressure sales with absolutely no warning or indication of how expensive these products are. Salesman put everything into a shopping bag and added several items not even discussed. I was so shocked at the amount and he gave no options for me other than the entire amount, which was close to $2,000. I regretfully paid it in full but felt ill for several days after. I should have walked out but instead felt like he was pressuring me to purchase the items that he took so much time showing me. I will never recommend Good Feet. I kept asking him how much it was going to cost me and he kept saying, it’s all about getting your feet better. Anyway, very sad and disappointed. My feet aren’t doing well either! I’ve been using the products as instructed and still have plantar fasciitis.

Greg helped me get my feet printed. I got them done about 10 years ago in California and replaced them twice already and thought I might need to replace them again. The last year and half I worked on my feet mostly now. For the last 8 months Ive been working at Amazon and my feet were hurting badly. The Zippos you can get for free were not feeling good on my feet after a few months. I thought I might need new arch supports. I went to The Good Feet store in Meridian and Greg was so professional, funny, caring, sincere, informative, and a wonderful overall personality. He took new prints of my feet, and measured them too. Greg told me my insoles were worn and so were my shoes but my arch supports were in good shape. He put a wedge were my big toe is on my new insoles and found new sneakers that were more suitable for standing a lot. Greg is great. The Good Feet store in general is the best place to go for feet issues. Dont wait longer to get super relief. Greg will more than take care of you! He made me feel I was the only person on his mind! He told me to come back in 6 months to perhaps change my arch supports then. I felt like Greg is my feet Dr but no doctor would take that much time to help my feet feel this good. I love Greg and the The Good Feet store! My feet feel like I am walking on air again but even better than originally because of the wedge he added. A real dream come true. Greg is brilliant!

It has been just a little over a week since I started using the Good Feet arch supports. WOW what a difference, my feet feel so much better already. Dont waste your time going to these places if you have real foot pain and require orthotics or special shoes. They are not board certified podiatrist and if you mention to a real foot doctor that you used good feet the podiatrist will cringe and groan.

My sales person was great. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I was amazed at all he did to show me what was wrong with my feet. Once I tried the arch support in my new shoes I instantly felt so much better. My foot had been killing me for months and since having the new arch support insert put in I can now walk in no pain. I went in to the Good Feet Store because I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and other foot pain, and the pain was making it hard to get out of bed in the morning. Forget about walking for exercise! I’m not going to lie - there was some initial sticker shock, and I almost bailed on the whole thing.Then the first day on the exercisers was awful. I was nearly in tears hobbling for about 1/4 mile taking a ton of breaks.But the second day was way better. Still hard, but way better. And the next and the next. It’s only been 10 days, and the pain is all gone. Plus, I was also experiencing low back pain and occasional knee pain the I thought was totally unrelated to the foot pain. Guess what? Also gone! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Lee with his friendly and professional attitude. He was so knowledgeable and kind. Answered all of our questions. I wasn’t sure about the system bc it’s pretty pricey but when Lee broke it down for us, it turns out that it’s such an important thing to care for your feet and so much is included. What sold me, besides Lee’s amazing and friendly attitude, was when he fit me with my inserts, my knee pain that I had for weeks prior too, completely went away. Including my brother’s foot pain was taken care of. We’ve only been on the system for a few weeks but so far so good. Lee did a good job explaining what we needed to do and how to get the most out of the system. My wife had some issues with standing on her feet after she started a job at Amazon. We walked into the Good Feet Store, where we were greeted by Lee. You could see his awesome customer service with my wife from the get go. As she was fitted with insoles Lee listen very attentively to give her the best results. After my wife got fitted with the best pair of insoles, through the process, her feet felt like nothing was ever wrong. We would like to shout out to Lee for the great service, excellent attitude and attentiveness to my wife. He truly cared about her situation and we felt we were in good hands.

