I bought a new Craftsman mower from a Sears that was closing. First time I used it, it ran rough. Called the store and they said to take it here. Guess what? This place hasnt done repairs in 2 years. I was told all repairs go to Midlothian, IL now!!! No faith in Sears anymore.
