I really really liked this place. I had never been here before up until the other day. I was looking for clip on extensions, a nice lady had asked me what I was looking for & led me directly to them. Then she came back to make sure I had found what I was looking for, which was really nice of her. They have such a huge choice of wigs, extensions, make up, hair accessories & other things as well, even really cute masks. & Random other things too. Love this place! & I will bypassing other wig ships for this one! I would give it 5 stars only reason why its 4 is because its a bit pricey, but not too bad at all. If that makes sense.

Went to this store 3 times, they did have one of the items that I was looking for. The attached item is what I was looking for, but instead I found the liquid leave in conditioner....works wonderfully

Arrived at 5:48pm on a Sunday to find that the doors are locked. The owners walked out BEFORE 6pm. When asked why they falsely displayed a closing time of 6pm online AND on their door, they laughed. Plenty of other beauty supply stores to go to so, needless to say, I won’t be going back here again.

Good sized beauty supply store. They have wigs, hair for braids, and extensions. Fair prices. No try ons for now but the employees are knowledgeable about the brands and selections.

For the most part Ive had great experiences with this store and its products are amazing. But a week ago I went in with my mom and left feeling awkward and hurt. One of the staff members followed my mom and I around the store for 10 minutes and just stared at us. Never asking if we needed help. When my mom stared back the lady went to the male owner and he came and stared at us instead. Again never asking if we needed help. And they both had the store phone in there hands as if waiting to call someone. I ended up just leaving without anything.

Omg I cant stay out of this place!! Best beauty supply store EVER! Its like the Costco of beauty supply stores. The prices are just perfect! The staff are always helpful and nice.

The employees are always friendly when I visit and they are always very helpful. The prices are also very cheap when compared with every other beauty store in the area. I love buying my products from hair to beauty!!!

They only carry parts of a hair products line. I wish this store carried the full line. I was not happy about this. Plus, they state that the carry a line of human hair and the worker points you into the direction of the hair once you go to look for the human hair you want this store dont have it. Very frustrating and it pisses you off. They shouldnt lie about a item they dont have or the employee should be more aware of the items in the store. This is not an extremely large store THEY should know what product they carry in their store. Especially, if its a highly upscale item.

They have a decent selection in their human hair wig units, but they are wayyy overpriced... Very expensive. But they make up for it by giving you an automatic 20% discount at the counter on most of their merchandise. This beauty supply is very much like the beauty supplies in Chicago. They have a huge selection on almost anything you want. Plus the women are very pleasant. Never had a bad experience. M&M used to be my go to... but they got them beat. And the automatic discounts make a huge difference for me.

They have decent prices. I was able to easily find what I needed.

Hair To Beauty has great prices and a great selection of beauty supplies. You can find items in this store that some of the other local beauty supply stores dont have.

I spend hundreds of dollars here a month up until now!! For the first time I had an issue and needed to exchange something that was never opened they kept refusing to do the return claiming I took stuff out of the package that I ended up having to take apart to show them it was all there. Once she agreed to do the return I ended up getting something a little cheaper and she would not give me the difference back and refused to give me a receipt for the exchange nor would she give me back the receipt for my previous purchase. These people are rude and unprofessional After 20 minutes of having to argue with some moron I had to walk out because I was already late to work and they kept the money. It might help to note that I do know many items there are non refundable. This however was not one of those products and it was still sealed in the package

I really was getting to love this store. Good prices. Nice finds.. I Braid Hair professionally for a living, and visit beauty supply stores daily. This one in particular I have been to about 4 times and my last visit was just horrible. Granted, it was a Sunday and very close to closing. The doors were unlocked and I wasn’t even aware of the time. When I opened the doors I was unwelcome by 3 employees “WE’RE CLOSED!!” I asked should I leave? Well, the register is shutting down in 7-8 mins... a Worker replied. I said, “okay, I know what I’m getting, otherwise I’ll leave “ as I’m making my final selections, literally grabbing the last bag of hair (6bags) - the same worker who gave me the countdown, yells down the aisle, WE’RE CLOSED!!” I ignore bc she can’t be talking to me, she just told me that at the door .. but she yelled again. I asked are you talking to me? She said yes We are closed ! I kindly put my selections back and proceed to storm out . The door is locked ... so the same amount of time it took to get me out - I could’ve purchased my selections .I don’t know if the lady was having a long day, and was eager to get off, but better customer service is needed from her. Make sure the doors are locked if you are closed. If you let someone in 5 mins til...allow them to shop, don’t yell at them and rush them through because the the clock hit 6p!As stated I like the store, but I refuse to be treated like that when I spend So much of my hard earned money there.
