Ive been going to see Dr Piffle for many years. Both the doctor and his staff are outstanding. They are very flexible and understanding when scheduling appointments or making changes to an appointment. The doctor himself is patient, kind, understanding and very personable. I would recommend this great group of staff to any friend or family member.

Short wait period. Has done a fantastic job with my 2 year old, he has glasses that are state insurance approved that will work for my son. Have not had an issue yet, got a phone call same day as my last appointment about 2 weeks ago saying the glasses were on back order and would take about a month. Not a problem as they were coming from Texas and with mother natures attitude I understood. Got the call today they are in so Im impressed!

Charged me a ton of money just for lenses in my old frames and then they werent right and still arent right. I cant even wear them because theyre so bad. I paid a bunch of money for glasses I cant even wear. Then when I did call about not being able to see right the lady at the front desk was so rude! I wont be back.

I asked the lady in the office if she handled forward health insurance there. She said yes. She sets up an appointment for three weeks later. I get to my appointment on time, just to find out I waited three weeks for nothing, because they do not take forward health. It took every ounce of my self control not to chew her out as badly as I wanted to. Shes a nice lady, and an idiot, a seriously dim witted idiot. >:(

A great blend of professional skills, and patient and friendly help whenever I have needed assistance. As a retired doc, I highly recommend them.
