If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered ten pillowcases for my daughters birthday about a month before the party. The week of the party I opened the box and realized half the order was wrong. I called to ask for a quick exchange and “Michael” from colortime first chewed me out for not opening the box sooner... apparently he has never met a busy working mom who deals with things as they become the next item on their list. He never apologized for getting the order completely wrong but instead said it was my problem because I didn’t give them enough time to fix it. He finally agrees to send replacements by the weekend like it was the biggest issues ever it was Wednesday morning they are in New York and I am in Pennsylvania not exactly an impossible task as I needed them Saturday. Then basically said I needed to pay to send the other ones back because it was over ten days so again this was all my fault. Best part? I NEVER got the replacements to this day he did not follow through with any part of this. Ultimately told me “just keep the other ones I don’t want them back from you”. He was the RUDEST man I have ever spoken to on the phone. There is absolutely no such thing with this company as the customer is always right and there is no follow through if they screw up your order so BEWARE of buying here if they make a mistake it will be your fault and never get fixed. Do yourself a favor and save the $80 it costs for ten cheap pillowcases go to Marshall’s get plain ones and let the kids decorate with their own design for a third of the cost.
