If you enjoy listening to cashiers have unnecessarily long conversations with customers while you and 50 other people wait on line- you’re in luck. This home goods will not disappoint. If that’s not your thing, but you enjoy rude college students who are unable to grasp the concept of multitasking, they can also accommodate you. Unfortunately, if you would like any kind of bag in which to carry your purchases, you will be consistently disappointed - good luck balancing all of you items on top of each other through the parking lot!

Today was the first time I ever shopped at HomeGoods. I was instantly obsessed with this store . One isle was better than the next. I contemplated throwing every thing in my house out and starting over with items I found here!! LOL I will be back for sure!

Great place to anytime and any day of the week

I have been going here for a few years and have always received courteous service and they have been patient when I’m looking for certain items. Parking is never an issue as well.

The store itself is pretty good . However the manager Melissa attitude and tone was completely unprofessional. I’m pretty sure if it was vice versa she would of filed a complaint as well. Poor customer service. Be aware of her she’s a brunette older woman .

Really broad selection of decor related items. I can generally find just what I am looking for here. The pricing is fair and in some cases really inexpensive. Parking is readily available and close to the entrance. Handicapped spaces are available and sufficient.

Decent selection of things but prices are a little high. Excellebt halloween section. Went for throw pillows but couldnt find any we liked.

Love going to Home Goods. You can spend hours in there looking at all the stuff that they to offer including stuff for your kitchen, bath, toys for the kids, furniture and some food items. I like going there for my hand soap because they always have unique hand soap scents such as eucalyptus and some in nice glass pump bottles.

I love home goods Im always coming in and leaving with something. They seem to always have funny furniture things that you would buy and put in the basement. There Are organizing friendly. And prices are decent.

Theyve got really nice things on sale, probably not for long, a lot of ceramics, based and bowls. Check it out.

You can always find something at Home Goods! They are owned by the same company that owns Marshalls and TJ Maxx so... If you see something you really want... You need to grab it right away. Chances are it will be fine the next time you visit the store. If you used their credit card you get a $10 gift certificate for every $200 that you spend.

Home goods is a hit or miss place but I always find something . The staff us very pleasant and eager to help. My cashier today was awesome . Didnt get her name but should have .

Im very disappointed with the customer service I received (or didnt receive?) at the Merrick Home Goods store. Along with other items, I purchased two boxes of dishes for $12.99 and was charged for three boxes. I didnt realize this until late that night, and contacted the manager (whom I wont name) the next day to let him know. He was very nice and assured me hed look into it and get back to me shortly, but I had to call again a few days later. All in all, I called a few more times and each time, he gave me a runaround and assured me hed be in touch...to be honest, I felt that he was just blowing me off and really couldnt care less. Well, it has now been two months and I have heard nothing (except maybe crickets chirping). If the charge for the item I didnt purchase was under $5, I wouldnt have called and would have chalked it up to a new learning experience of checking the receipt thoroughly before I leave the store (which Ive learned anyway). But to be charged for $13 worth of merchandise I didnt purchase is just wrong. And to be given the runaround for two months is unprofessional.
