By far, the absolute most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a Sally’s. Only one person on staff, running the entire store. You couldn’t ask her a question without the line backing up in no less than 3 seconds flat. And of course, that crew needs to be taken care of quickly, but every other customer does too. This place is just screaming to be robbed with the lack of staffing available. Super unsafe for that poor cashier trying to hold it all down by herself. Better yet, I could not get a straight answer out of her. And nobody could. I can’t count how many times people asked her a question in hopes of getting at least an opinion, if not a basic explanation of the various product options and how they differ so the customer could at least make an educated decision. I literally heard her say more times than I stopped counting - “it’s hard to say, because everyone’s chemistry is different so where one product might work for one person, it may not for the next”. 🙄. Tell us something we don’t already know Captain Obvious. Just save your time and money - go to the Sally’s in schererville or don’t go to one at all around here. This location is not very well stocked (the masses have cleaned this place out on product) and the staffing is not helpful at all. Not impressed. I had originally planned on grabbing several things, but left it all there. Just don’t go. Super frustrating location if you have any questions or might need any help, let alone, product. (They are a small location and don’t carry a large line of product to begin with so when they sell out or the community around them takes so many “five finger discounts”, that leaves nothing left to look through or buy). Total waste of my time to stop here today and won’t do it again.

It was a little busy but the woman Cathleen was amazing. She made sure to help out as much as she could and get everyone checked out as fast as possible. She was all by herself and did AMAZING!! I will definitely be back if shes here. Shes so kind and patient. Shes awesome.

God very decent customer service where they took time to match hair extensions to my hair so I could get the right bed they were comfortable easy to work with then the one guy asked me if I would mind if I went check someone out while she was working with me pleasant experience high five

During this pandemic it very difficult for all companies, but its sad when you purchase a product and get home to realize that its nothing there and being told sorry there is nothing we can do!! THE ENTIRE CALL WAS RUDE! She first told me that they didn’t sell Carol’s Daughter edge control when clearly I just purchased some. Then after wards goes on to realize that that the product is in stock and tells me that she will do this one time only if i come back today! I told her I apologize but I can’t and can I pick it up tomorrow? She said no abruptly and screamed the customer service number on the phone! So I guess all companies just want your money and no product huh?

Be nice if they cab pick up the phones been open for over an hour and still cant get a hold of them I really need my products

Good selection here. Most of the employees are knowledgeable. The few that are not are honest about it. I recommend this Sallys

Very disappointing visit for sale items that they will not honor prices from their own web page. They were not internet ordering either, just what was on sale in the store and they, the manager, said they don’t honor anything from the sale in their store. I asked why and she said she doesn’t know but they just don’t. That was a stupid and unacceptable answer from a manager. She even looked at my phone at the sale and couldn’t find anything about online ordering only, so in my opinion she should have honored the sale prices but didn’t. What kind of manager doesn’t know the proper protocol? That’s it for me to ever shop there while she is the ignorant manager!

Went into the store and the first rep didnt help much. But the second young lady named Angie went beyond. And looked thru their stock for the item I wanted. Thank you!

Awful service. Management is far from professional. Still cannot get over how this manager was acting to one of her employees,who I think was pregnant at the time a couple years ago, just belittling her in the middle of the store. I Still stop in time to time hoping to see if that employee still works there since she was the only one who knew what she was talking about and actually seemed to enjoy helping me. I wish I knew her name to give her some credit. But besides that like I said I still go in time to time and that store is an absolute joke but have to just suck it up since it’s the closest Sallys to me.I highly recommended going to another beauty salon if you are uneducated with anything hair becuz you will not get the help you need

Managment is very rude, a tall heavy set woman, made unecessary comments about my child. In which, she apparently seems to be the only person who knows everything. If you have a simple question, the 5 people working on the clock, will just redirect you to the same rude lady. The staff on the other hand have been nothing but nice, but it seems as though they cant justify an opinion when asked by customers.

I was disappointed. The staff was worried more about getting their music to play instead of assisting customers. They didnt know how to use the registers. They werent knowledgeable of th ed or products.
