Once I found out about this store, EVERYONE gets an engraved bottle for their birthdays, special occasions, etc. It’s the best and easiest gift!! I recently had a party for myself and of course I thought of Sip & Say for the favors. I ordered 50 bottles all to be engraved the same. They came out beautiful! And each came with the little bottle baggie so they looked treated (I filled them myself with candies and such). Highly recommend this place!!!

Very nasty employee. They didn’t engrave one of the bottles correctly so I called and they said bring it back and they would redo it. However, when I brought it in, they treated me like I did something wrong because I wanted it to be fixed the way I had typed it. The man behind the counter told me he couldn’t do it the way I wanted it so I asked for a refund. He got annoyed and suddenly he was able to do it correctly. He was extremely condescending and arrogant when I told him that they could have just called if they weren’t able to do it the way I had designed it. The girl that worked there was nice and fixed it no problem. The idea is cute but nasty employees are not.

I order online, pay with a card, 1 min pick up. Love this place!

This business deserves their solid 5 star review rating. My fiancé ordered custom engraved wine glasses on Etsy and the seller changed the shipping date on us so we had to cancel due to them arriving after the wedding. After frantically searching for a local solution I found Sip & Say, they were able to custom design the graphic we wanted and had all the glasses made in a matter of days! My fiancé is so happy. Very very easy to work with, highly recommend them for engraving custom gifts.

HIGHLY recommend Sip & Say! This is my second time working with Adam to do a wine bottle engraving. This time we did them for a team of 16 people and had them sent all over (from CT to GA). Everyone loved how they turned out. There was a small hiccup with UPS (completely unrelated to Sip & Say) and Adam took care of everything to make sure everyone got their bottle of wine in time for our virtual holiday party! I know we will be working with them again in the future.

A couple of weeks ago on a SundayI placed an online order with Sip and Say for a bottle of alcohol to be engraved, 2 glasses engraved and a bottle of mixer. Because I spent over a certain dollar amount delivery was free to western Suffolk. I placed my order around 130 thinking it may be there the following day. I received text updates and my items arrived around 430 that day perfectly engraved and in wine bags where I didnt even have to worry about gift wrapping. They left my items in a box on the stoop and rang the bell. It was fast and amazing service. I highly recommend them I would gladly make the drive there to pick up items based on this awesome experience.

Im local to Merrick and used to go to the big box wine stores. Yes, they are as big as football fields (bigger) and have enormous selections. My wife found this local wine store and what a great experience.Just bought a case of different selections. Adam took the time to ask our likes and tastes and gave us samples of at least 4. His choices were spot on. Knows his wines at all price levels.Not only that, watched Adam engrave a bottle while we were checking out. So cool and what a great gift. Took less than 3 minutes. Mid afternoon, I ordered two bottles of wine to be engraved as a gift, and the recipient received them within a couple of hours. The wine price was competitive considering the free delivery for orders over $50, and the bottle engraving. Excellent service, and a unique gift.

This is not a common liquor store by far. I heard of Sip and Say from a co worker. He showed me some bottles they engraved pictures on. I took a ride from Franklin Sq out to Merrick. Ordered wine late last night and received it this early afternoon. I received a text letting me know within the hour Id have my delivery and a call when they arrived stating my delivery was at the door (less than an hour from the text). It was a contactless delivery and they sat in their car to make sure someone took it in. I never in my dreams expected such a fast seamless delivery especially from a company I only just found out about and in the middle of a pandemic no less!These are brands I have never tried so I cannot comment on that, but they had prices ranging from inexpensive to more expensive. It seemed to be a decent variety of wine and liquor on the site. They also offered a discount for 6 bottles and free delivery in western Suffolk for $50.00 and up.

Amazing and unique wine store with exceptional service. Ordered an engraved bottle of Cabernet over the phone. I stopped by earlier than expected to see if it was ready because I was in the area having just taken my daughter to the pediatrician. My engraving wasn’t ready yet so I said I would be back the following day. Afterall, I knew it wasn’t supposed to be ready yet, so it was no big deal. The owners would not hear of it and dropped the wine off at my home that evening because my daughter was sick and they didn’t want me to make the trip back. They insisted and were so kind. Definitely will shop again there in the future. I don’t think I have ever gotten such great service from a retail store before. Highly recommend!