Went to good feet because of severe knee pain. It was so bad I couldnt enjoy activities I use to do. I thought I would need surgery. They were very polite and helpful. They gave me insoles for my specific needs. I noticed over just a few days the difference. It was easier to be on my feet for work 12hrs. I was doing MMA, snowboarding was easier and I could do more runs I even started running again. My feet, knees and back dont bother me anymore. This is a miracle, a God send. I went to The Good Feet Store since I’d started walking after having surgery and my feet were killing me. Each night I was in terrible pain and rubbing my feet never helped. I’d have to take ibuprofen to finally get some relief. I don’t like taking any drugs. I received shoe inserts to help. Most of my problem stemmed from going from 3,000 steps a day to 14,000 a day using my Fitbit. I’m having to backtrack to walking a shorter distance until my feet are used to my inserts which is teaching me patience. The inserts are helpful and once they’re broken in will be even more helpful. Considering it’s been years with bad feet, I know I’m on the right road now. The Good Feet Store knows their business well and I’m confident in their advice and instructions.

My dad was experiencing a lot of pain in his shins and back and we hoped that The Good Feet store could be the answer for the relief my dad was looking for. We were greeted by Jamie who is the manager of the Meridian, Idaho store. Jamie made us feel comfortable and at ease immediately. He listened to my fathers issues and reassured us that he could help. Jamie made imprints of my dads feet and explained why my dad was having pain based on the imprints. Jamie brought out a couple of different shoe inserts and we started to figure out which one was best for my dads issue. It is at this point that Jamie made the biggest impact on us. Jamie was personable, funny and invested in helping my dad. Again because of Jamies great attitude and non intimidating salesmanship that we walked out of the store with renewed hope, and completely satisfied with the whole experience. The inserts we left with began to help immediately, but we knew it would take some time based on what Jamie explained to us. After a few months and returning to the store for some reassessments my dad is a whole new guy. We appreciate everything the Good Foot Store offered us and Jamies help was unparalleled. I was having issues with Achilles tendonitis and Timothy in the Meridian store got me set up with the right orthotics. I have had many expensive prescription orthotics in the past that were so rigid that they were unwearable and were thick and bulky. These are sleek and comfortable and fit in virtually all shoes and there are three sets for different shoes and activities. Im very happy.

Traci was a great help with getting me the correct inserts. So far my feet are much happier since getting them. The only issue i really have is that the insert moves and needs to be put back in place every so often, and the insole that you purchase tends to move around by the end of the day causing me to have to re-tie my shoes. Other than that i would highly recommend.

Nor impressed at all. I stopped to get pricing and they went in for a hard sale after I told them I would be more about price right now. I asked specifically if there was a shoe that was less than 130 bucks but again he tried to hard sell me. Youd think that places that sell shoes would not be like buying a car. But I guess not ! So much for relaxing while looking for shoes LOL

I wanted to post a review for the Good Feet Store in Meridian. Suzann was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lee a Manager came to my rescue when I needed some help with my account. Here is what is important to know when going to this type of Store. 1. Know what you are looking for by doing some research on Arch Supports. 2. Ask questions on price, warrantys, and return policies (granted these arch supports are not low in price!). In other words be an informed consumer. Their credit provider is possibly an easy source to support your purchase. Just go in with eyes wide open and you should be enjoying rather quickly the relief you may need with your feet, knees, and hips. I gave 4 stars(I wanted to give another 1/2 star) only because of a hiccup with some information not provided at the point of sale. If you do the things above your should have a great experience.

I came to the Good Feet Store after dealing with some unresolved foot pain from an injury I incurred during the start of my basketball season. The quality of service I received from Lee was unparalleled. He was able to visually show me what was going on with my feet with the ink impressions, but he also went above and beyond when he connected his knowledge of basketball to my current athletic needs. He explained how maintaining the alignment of my feet would benefit well into my athletic career by relieving pressure and pain from my joints.I purchased their three-step program and used them as instructed hoping for anything that would resolve my pain when playing. I was worried about starting a new job where I was going to be on my feet for 10-12 hours a day. Traci showed me how the insoles worked and the research behind them. It was a really easy decision to purchase them, even though they are definitely an investment. I have been at my job for 3 months and have had no problems with my feet. The insoles have been great! And, if I need to change them in a year, I can! Really good product!

