First time here and I like it but still love my #1 Baklava at Amir Mediterranean Grill and bakery

Been to many Krispy Kreme shops. Been to this one multiple times. The original glazed when relatively fresh taste great. However, whenever I come to this one the originals always taste and look like they have sat out for a day. Old originals do not taste good. DO NOT go unless they are hot off the line, just a waist of money otherwise. Saying that the people I have meet here generally seem nice. SHORT ANSWER drive to the one in Overland park instead.

Doughnuts were great and the staff was friendly. The glazing machine went down and the clerk tried his best to get us glazed doughnuts but its just wasnt to be. The whole time the manager was outside talking

There was something wrong with my Uber order but Amy reached back out to apologize for the inconvenience and offered to get me free dozen donuts. Great customer service sorry for the confusion.

I feel its a hit or miss.. Sometimes the donuts taste fresh & other times theyre greasy.... Also, they seem to have gotten smaller since last year!

I placed an order online for 2 dozen donuts. I pull up to the drive thru and Amy at the window said she doesnt have my order. She proceeds to tell me that if she doesnt have my order - THAT I PAID FOR - then she cant fill it. I try showing her my email that shows that I placed an order and she gets annoyed then asks what I ordered. She then fills my order but continues to tell me that she cant fill my order if it doesnt show up, but why should I be punished for their system not working. Never again will I order from this location.

Great doughnuts but I ordered one doughnut through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong one.. didnt realize it until I got home 30inutes away.

This Krispy Kreme has the MOST PHENOMENAL GLAZED DONUTS!!! They literally melt in your mouth. The Staff is extremely courteous and professional. If youve never been here you owe yourself this treat.

Love the free donut for showing our vaccination proof. We ended up purchasing other donuts, but maybe next time we will have more willpower and just get the freebie...

We showed up this evening for a Cub Scout field trip not knowing what to expect. Amy was awesome with the kiddos and did a great job answering all of their questions and showing them the process of donut making. Went by a Krispy Kreme Doughnut shop this evening seen the light on that represent that they are making their glazed doughnuts hot and fresh sooo delicious! Went in to get my free doughnut but they stopped giving away their hot fresh yummy delicious doughnuts I said so your light was a trick to pull me in so i bought a couple of doughnuts which i was going to anyways but the free hot one was like an incentive to buy more!

Went through drive thru with my Mom and Sister ordered 6 donuts and a coffee when we got to the window they take the money then come back and tell us they are out of the donut chocolate iced cream filled which was 4 out of the 6 donuts so we got all glazed and one lemon they were good but they didnt apologize for not telling us when we ordered very unprofessional.

I havent had one of their donuts in a long time it was a nice treat.

Cant beat $13 + tax for a Double dozen especially when the glazed are still warm. Ordered on-line and I did have to wait for my order to be boxed in drive-thru but they were pretty busy with the special.

We ordered fresh donuts about an hour before close so naturally we had to wait, which we didn’t mind. When they gave us our order they apologized for the wait multiple times and they also gave us some free donuts! This place really goes above and beyond for their customers!

Fresh warm soft donuts and a small hot chocolate is a perfect start to a fall day.

The donuts tasted so bad. Had a rotten milk after taste. A waste of money on 2 dozen donuts. I knew I should of gone to Lamars donuts instead.

This is my favorite location to go to hands down. Super friendly staff, amazingly fresh donuts that you can watch being made right in front of you! And if you dont feel like going inside the lightning fast and friendly staff can help you at the drive thru. I refuse to go to any other location based solely on how fresh these donuts are every time I come.

The people were really nice... but the latte and donuts are just soooooo sweet. I dont know what it is about this place and the Caribou Coffee across the street, but its like they compete to see who can put the most sugar in things. I also found it funny that they ask right away at the drive thru, How many dozen would you like?

This place has really gone down hill, and no longer offers you the ability to buy fresh doughnuts. This is according to the Manager. I asked if I could purchase fresh doughnuts. He said no. They were right behind him, ready to go. Bad attitude.

