I had called ahead asking about assistant to upgrade to my new phone. She said see you on 30 minutes. When l arrived Kayla greeted me with a smile and lets get started so you can get acquainted with that new phone. It only took a few minutes to get everything transferred.I had questions about how to put the screen shield on and how to properly use the wireless charging pad. She was able to assist with both.I am very happy with the service I recieved from Kayla at the Merrill office.Kayla you are awesomeThanks
Great place and very friendly employees. They definitely go out of their way to make things as easy as possible and will try and get you the best deal possible, with what Verizon allows. They are also more than happy to show you anything they can. The phone I picked isnt kept in stock and they called me the minute it came in 2 days later.Covid makes things difficult as it is a small facility so they ask for only two guests in at a time but people dont really abide by that despite the signage. Their staff is limited as well to ensure they are keeping 6 ft so it takes longer to serve guests. I suggest going when it is an off time. Not after work or during lunch.

Fantastic customer service from the Verizon Team Wireless sales team in Merrill, WI. I dropped by the store with many questions. Chris was exceptionally patient with all my questions and found a store manager when he was not sure of the answer. The treatment I received from Chris and the store manager is definitely the kind of service Id enjoy experiencing again. To be quite frank I need to drive 40 extra minutes just to get to the Verizon Store in Merrill, WI. However, the treatment I received from the independently owned Verizon Store in Antigo, WI was so poor/unacceptable compared to the Verizon Store in Merrill. From a technical logically challenged individual I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied with Chris and his exceptional patience, knowledgeable, warm/friendly, competent, etc. public relation skills. My husbands phone needed to be replaced. We went in during the lunch time and I was expecting to wait a while to be waited on. We were helped right away and had a new phone with everything transferred over in 20 minutes! Kayla was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great experience. I did get lucky and came in right as someone was leaving and before 5 other people showed up. I just moved to area and got new service. Customer service didnt try and pressure me to buy things I didnt need.

Word to the wise, if buying a jet pack on a prepaid account it’s not refundable even if it doesn’t work. Staff failed to advise that prepaid doesn’t have access to all of Verizon’s towers so it doesn’t work at home. My iPad and and girlfriends Verizon phones work just fine at home but they are post paid.
It took 3 hours to set up our new land line
Store was great when it came to selling products, when the time came and I needed help with a Moto mod for my phone they in no way wanted any part in it. Nice support. 😒

Friendly staff and good service.
No call back after being assured there would be. Had to return jetpack 3 times. First time was my fault, forgot the cord. Second time I was told it was in my husbands name and I couldnt return it without his permission. (Dont know why I wasnt told that the first time. ) Drove home to get my husband in order to return the jetpack and pay the restocking fee. 50 miles. Considering paying off phone and going to AT&T.

Very unprofessional. Never was greeted when I walked in or checked on the whole 20 minutes I was waiting, nor were the 4 other people that walked in after us. Then when I finally got waited on for a Sim replacement card, they wanted $20! I got one 2 weeks ago for .99!

Their fine until you have a problem. I did a insurance claim and it took them three weeks to finnaly get a phone and it has a blown speaker. Wtf. All I have to say is lots of lies and excuses.
