Its the Vitamin shoppe, they all seem to be the same, good staff at this shoppe, found everything I want d, I do seem to stick to the basics for weight training supplies..was looking for a product they didnt thought maybe they would order it but I guess they dont do that kind of customer service, all in all good

Great in store experience each time i arrive here. I never quite know what I am getting but whenever I go in there with a budget in mind there is always some sort of sale for the product type that I need. Recently ordered two of my favorite quest bar types for buy 1 get 1 half in white chocolate raspberry and birthday cake flavors.

Sales person was extremely helpful. I just hope the supplement he recommended as a substitute is what I expect.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Can literally find anything you need in here and if it isnt available they will get it for you and will even have it delivered to your home

So far the staff in the store are well knowledgeable on products. However its always best to do your research & know what works for your body. Especially if your doing anything fitness related. Knowing your own body helps the Specialist to show you the right product that will maximize your benefit of the purchase.

Very odd phone call with a male employee. Called to ask if they carry a certain product which they did not, and at the end of the call he said thanks for nothing. Long story short, will be doing my shopping on amazon instead of this place from now on. Nice job losing business in a world where most of these stores are already hurting from sites like Amazon. Stupid employee.

Typical vitamin shoppe but pretty large and spacious. Stopped here while in the area to pick up my usual items.I called ahead to clarify if they carried a particular item and it took awhile to get a answer. The level of customer service didnt improve once I got to the store. There was only one customer in the store when I arrived but I was never greeted or asked if I needed help.Once I found my items I went to the checkout counter to pay for my items. After paying I was told that they had no bags despite the fact that the customer that just exited left with a bag. Expected a high level of customer service in such a quite area but I definitely have gotten better service within the five boroughs.

I went looking for keto pills. we were asked if we needed help. then we were watched. i told the girl what we were looking for. this is after another employee was pretending to fix a shelf and i saw was checking us out. even though we asked the girl( white40 ish) we found it.while i was waiting for my friend on line the manager (an indian gentleman(again 40ish) stood behind me looking..i spent hundreds a year in the city stores. i moved out here and on long island they think i am a thief?