Donuts are usually tasty when they have them, but oftentimes they run out of the special ones. It can take a long time to check out for some reason, even when it isnt that busy. Customer service is also not responsive if you do have an issue... they dont respond or try to fix things.

Krispy Kreme donuts used to be my favorite, and a wonderful childhood experience. Lately whenever I go they are out of half of the donuts, the donuts I do get are cold and depressing looking, and they have been fairly rude. I would like to be able to get a fresh donut from there again someday, but I doubt it will be anytime soon, whether I return in the near future or not.

Customer service is 3.5 but they get a 5 star because of the bakers. The cashiers are decent but the bakers completely make up for the cashiers. 🤣🤣🤣 the bakers dozen is my one of my go to and I feel like you cant go wrong with a bakers dozen. You get to choose whatever donuts you want and what type you want. The blueberry cake donuts are a life changer 🤣🤣🤣 my wife knows how to get my attention if I choose to tune her out 🤣🤣🤣 by saying shes going to eat my blueberry cake donut that will get my attention quick! 🤣🤣🤣

They were out of original glazed donuts the dough went bad because of the cold they said and so we had to get assorted so we didnt have to wait an hour and a half and they charged us full price. They didnt offer us a discount

The original glazed donuts are hands down the best creation by krispy Kreme. We have tried chocolate glazed, chocolate filled original and strawberry. Id say these are the best so far. Also, if youre ordering iced coffee, make sure you ask them extra ice. Sometimes they end up adding hot coffee and little ice resulting in room temperature iced coffee (ridiculous!)

Great donuts decent price and most of the employees are kind and helpful. There is 1 or 2 tho that have been short and kinda rude but perhaps it was just a bad time or day for them

Arrived at seven, it wasnt crowded. The staff was helpful and kind. It has an awesome feel to it.

I havent had a donut in years, but they had a free offer for graduates. My daughter has really felt the stress of completing her undergraduate degree during Covid19 so it was fun to drive through and have a little recognition for how hard she has worked. Thank you, Krispy Kreme!

Made a special trip to Kansas for the patriotic donuts, per the email advertisement I received the night before.The app said this location opened at 8am, but upon arrival I learned the store opened at 6am, so all the pateiotic donuts were sold out. I drove out-of-state for nothing, pretty disappointed.Accurate hours displayed on the app, or preparing more of the special occasion donuts would have prevented this. Bummer.

I went inside to place my order, and nobody acknowledged me. One guy looked at me three times, but it must be to much effort to greet a customer. I can see why he works at a donut shop.

I’ve got two dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts in the drive-through it was a buy one get one but I noticed when I got home and opened in the glaze donuts look about half the normal size what’s up with that, I would call them Miniature glaze donuts lol.. They still taste good but it looks like they’re downsizing to save money on the side of their donuts. Skimping on quality and the size is how donut shops Lose customers

I went through this drive thru and the girl gave me attitude. I nicely asked what they had. Krispy Kreme either bed nice to your employees or teach how how to talk nicely to other human beings.

After the cashier has more experience during a rush, Im sure hell do better. Fire under pressure is always sad.

My daughter whom is a young African American lady also a 2020 graduate drive there regarding the offer for the free dozen for 2020 college or high graduates was turned away from this location. She was told she could not enter the building and would need to go through drive thru. She tried to explain the police was re directing them and it was not possible. She was told that was not their problem. My daughter saw all non black graduates entering the bldg and coming out with the donuts. She was not happy that she is going through a a life changing event as well as all other seniors that she would experience such rudeness and prejudice. Thank Krispy Kreme for my making my daughters first ever experience with you an unhappy one.

The classic glazed are always winners. The other flavors are hit and miss, but I do like their cake donuts. The staff here are friendly and helpful. You can stay and eat your donuts here, but most customers take them to go. If you havent gotten a hot and fresh (Watch for the sign to be lit!) glazed Krispy Kreme donut, youre missing out (unless you have food allergies that prevent such enjoyment).
