Kept car 4 2 days because 1 mechanic had an emergency, dont understand y customers have 2 wait only 1 person can fix it. Overpriced

There I was, a lonely traveler with companions, on a voyage from the automobile capital of the United States of America to the good old Windy City. I did my dues as an American citizen and paid my tolls. But then all of a sudden I heard a noise. Was it a bird? Was it a plane? NO! It was my Lincoln MKZ delivering to me the news that no traveler ever wants to hear [tire... pressure... LOW]. I stepped outside my vehicle in the pouring rain only to discover that my back tire was lower than a tide in low tide. What can a good old [wo]man do? I done called up my Lincoln app and said BOY, find me a dealer ship on this rainy Saturday afternoon and that she did. The cloud broke, the sun shined through and the words Art Hill Lincoln appeared right before my eyes. Ring, ring... ring, ring and suddenly there it was, the voice of an angel. An angel named Randy. I told Randy I needed a tire to get me to chi town because the spare tire I done put on my car wasn’t gonna do the job. Without an appointment and without hesitation Randy said to me the best 3 words that a woman can ever hear from a fine young man. No, not I love you, but “come on in”.Yeah anyways, they did a great job I was in and out in less than an hour and made it to Chicago in time to check into my hotel. I would say I love these men, but that would be weird.

Good service always

Had my vehicle sent there for repairs and a certain repair guy basically gave me the run around, suggesting I pay for repairs rather than let my warranty company do their job. My vehicle sat there from May 2020 to September 2020 untouched. No returns calls or seem to be considered of me as a customer.

Overall experience of purchasing my new Corsair was excellent! Salesman was amazing and 100% transparent. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership!
