I came to Bosak Dodge on Tuesday last week only because of the great experience I had at with them when I purchased my challenger. To my disappointment the two experiences couldnt have been more different and I wasted 2 hours of my time. I met with the same salesmen Jeff who sold me my last car. I asked him to transfer a jeep from there ford dealership which had a price of $24,955. Well when we got there how conveniently the car had repairs overnight of $2,000. I showed him pictures of the price in the window. Not to mention when the sales person presented an estimated payment to me at first he didnt even know what interest rate they were estimating it with. We were already approved with a lender they use. I told the salesperson that amount was to high of a payment. Jeff didnt call the ford dealership find anything out or really didnt seem to care if we walked out. They really need to ask their customers about their credit score before they start estimating interest rates. I contacted Bosak Ford about the situation and within 2 days we picked our new to us jeep. Peggy and John and many others there made buying a used car so easy. I went back to inform the sales manager about how unhappy I was and they said you still bought it, yes I did but not from this store. I am just 1 person, but I think they could of done better.

Walking into Bosak Motors, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff members. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The salesman that helped me, Luis, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We looked at a few vehicles, and he showed me one vehicle, a Jeep Grand Cherokee; it was like music to my ears. I heard the smooth musical voice of John Mayer, singing; You’re Body is a Wonderland. I knew I had to buy this vehicle...and I DID! I couldnt be any happier. Thanks for all that you do, Bosak! I will be recommending everyone I know to Bosak Motors in Merrillville.

I want to preface this review with - typically I hate going to the dealership so the fact that I’m giving a 5 star review is HUGE. I purchased my second vehicle in 2 years with Bosak, a 2021 Gladiator over the weekend and I haven’t stopped smiling since. I was given an extremely fair value on my trade in and a great deal on my new gladiator. Everyone from Matthea to the financing team were amazing to work with. Big thank you to everyone at Bosak for a top notch experience, and for making this the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had. See y’all in 3 years when I’m sure I’ll be ready to upgrade again haha!

I say eventually because there were not many options on the lot. Yet Tim never gave up. He was always coming up with options, and even filtered a few out. In an economy of few to choose from, he came through and delivered the perfect Jeep for my needs. Both in style and financially. I went in early looking for a new vehicle after my last truck was totaled. Had a really nice selection of vehicles and prices. Very disappointed with this dealership! After a few days of my husband going back and forth with the sales manager they finally agreed on number for our trade. We told them we would be in Friday morning to purchase the car we were interested in. We actually stopped in Thursday morning, picked out the car we wanted and were hopeful that when we went in on Friday we would be in and out! After sitting there for almost 2 hours on Friday morning our sales person finally presented us with numbers. They added on an exterior/interior protection package that was 3k over sticker price on the vehicle. We explained that we did not want that and that was going to be a deal breaker for us and we were told that is how Bosak is doing business. So instead of charging a market value adjustment you now have to purchase this ridiculous protection package After explaining that was a deal breaker for us and they allowed us to walk out and never contacted us. We ended up purchasing the same vehicle from another dealership and did not have to pay for any ridiculous add ons! Would not recommend this dealer as I believe they are doing shady dealings.

I went in for pads and oil change. ( which was suggested on my last oil change) I had no noises, so I was getting it done because they advised. Made an appointment and coupons were talked about. Showed up sign the iPad acknowledging service for 317.$My bill came to over 500$ At pick up.When I asked about coupons. Bill went down to $481. I asked why did you put rotors on and not tell/ask me? She said it comes together!? What?!Make it make sense. You see my screenshots. Never doing business with them again! Update a few weeks later, I received a call from service apologizing on the mistake and was refunding some of the money.

I came to Bosak Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Thursday night of last week. I came to the dealership mainly because of the great experience I had at Bosak Honda when I purchased my Accord. To my disappointment the two experiences couldnt have been more different. There pricing is anything but straightforward and they like to try and add on all the little extras, as Im sure thats where you make your money, hoping people arent paying attention. Not to mention when the sales person presented an estimated payment to me at first he didnt even know what interest rate they were estimating it with. I later found out that they were using an 8% interest rate. I told the salesperson that they should really ask their customers about their credit score before they start estimating interest rates. My husband and I both have 800+ credit scores so clearly our interest rate was much much much lower. Ultimately we ended up purchasing a Wrangler with a few more options on it from another dealer. They had it priced better and there were no surprises when we got to the dealership on Saturday. We were in and out in less than an hour with great service and not feeling like we were being cheated. When it comes to servicing my new vehicle despite Bosak being the most convenient for me I wont even entertain letting them service my new Jeep because of this sales experience I had. I will more than likely service it with the other dealer because of the great experience we had with them.

Michael was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions as well as my 4yr daughters. Everyone we dealt with at Bosak Motors was great and went above and beyond. Even my daughter had fun. We love our Jeep.Update: After 2 months I still love my Jeep however I am now having to have engine work done due to a miss firing piston cylinder head. I didnt get the warranty bc I was trying to keep with in a budget but now I wish I did. Engine work and a rattle diagnosis is going to cost $290 without any work done. Not sure if they give their used cars any type of inspection since I havent had the vehicle long enough for my driving to affect the engine. Really bummed about having my Jeep in the shop I stead of the road.

I went into the Bosak Ram dealership with my research well completed and they worked to get me the deal I anticipated making. Overall the staff from the salesman Ed Chiechomski to the finance and closing paperwork were knowledgeable, welcoming and pleasant to be with. I live nearly 3 hours from this dealership and if they had the vehicle I was looking for in their inventory I would make the trip again.