The sales representative was very courteous and kind I gave him five stars, your product on the other hand is not worth $399 a pair when I have had custom orthotics made for my feet for 200. Thank you

My daughter and I had a very good experience, right up until the point where we were told the cost of the system for two people (at the very end). It was over $2500. I was so gobsmacked by the high cost all I could say was No. I cannot pay that or anything close to that.The salesperson who had been so friendly and helpful became very condescending, saying things like You work in health care (came up during the fitting process), you know how expensive it is, and using my daughters foot pain to try to shame me into purchasing. He said What were you expecting when you came in here? I had told him at the beginning that I had never been to a Good Feet store, so I reminded him I had never been there, therefore had no way of knowing what to expect. I said it was not right to withold the very high cost until the end, and the sales associate actually said Well, if I had told you the price up front you wouldnt have stayed and learned so much. He said we didnt waste his time, we were leaving knowing more than when we came in. I said that maybe for some people the cost was workable, but for me it was extremely prohibitive. He then attempted to convince me to pay using Care Credit. I said no, and he offered one set of inserts for my daughter for over $400. This is a very high price for orthotics that are not customized. We left without purchasing anything.I am glad the Good Feet store seems to help a lot of people literally get back on their feet, but I simply cannot and will not go into this much debt over shoe inserts.

We would highly recommend Good Feet, if you have problems with your feet. They are located at the Village in Meridian, ID. We have been customers for the last 3 years. My husband has Parkinson’s and we thought we would see if they could help with his balance. He does a lot of walking and golfing and feels the orthotics/shoes have made a difference. The orthotics have improved his posture as well as his balance. Our initial contact person was Suzann and we continue to work with her. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable about their product. She has been able to keep up with his changing needs. We have had nothing but good experiences at this store and especially dealing with Suzann. I have been wearing the Good Feet arch supports for 3 years. I went in to find out if I needed to trade my old arch supports for new supports. Suzann was super helpful! It turns out that I had not been using the arch supports correctly. My original salesman from 3 years ago had left out some very important information! Suzann was so patient and explained, as well as showed me the correct way to wear my arch supports. She also looked at my old supports and gave me new supports for the ones that had worn out. Even though I had not been using the supports exactly as intended, they have been wonderful in easing my ankle pain over the past 3 years. I will continue to wear them and I believe that I will have even more amazing results now that I know how to use them correctly! I am so thankful to Suzann for being so helpful! Went in because my husband was needing help with his back due to a car accident. Suzann was absolutely phenomenal! She took her time to explain everything and even tried to help us get financing on the needed orthotics. Traci was outstanding! Second day now with the 3 Step System and I already feel the improvement. Steps are easy to follow and the results cant be matched anywhere else. Believe me Ive tried!

That staff were all very kind and helpful. However their orthotics are INSANELY expensive, talking a couple thousand dollars, and they are not custom. They simply have different styles of orthotics for different foot types. A concept that is not all that different from Dr. Scholls inserts inside WalMart for $50. In my opinion, this is a complete rip off. You would be much better off going to your doctor and getting custom inserts, for a lower price, that your insurance can help cover.

Kelly our saleslady was the best!!! She spent time with us and it was a learning experience. The issue for us was we were looking to buy shoes not an investment in a system to re train how we walk correctly. I know that sounds like we dont have an interest in our foot health but $2600.00 was a stretch for us at the time.The customer service was incredible and i would recommend going into the Meridoan Store on Eagle and McMillan, ask for Kelly!!!

