Went here yesterday, highly highly recommend this place. Singh is the man and he was super friendly and just as helpful. He went over the top and even helped me replace my taillight bulbs which was beyond excellent customer service. He talked to me like a friend and knew what he was doing, I really appreciated all of his help. If you get the wonderful opportunity to go here, ask for Singh!

Eventhough I didnt buy anything this visit, the sales help was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ive been to Advance Auto Parts stores all over the country, and have to say the Merrick Store is one of the best. Knowledgeable staff and I always get the right part. I live in Lynbrook and its worth the trip there.

I had a great shopping experience in this store on sunrise highway the store was well stocked. I got exactly what I needed and was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes I highly recommend. nothing bad to say about this location staff was very helpful as well

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet a great staff at the Sunrise highway store in Merrick. Suzanne whose polite and kind manner helped me research a battery needed for my Subaru, and James who diligently removed and installed the new batttery. He was fast and efficient. He has great people interaction. And then there is Chuck the manager of this store who assisted me with the expertise, knowledge, and professional mannerisms that made this a great experience. He had given me the confidence and trust in both his products and in the service to his customers. Thank you, all.

I purchased 2 expensive windshield wiper blades for my wifes car that was in the front parking lot with my wife waiting inside it. A sign on the front window of the store said free windshield wiper installed the person that helped me said that he would installed them if there was a TIP in it for him.

Came here to test my battery, Chuck assisted me and he was great. Very friendly, patient and didnt attempt to have me automatically replace it so I can spend money at the store. I wound up deciding to just replace it as he was going to spend 45 minutes testing it for me which he wound up swapping it out as well. Highly recommend this store

I have been in the auto business for 39 years and have never been treated as GREAT! as I was at this store.I needed a part for one of my cars on the lot and even the dealer couldn’t find it for me. I live near the store at 209 Sunrise Highway and gave them a call. The gentleman RAJ That runs the commercial department answered the phone and he searched until he found my parts. He literally saved my day! He had the parts waiting for me when i got there and double checked that they were correct.Just wanted the people that run the company to know that RAJ is not only super at what he does but a really nice guy as well.Thanks Again RAJ !!!

Talk about helpful. I asked Robby the counter guy if I had the correct headlight for my truck, he said yes.... but theres nothing wrong with the old one. It turned out to be a loose connection.A lot of other places would have been happy to sell me something I didnt need....

Website stated parts in stock, on arrival I was told they would have to order and it is a special order would take a week. For a common thread wheel stud. Walked across the street and got it for half the price. Never again will I go here, run by idiots.

Had what I needed..

Plenty of stock and knowledgeable associates. Contactless pay is a plus! So few place out near Wantagh have phone pay.The associate there was old school I guess because he didnt seem to like that we were trying to use the phone pay option. Its not like the place was busy. But besides that, they have the stuff and they knew their stuff.

Needed one thing. Had it in my hand. All I wanted to do was pay. Was told a bunch of people (who were outside working on their cars? ) were ahead of me. Only one other customer in the store and he was considering what he should buy. Could hear store clerks in the back talking. After waiting a few minutes I put the item back and left. As I walked out I hear behind me how can I help you? when the rude clerk realized I wasnt staying for the abuse. Too late! I drove down the road to Auto Zone and bought the same item at the same cost in ~2min total time. From now on, I start there.

Came in for a wiper blades and adhesive. Staff was helpful. In and out, easy peasy.

Extremely helpful employees! Went out of their way to make sure the alternator I bought was the right one, and let me use the parking lot at 5pm on a Saturday night to swap it out to make it back to Pennsylvania.
