Was impressed that the manager reached out to me to help me with my complaint on a survey- she was very polite and thoroughly explained how to solve the issue I had been having. Thanks!Employees at this Walmart have always been very polite. Watch what time you go, because as I’ve experienced in ANY Walmart, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is, or how busy it is, there are usually only 2 full service lanes open… which has always baffled me. Why have 20+ lanes for cashiers when Walmart really only ever maybe has 3 or 4 open at one time at most… and only during the holidays?

Checkout person forgot to bag an item, (not their fault) I left without it, got home, realized my mistake of a missing item, called the store and the manager took my name and number and I (with my original receipt) got my item for free. Very nice customer service.Also, Tim is awesome!

Bob was very nice, polite, and professional about the entire transaction at checkout. Took his time ensuring our things were neatly packed and even helped to get some of our items back into the cart. Also found some things here that are harder to grab at the Walmart close to home. Overall a very pleasant visit. Worth the 20 minutes from Wausau to get here ☺️

I understand that many things are getting back-ordered because of the pandemic, however, when I can go to the other store in town & find everything I need with no problem, that says something. You have no choice to use self-checkout because there are usually only 2 lanes open. Then, the employees are on you like youre trying to steal something. Before I had even finished ringing up items from my cart (emptying my cart as went) the employee approached me, asking if I had paid for the shirt that was still in my cart (along with other items) waiting for me to get to them. Educate your employees to NOT make people feel like theyre thieves & to wait until theyre done checking out before making it seem like theyre trying to steal something. Items on display for one price, then ring up for a higher price. Watch your receipts!

Easy access from th he highway. A bit more cozy and small town, laid back than other big box stores around here.

Huge walmart. Lots of employees to help you find all that you need. Ive never seen a cleaner Walmart!!!

Pretty small selection. Some departments were ghost areas... No staff anywhere.

430 pm and they have 1 lane open! Waited 30 minutes to check out.I had to get a electric cart for my elderly mom.She was in line 3 behind me! This is absolutely ridiculous! You have tons of employees at the self checkout doing nothing,when they could open a lane!The poor employee working all alone! The last time I was in Rhinelander,same thing.They had two lanes open with customers lined up all the way in groceries! The 2nd checker says he taking a break & walks away.I will be shopping in Merrill.They dont have any problems opening up a lane so youre not waiting an hour to check out.Rhinelander needs some new management! TERRIBLE!! I cant believe the checkout person was so nice when everyone was screaming about no lanes open.Good job Jerry! U deserve a big raise!

Not the best today. Usually we enjoy the shopping there. Employees were friendly but store wasnt the cleanest today.

Its not my favorite place to shop, in fact its my least favorite place to shop in town. However it is very useful or maybe better yet convenient.

Pharmacy is not the nicest. They cant bill multiple health insurance. The store itself is smaller. Its pretty clean.

To many foreign items. Unpaid check outs. Need way more American made products. Shop local keep our small town businesses.

Customer service has gone done hill along with the attitudes of most its employees. When u ask someone for help they point in the other direction and tell you they dont know how to help you and to go ask another employee

Check out lanes were so full because there were only 3 cashiers? How is this always happening.

Super disappointed! I dont live close to the store and can only shop once every two weeks at the most. Was there around ten am and not one power shopping cart was available. I cannot walk far and my power cart has no basket. You lost my business.

I spend at least 50% of my time here. Easily and comfortably.

They didnt have Poise 3 long length.

Small and manageable to get around. Has essentials.

Again no one at the check outs. NO SERVICE.... I just leave my full cart in an empty checkout and walk out. Spend too much money not to get a little bit of SEVICE from them.

The people in charge dont seem to care for you, long lines, product out of stock for weeks or more, the lead/head ?? Cashiers ate more interested in gossiping than getting more Cashiers to help get lines under control. You also dont have a very good dress code. There is an associate that looks like a thug and another withe a Mohawk that really doesnt appeal to me and I am fairly sure that it doesnt to others either. Yes I do believe that a persons appearance is up to them but within reason please

I usually go to the Rib Mountain one theyre always busy and out of everything no one there is rude or anything but its just such a busy store it was nice to go into a nice calm store where you can find the things you need without 30,000 people everywhere. COME ON Walmart Wausau area has plenty of empty buildings like the Shopkos... open another one in the Wausau Area please... thank you

I am disabled, so I appreciate the accommodations that are made for me. I rarely have to wait for a electric cart. And I like the pickup option for my groceries. I have asthma among other things and having to go in, especially now, is very hard and worrying.

Its a Walmart, not much to say about it.

Shopping went well. Only thing I would suggest is that someone clean the motorized carts. They should be cleaned after each use, especially during this pandemic. The handles were filthy. The yellow part of the accelerator has grooves and they were black with dirt. I cleaned it with available wipes. Thank you.

They have self checkout, so you can get in and out faster! Otherwise you spend 15 to 20 minutes waiting in line cause they normally only have express lane and one other lane open! Thank God for self checkout!

Was there on 6/21 about 530ish girl was suppose to be cleaning carts...not happening. She basically was lining the up for people to take. Not sanitizing any of them asked for sanitizing wipes offered a dry paper towel to wipe down cart.Half the employees not wearing masks correctly especially the older gentlemen bagging mask was around his neck. Customers not following social distancing. The only employee following some of the covid rules was the checkout gal, however she didnt really have the proper supplies for her task. GRADE F.

Had to wait in line over 45 minutes to check out. Only 2 cashiers. Trying to push us to use self checkout. Wont shop there again.

Quick mid-trip holiday forgetfulness trip on out way up to Michigan. Knew this was one of the last large Walmarts on our way to Michigan.

The shelves are never stocked anymore. Finding myself having to order more and more of things I need.

Since Covid hit, they cant keep up with the demand of the people. Still have shortages of vital items such as sterilization material.

Found the things I needed asked for help for one item found it and left. Took very little time.

Weird store setup. Only one bathroom which was...damaged. Theres a photo center right where youd look for the bathroom in the back of the store. I walked around the whole store before finding someone to ask about the bathroom.Had another issue with a lost item while I was there. The CSM was completely unhelpful. When I told him about the lost item, he literally stared at me with his mouth hanging open. I had to walk him through what to do step by step. Eventually I found the item myself with absolutely NO help from management.

I avoid this location whenever possible, you can rarely find employees on the floor for assistance, normally only 1 or 2 manned registers open at a time. Dislike layout. What other supercenter that only has one set of main doors?If I have the time I will drive to Antigo location their employees are friendly and way more helpful!
