How do review a company and the outside sales man Mike, when they waste a whole summer waiting for trusses to get built. Gave the go ahead to order trusses in the first week of June then was told this week that I never order them. After checking on the status numerous times through the months and stopping at the store twice. Then when I get a call from Mike after I complained with his manager listening to the conversation, he straight out lies that he never talked to me in person. And that I never ordered the trusses. TOTAL FRUSTRATION. Never have been treated so terrible trying to do business with any company. Now I have garage walls built with no roof and winter almost here and I owe it all to Mike. Thought I might get a call from the manager and that didn’t happen so he must be used to being lied to or just plan doesn’t care.

Every time you go there they have less and less product choices.

I spent more than $20,000 with them and would NEVER GO BACK. I had some customer services issues that they could have easily solved but all I got was lame excuses. Feel free to contact me and I will expound and even invite you to my house to show you what they did.

Customer service was more than I expected. When I got to the store I had a sleeping child in the truck with me and I wasnt going to take her out into the cold to go shopping for just a few items. I called the store and explained the situation and they were very happy to help me shop and then bring the items and a receipt. I will definitely shop here again.

Two years ago finishing up my bed on my truck needed a couple of 2 by 4s for my rack it was a Saturday mid June 12:30 ish and get there and there CLOSED really, how you supposed to get anything done when you work all week and you only have the weekend to do it now I’ll go to Wausau to get my supplies!

Mike M. did a great job creating drawings and organizing supplies for our pool deck. What another building supply business couldn’t accomplish in 6weeks he got done in 1.5wks. He was quick to respond, communication was regular between him and our builder. He assisted us in finding a reputable builder in peak summer so we can now enjoy our pool. Thanks Mike and WBS.