Really enjoy this place. My name is Jeff Im 16 years old. I came in because Ive foot pain for as long as I can remember. I have terribly flat feet, hammertoes, and bunions. Not only was this giving me pain and cramps in my feet but also ankle pain and lower back pain. I dont walk on the bottom of my feet I walk on the sides of my feet. After coming in I was met with just the nicest salesmen Lee he really cares about his people. And he believes in the product he always wearing his arches. After we were done talking about my condition I was sized up and Lee came back with the correct arches. I tried them and was filled with instant relief it was the strangest feeling in a good way. The only concern is the price of 1200 for the arches thats extremely steep. But I believe that relief greatly outweighs the price. Its been almost 3 months and all the problems I had dealt with earlier I really dont experience anymore. Like is used to go on a hike and afterward my feet ankles and lower back would be so inflamed I would have to stop walking for 3 to 4 days till I could heal up. Now I can freely walk around almost pain free after about 6 months of use I can see a pain free future. I highly recommend these to anyone thats experiencing foot, ankle, and lower back pain. I Cannot remember if when you buy them they come with a lifetime warranty or you buy it separately. But I highly suggest taking a trip down and finding out for yourself or at the very least calling them up and finding out whats best for you!

Wouldn’t tell me the price of the shoe system until I had asked 5 times and the seller had given his hour long sales pitch. What a waste of time.

I was in a major car crash, my femur was shattered. When I was put back together, my femur was shortened by 1/2 inch and my foot was twisted slightly. I was prescribed special orthotics. About a year or so later, I started developing sciatic pains. It got so bad, walking was problematic. I went to a chiropractor, she said she couldnt help me till I got my shoes straightened out.I kept hearing infomercials while I was performing maintenance in hotel rooms. I thought Id try it. So I went to the Good Feet Store, where I was so kindly and warmly greeted by Traci. I was able to walk almost normal again with the setup Traci made.Unfortunately,they were cost prohibitive, insurance wouldnt cover it.Traci stuck with me, then about 1 year later, she called again to inform me of some great specials and finance options. The rest is history. I was trying to get another spinal injection to relieve the pain. With the Good Feet stuff, I dont need an Injection.Thanks Traci for sticking with me.

I purchased some arches to wear in my work shoes, and got almost instant results! I’m standing and moving all day at work, and I no longer go home limping from the pain in my feet.The consultant in the store was really helpful and talked me through and helped me discover just what I needed. Traci greeted my wife and I right when we walked in and brought us to her socially distanced area to give us the one-on-one attention we needed. My wife was born with clubbed feet, and surgery 20 years ago was only so precise. Needless to say, walking for more than an hour was misery. We had just received orthidics from her doctor, but wanted a shoe to support them. Even though we werent going to buy a $399 insert from them, Traci still did everything she could for us. Bryan greeted me warmly at the good feet Store and spent about an hour with me to help me find the perfect supports for my heel pain. He was so knowledgeable and supportive and gave me all the time I needed. I was not able to purchase the products and Bryan was very understanding and not pushy at all. Hopefully I will be able come back soon to purchase the insoles. They were of very high quality however I wish there was some kind of guarantee as they are very expensive for the average person but totally worth it if they do work!! Thanks again!

Well short and sweet the store employee “Greg” is A breath of fresh air. He’s one who actually cares about your wellbeing over the sale. He didn’t push, defend or convince in any question I had. I could feel what gravity and age has put out of place, and I could feel in my body what this product was trying to put back in order. So along with his explanation of the different levels offered and each in there place of use. I could not disagree with the positive immediate change I felt and with his clear knowledge and no pressure or even hint of want or worry in my decision, that allowed me to do what I thought was best. I had back surgery to relieve my nerve pain on both legs, due to the severity of that pain, I had never realized my foot pain! I looked up the Good Feet Store in Meridian and was treated with compassion and care by Traci! I explained my pain and Traci hooked me up with the 3 step system for my feet discomfort! I have been faithful in using my orthopedic devices! After 2 weeks,I called Traci, explained the aggressive treatment on my left foot, she had me come right in and adjusted my work step system! Was visiting family so I decided to take my granddaughter in as she always says her feet hurt. I have to say that Traci was an absolute angel. She was polite kind and explained everything to my granddaughter which I completely appreciated. I have to say her product knowledge was superb and she answered all questions we had. She definitely went above and beyond and never once used us towards any decision. I have to say if you are considering visiting this location you will not regret working with this delightful lady.

