It has a good enough variety and some decent products I bought a pair of shoes there not too long ago

Nice back to school collection affordable prices

Took my daughter shopping for shoes for prom. She is very particular about what she wants, but couldnt find anything here. The store seemed cluddered and a bit messy. I did think they had good prices on on a lot of their shoes and I will be returning but for today, things just didnt work out.

Associates on the floor were super helpful, however my cashier seemed inconvenienced by the fact that I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes and return another pair. As someone who works as a customer service rep and does returns and exchanges all day, even on my bad days I wouldn’t have acted that way.

They had the shoes I was looking for. Im a size 14 in mens the prices are good but the staff will do everything but help you and be polite.

One of the best retail experiences of my life just happened at this store.....The most amazing manager works here.I’m returning 4 pairs of shoes because I online order. Had I returned them I would of lost a great sale she rushes and finds me the perfect 3 pairs of shoes to exchange for my size !!! So I only had to return one which was ok ✅ better than having to return all 4 .I lost all my items in a house fire last year and struggling to get a wardrobe together again.This angel just saved the day! Store was a mess with huge carts all over blocking aisles. Another lady there was asking an employee to move a cart so she could look at shoes. She was ignored.I personally asked fir help finding a shoe in a particular size. I was ignored. I found on my own and clearance so 2 stars for the shoes. Id give this store zero if possible. Messy, aisles blocked which is a fire hazard and RUDE employees

They have a lot to chose from but a bit pricey. Dont remember them being so exspensive.

The lady act as if she was to busy to help me. So I had to look for everything myself.

Straight to the clearance aisle I love it love the service

I havent been to Show Carnival in a long time. I needed new work boots so I decided to stop in. I easily found a nice pair that look like they will last me years with good maintenance.Their shoe selection has a lot to offer as well.With the buy one get one half off sale, it had me browsing the sneakers and runners to see what bonus shoes I could snag. I did not check the womens selection, but if that half of the store is like the mens then Im sure there is a shoe for everyone. Athletic, casual, dress, runners, basketball, skate board, etc.The staff was great! While browsing I was asked by several employees if I needed help, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I take a while when shopping for a purchase that I will own for months or years, so while taking my sweet time I had a nice conversation with another worker doing inventory. (Hope you find a good school that you like!!) I also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager. He was jovial and friendly. Looks to me like he has a well oiled staff and store.Now I just have to keep my new boot well oiled and maybe they will last a few extra years. Thanks!

This is a great store. They didnt have the new balances I wanted but I found a great paper of Columbias that fi great and are priced great.

Nice place, but I havent found a shoe here that fits me in years! Plus the selection for men is getting smaller and smaller like all other she stores. Very sad!

I feel like though they have a lot of shoes here I can never find exactly what Im looking for by just walking up and down the aisles. That being said, they have all the major brands I could think of and a very fair assortment of colors.By far one of the best parts about it is that there is free delivery on the shoes they dont have but can almost always order for you.

Found my wifes safety shoes here for work had the size that she needed when other places didnt even have the shoes to begin with.

USED to be amazing... But totally changed the store...didnt have the MASSIVE selections they used too...prices were kinda high and there were sales...the guy that waited on me was kinda short w me and didnt have ANY ANSWERS TO ANYTHING... paid $10 for 6 pairs of socks that were SUPPOSED TO BE NO SHOW...AND THEY ARENT...AND NO RETURNS... OH WELL...prob wont come back here...

They always have styles I like. Im very picky about my shoes, fit, and feel. They always have shoes for me. Nothing is overpriced like the the big shoe stores.

Poor selection of shoes unlike what Im used to at this location. They not longer have the buy one get one 1/2 off but they still had the selecrion of shoes marked excluded from promotion.

Very messy due to short staffing. The very nice staff was trying their hardest but had to refuse to help customers on the floor because there was noone else to work the register.

Very helpful staff! Told them what I needed and the girl helped me and stayed with me till I found what I needed. They carry more choices, I have wide feet and have few to no choices at most stores. Great experience, definitely would go back.

They need more workers on the floor asking if anybody needs help. I shouldnt have to come looking for the workers.

I didnt find what I was looking for. They carry a lot of shoes but most of these shoes can be purchased elsewhere for less money. I was looking for a certain brand & a certain shoe. They didnt carry what I was looking for. I have never really cared for Shoe Carnival, they have always been over priced.

I like they have better shoes then the mall lbs

I’ve done three different online orders for shoe carnival, each time it said the shoes are in stock.called after 4 hours or more of placing. The order and they said they were filling it. .never got the confirmation then finally I receive the confirmation for one or two pairs of the shoes call In and say is my order ready for pick up and they say they don’t have the shoes in stock. Customer service is terrible in store, Manager is rude. If you don’t have the shoes in stock then it shouldn’t show that it is in your inventory and sellable. I understand people make mistakes but three different times. It’s a huge inconvenience and it’s terrible customer service. It took my time to place this order and pick up the shoes and it said that I can pick it up at this location and then every time when I try to pick it up and the only reason I go to this one is because it’s five minutes from my house, They don’t have it. Poor selection and whoever does the inventory count or put stuff in the store should be fired!Now I’m waiting for the order to be canceled so I can re-place the order online and just have it delivered to my house!!

Newly opened after Covid lockdown, but allowed people to wait in a line as 1 cashier helped 1 WOMAN shop ONLINE for a certain color shoe she wanted...Manager that looks like young Conan OBrien was helpless...20 minutes of my life wasted! Cashiers clueless to people waiting to check out with PURCHASES while some clueless ditz cant decide on a shoe color. Wont shop there again...EVER!

Its tough to find the bigger size there. I even had to pay 34.00 more for the wide width ones that I need.

Can get some good deals, especially if you time your shopping around their Buy1get1 sales, plus stack on a coupon! Good selection and a lot of clearance shoes always available. I once got a pair of really nice boots for < 10 bucks!!!

I like this place but the only thing is that I didnt get the couple shoes I really wanted because they didnt have my size. I just wish they had more shoes in my size to choose from.

First visit to this location. Purchased online to pick up in store. Went to pick up in an early weekday evening & wait time to pick up was about 15-20min, which I thought was a little long as I was under the impression this service was intended as a convenience for customers. Otherwise, the store looked fairly neat & picked up, not much if any items sitting around that customers failed to put back, which has been a frustration of mine with Shoe Carnival in the past.
