Must grab a home made refresher at the cafe! and walk around the grocery sipping it and finding more food treasures! Excellent selection of supplements and vitamins with knowledgeable staff to help. Wish I had this store where I live.

Great selection, awesome staff, and they will bring any supplement from the Rhinelander store. The fresh salad bar is incredible, honestly, eating from an organic salad bar is 1000x better than anywhere and I drive 20 minutes for it. So glad they are here 8 hope more people utilize this store! Best batural food ever and a really good price category for everything including dog treats.

Quality of food is excellent. Best chicken! Great swordfish. Mushrooms and all produce is so much better than your average grocery store. Chicken Ceasar Sandwich is my favorite at the deli.

Lots of quality products from different areas, the prices are on level with other places if not inflated at times. Big drawback was the policy on masks. With this being a organic health food store you would be right in thinking they value health. However, the workers and probably the company has chosen not to enforce masks and no one including all workers were wearing a mask. So went from a 4 star to a 1 for endangering others.

Great selection in a nice, clean, family-owned store with friendly employees. They never were crazy about masks either, which is why I decided to support them in the first place.

My daughter loves going here for the vegan options, but we were torn during the pandemic as it was one of the only stores where none of the employees had masks on. Occasionally there was 1 worker wearing a mask. Prices are more expensive, so we just buy what we cant find at Walmart, etc.

The associates were so very helpful and friendly. The whole experience was fantastic.

Very clean, well organizing place. Offer lots of organic and gluten free or healthier stuff. Staff is pretty knowledgeable about supplements.

If they are out of what you need, they can have the next day! They have been awesome enough to get my vitamins the next day multiple times now.

Amazing selection of goods and wares. The smoothies are pretty small, but delicious, and there are plenty of baked goods to peruse, while they make it; lots of gluten free options! Their water refill station is efficient, and doesnt splash, due to the door. Finally, a healthy grocery store with plenty of options for a variety of diets and lifestyles. Most importantly, the staff is always helpful and friendly! We will be frequently visiting!!!

This is my new go to shop for supplements. I didnt even need any, but decided to buy some not only because they can be hard to find these days, but also because Golden Harvest sells them cheaper than the manufacturer or other stores! It is well worth the drive from Wausau because of the lower price! I also found my favorite fragrance free shampoo that isnt sold anywhere in Wausau! Definitely one of my new favorite stores in the area!

Friendliest staff you will ever meet! Havent met anyone without a smile on their face and the dairy selection is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend especially if you have any dietary restrictions, they have everything you could possibly need at a reasonable price.

The store had a wide variety of organic items. If organic is what you like then you can surely find it here. The prices are higher than your local grocery store but have so much more to offer.

We WANT to support local businesses, like Golden Harvest. But yesterday, 10/23/2020, the United States had 83,000 new cases of COVID-19, and Wisconsin is a hotspot. Walking into Merrill’s Golden Harvest, we were greeted by a sign stating that masks were not mandatory. If you aren’t part of the solution, you are part of the problem. When ALL the available & reputable science says you should wear a mask in public spaces, you wear a mask. If you are a business, you make mask wearing mandatory. This isn’t political. This is intelligence and compassion. If you want my families continued business, institute mandatory mask wearing until we are past this pandemic. Otherwise, YOU are part of the reason it continues.

Great friendly staff. New larger location, freshly built, but with covid, some things not operating yet, like meat counter and buffet choices fresh deli with seating area. Will be a great addition to eating choices for lunch out!

A store with local produce, fair prices, and a nice selection of products from companies to feel good about. Also the only place I know around these parts to sell Oatly, a true heaven-sent for the lactose intolerant. A great addition to Merrill!

I love your produce and bakery and plan to patronize your store as often as possible. Your competitor in Wausau at Downtown Market requires their workers to mask and cleans the cashier area regularly. It is time for you to do the same.

Needs more uniform show of products things are kind of disarray and they need the same products as the Rhinelander store. The staff was very helpfully.

High quality, local products and friendly staff

Clean and well organized store for healthier foods. I just stop here for snacks, but they do have a small cooler with fresh produce and dairy in it as well as a freezer for meats. Local kombucha on tap and be sure to check the basket by the registers for produce on its last leg thats free for the taking!