Ridiculously expensive! I was quoted $1500 for a pair of $90 Brooks shoes, 3 sets of arch supports and shoe liners. If it had been $200-300 I might have purchased, granted my feet did feel better, but $1500? Just one pair of arch supports was $452.00 with tax. After checking the BBB I found out they only have a B+ rating, mostly due to their absolutely no refunds policy. I also found practically the same items substantially cheaper on Amazon...

The price is steep and the shoes are expensive. My feet hurt just as much if not worse than before I bought these. Money I cant afford just went out the door because theyre not working for me. Consider all your options before spending thousands of dollars that you dont have.

My son recently had a positive experience at the Meridian Good Feet store and he recommended the store very highly to me. I cruised in and was greeted professionally and courteously by their knowledgeable representative, Bryan, who took the time to answer every question I had about the product. The system is not inexpensive, but Ive had zero luck with the usual off-the-rack stuff from drug stores, and thanks to Bryan taking the time to explain the benefits of your system, I am seriously considering purchasing.

I have an issue with my left foot that has been plaguing me for a couple of months. Ive tried over-the-counter shoe inserts that really did nothing to help. I found the Good Feet Store in Meridian and decided to see if they could help. Traci took excellent care of me during my evaluation. She spent a great deal of time making sure that the insert solutions she was offering did the job. It has been about six weeks and I am doing much better and can walk normally through my daily life without the nagging pain as before. My foot is still not perfect, but its on the way to being pain free. Traci has followed up with me and had me come in for an additional follow-up evaluation. She is a pleasure to work with and I recommend that you see Traci when you visit the Good Feet Store in Meridian.

Beware... great product they’ll have your inserts bagged and in your shoes Heading out the door before they tell you your total is $1700 or more... not worth that!

Its a huge financial commitment, which I took but my feet still hurt, the shoes I bought there are too big and collecting dust in my closet. Unfortunately, I signed a form that said the shoes cannot be returned so I am stuck with them. I have to say Im disappointed in the outcome because I was really hoping these would work.

Service and staff was great. My daughter has feet pain and it got worse since she started her 1st job. I took her into The Good Feet Store to see what they could do to help. They were amazing. But I about hit the floor when I got my total cost. That was with a discount. Way out of my budget.

I have had problems with my feet for years. Lower back pain and pain in my knees. Spent thirty minutes with the rep getting fitted. Feet hurt for a couple of days when breaking the supports in. I have to thank the people because the change was noticeable right away. After wearing the arch supports for a few days I can stand on my feet with no back pain or knee pain.

I went into the Meridian store and was politely greeted by all of the employees. Bryan, Jamie, Greg, Luigi, Kelly, and Suzy were are wonderful. They made it a great time and had me laughing throughout the demonstration. I wasn’t sure what I would think about the supports and if they were right for me. Bryan showed me the product and explained how they would work in my daily life and I was impressed. I’m looking forward to seeing how the 3 different supports will improve my quality of life. My feet were hurting me and after a day of using them I can already tell a difference! Thank you to all of them!

I came in looking for a specific brand of shoe inserts only to discover they didnt have them. Before I could leave Suzann asked me to wait as she had a pair in the back she wanted to give me free to try. Needless to say she was right..They are excellent inserts & her service was exemplary. Even though I bought nothing, Suzann went out of her way to take care of my needs. I will be coming back for future purchases as a happy customer.

The size we needed was particularly large and difficult to find at regular department stores. Then we were referred to The Good Feet Store. Suzann gave a thorough presentation based on our needs. She offered many options to us including various cushion inserts, improved foot support, and comfortable shoes. Suzann showed us the complete system that helped us walk straight, upright, and with no balance issues. Suzann will help you find the shoes you want with proper support. Your feet will thank you. Not to mention your knees, back, and shoulders, too.

Traci at the store in meridian Idaho was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. A really good sales person and an asset to the store. I must say that I was blind-sided by the cost, which I still feel is excessive, but am determined to follow the instructions in order to get the full benefit. And if the system improves my balance, it will be worth the investment.

Finally made it in to the Good Feet store, why did I wait so long???? I walked out with hardly any pain in my feet at all! Suzann took GREAT care of me and totally made my day. Explained how the program works and got me in a pair of shoes that feel great!
