Everything was very neat and clean and the staff was nice. I was really happy to see they offered tap to pay at check out (not all craft stores do). The guy at check out was smiley even behind the mask. I hope the staff is getting to choose if they wear masks or not, I miss seeing their smiles.

The store has lots of products for crafts including art etc.. Its clean and spacious only down side is the floor workers are oblivious to your presence. Still the cashiers are nice.

I worked for JoAnns & I am still addicted to the place. I bought a Wreathe and was standing in line and found the Ears(Headband)...everything but the Bells Ornaments (Walmart) came from there. More often than not, I am treated with disrespect and ignored when here. They are either either severely understaffed or their staff just doesnt care. There is no other fabric stored close by so I will be ordering online from NY instead of shopping here and being mistreated again.

Nice selection of fabrics. Fairly organized store. But the checkout line is the WORST!!! The lines are always long because they never have enough employees at the registers! The checkout people never seem to want to help you figure out coupons you could use. Joann always sends tons of coupons with tons of restrictions. I just want to save money not have to read tiny lines of what qualifies for savings. They need to learn from Kohls employees who are always eager to help people save money. Speed and helpfulness is not something they value here.

Customer service here with the checkout person and the people that helped in the store for very very that I have no complaints even though they I was option in between my stuff in there but the customer service here was very very good I recommend somebody goes here.

I love this craft store!!! I did have to return the order that I ordered online, only because it was the wrong type of fabric. The workers there couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. I cant wait to go back in the near future! The baby blanket I made turned out fantastic!!!

I had to return a thread storage box that was broken when I opened. The two like it on the shelf were broken in the same way. The other storage box, same brand/different design, was broken. It was the same one I didnt buy a week ago and reported as broken and the last one on the shelf. The sale signs had been changed, but not the broken merchandise.

Went in to purchase a cricut machine which im not familiar with. They were so short staffed i felt really bad for the girl behind the register. I went back yo grab some more items for the machine and a different lady checked me out. Older lady, she wasnt very nice or patient. I spent almost$400 in the store. Idk if i will be returning to this location

Very wide selection of crafting/sewing supplies. Prices are a little high, but you can usually find a coupon. The lady cutting our fabric, Martha, was not very friendly.... must have been having a bad day or something!

Been here twice in two weeks. Very nice lady doing curbside pick up. She was very patient and help me with my problem with my curbside order. She also was the young lady that cashed me out and helped retrieve my coupons from my app on my second trip there. Also the fabric cutting ladies are very knowledgeable and patient. Every staff there has a smile and seem to be eager to help. Love this place this will definitely be my craft store.

Poor customer service. No one greets you as you enter....well actually they didnt greet me as I entered but they greeted others as they entered the store. I was walking aimlessly trying to find what I was sent to pick up, which was some pre-cut material. I was unfamiliar with the setup so I attempt to enlist the help of an associate I seen walking the store picking up things. The associate (whom I believe was actually one of the supervisors on board today) basically ignored me and when the ended up coming towards me again she abruptly turned down the aisle to avoid me. The supervisor or manager on board today was Jill. There were no other associates available on the floor to assist customers. I waited in line just to ask a question so I just left and went to Hobby Lobby instead.

Joann Fabric awesome deals. Most days there is at least a 40% off regular item online. I got this lovely chambray with embroidered hem for $7.99 a yard. Initial price was $24.99!!!

Variety and only big name fabric place very accessible. Great folks like Austin. Prices lil high but normally they got it or help you locate it.

Friendly staff and quality fabrics, but non-fabric items can be a bit expensive. They run out of stock pretty quickly for some items, but that could just be due to the pandemic. The selection of fabrics is much higher than stores like Hobby Lobby, but I find that plain colors or basic fabrics are sometimes easier to find elsewhere.

I found what I wanted fairly quickley, and the abundence of items in store always surprises me. The coupons are always a plus and make me feel better about spending so much money 😅

I had no idea that this Joanns was as large as it is. Good Lord. If you think you can just run in and grab something, you are sadly mistaken. Soooooooo much to choose from.Loved it!!! Ill be going back to that location for sure

Needed a styrofoam ball for a 7th grade science project and this was the perfect place to find one. Got in and out quickly, first thing when the opened up.

I went in for a yard of fabric... The lady did her job well but she was crass. I decided to remain quiet while ahe yelled at me to talk directly to her because she cant hear with masks & music of store. Hopefully more people can justbe calm right now & not take ur stress out on others.

Always clean, had to make my visit short since the cinnamon pine cones are out (allergic) but picked up what I needed!

This is actually a really good sized JoAnn Fabrics. Too often youre super cramped in with tons of stuff and you can barely move around. Ample space. Good selections.Bathroom is also large enough and quite clean.