Last time I was there for an oil change, the lady in service was super disrespectful and raised her voice at me. She also tried to charge me $200+ for repairs that I KNOW I did not need. Its just funny that she claims they needed to be done immediately when I know it wasnt an issue to begin with because I know my car. I had someone check it afterwards to be sure and they claimed everything was okay. Her and this dealership were trying to get a quick dollar off of me. I have no respect for them and I will never go back to this place. You all should be very careful..

He sat and showed me most if not all of the technology I had no idea about with the car, probably 2 hours after he was scheduled to get off. Nancie in finance was helpful, she got us a lower interest rate than I expected.

Classic car dealer. I had a Jeep lease from another local Jeep dealer that was coming due. I called and asked if I could return to their dealership and look into possibly getting into a new Jeep lease. But, I was very clear that I may just return the Jeep if nothing caught my eye. Brought it in as scheduled and test drove a vehicle. They offered a payment of $618 monthly for at 10K mile annual lease on a 40K vehicle. Completely ridiculous. I said no thanks and was told to take my lease and return it to my original dealer. Needless to say, will not be returning.

I was looking on the internet for a grocery getter(second vehicle).I ran across the website for The Bosak group.Looked at all they had then drove to Merrillville to look in person at some of the vehicle’s I’ve seen.All I have to say is there was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH WHAT SO EVER!! NONE!They let me take my time looking. Unlike a few other well known dealerships I went to. They DID NOT try to push me into something I didn’t want nor could afford.Fantastic people to work with from the used vehicle manger to the finance department.Tim in used sales is my new go to person. He walked me through everything. Explained a lot about the vehicles I was looking at.The big deciding factor was did I want resale red or a deep blue Jeep. Both same year. Only difference was mileage.(22k)I settled on the deep blue 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4 and love it!I’m from out of state and got a better deal here then at my home town dealership!I can’t say enough GOOD about the treatment I received.Thank you very much Bosak

I have purchased two vehicles and one leased vehicle from Bozak CDJR of Merrillville. I recently went into the dealership with every intention of giving them my money, again. I just needed to return my leased Pacifica early and get a fair trade in value on two others. I found the new vehicle I wanted and the process began. After spending literally all day at the dealership I left and took my business elsewhere. I understand they have to turn a profit but they low balled me, down played the values of my vehicles and tried playing a shell game with all the numbers. However, I did my homework and had a certified KBB offer from other dealerships. When I asked them to itemize the numbers they got annoyed with me. Once we got down to brass tax I communicated that their offers were completely unrealistic. Then they tried to play it off like I didn’t know what I was talking about so I walked. I sold both vehicles for asking price on the private market in less than two weeks. Purchasing a new vehicle shouldn’t be so difficult nor should a potential buyer be treated like an imbecile. My suggestion is do your homework by completing a national search on Cars.com and Auto trader. I purchased my new vehicle from a dealership in Savannah, GA. I worked the numbers out from my couch. They picked me up from the airport and rolled out the red carpet. The process took 30 min. I drove my new truck back to the region and saved several thousands of dollars, vehicles in this market are severely overpriced. Check out my new truck

I am very disapointed in the service i recieved.. I took my car there 3 times and spent almost $3000. and it is still not fixed. The first time was to have a few things fixed one which was my radio. I took it back when my radio came in. when i got it back, i could not get any channels in it was nothing but static on all channels.. then my air conditioner went out so when i took itin to get that fixed i told them that the radio still didnt work, they looked at it and said it was the attenna. I would have thought that would have been included in installing the new radio but no i had to pay for that also. they told me it was a line that had aleak in it for my air so they fixed it, so i thought. i picked it up and drove home, next morning when i went to work the air was NOT working. I had to take it back in they said it was the evaporator and that would be another $1700.. i thought this should have been checked to begin with. I understand having to pay for parts but labor again, would have been different if the air would have lasted longer than a few hours. needless to say i picked up my Jeep without the air being fixed. i just think they could have worked with me on this, credited me for the labor they charged me the day before. when i spoke to Doug the assistant manager he said that happerns and they see it all the time... It was like he didnt vare at all..the only good was Megan she was very kind. I bought my last few vehicles from there and have recomended them to many people in the past. I can honestly say niether one of those will ever happen again.. I will go elsewhere for new Jeep..

I was recently called by Dennis Zajac who sold me my first car to inform me about the market right now and I could get more than usual for my car. This was amazing because I had no idea! I got a really good deal on my car and was able to get ALOT off for the new one Dennis also helped me find. It’s always a pleasure to have Dennis be able to answer almost all my questions about certain cars. He was very knowledgeable and that’s what helped me make my decision on the new car. I reached out to Bosak after finding a vehicle online. The price was great at first so i contacted the dealership. After messaging them about my potential trade in and asking for the out the door price I was I noticed that the reasonable price was inflated with over $3000 of additional fees and protections that I was told were mandatory and come as a package deal. Not only was the price completely inflated, but I was told that I had to finance through them. They were a complete waste of time. I really liked the vehicle and was prepared to purchase from them but after seeing how they operate I would advise anyone looking for a new vehicle to stay away from Bosak. They try hiding fees and additional product and claim it is a package deal.

Just purchased my first BRAND NEW CAR! 2018 4x4 Jeep Renegade Latitude.I had such a good time with my sales rep Chris. He was fun and knowledgeable.He and Nick the finance guy were super honest with me about the pricing and what to expect for my loan. I took a day to rest and then ran the numbers on my loan and everything added up right.I even have an upcoming tutorial with Chris on how to use different functions on the car. Nick gave me two free oil changes that I can take advantage of as well.I am happy with the service I received. I was already feeling some kinda way because my trade-in was done for. I was super stressed when I came in to purchase the car. I tried to smile through and Chris made me feel heaps better.I was excited about the time that I picked up the car after the weekend.
