Very rude!! My sister picked the perfect dress but it was damaged. The snaps were broke, the zipper was a little off, there was a tear on one side and the some if there lace was coming off. We asked for a discount (we were going to buy the dress anyway because she loved it) we were told no with a nasty attitude. The lady said if we bought the dress she would fix it but we would have to pay for for her to do so. Why would we have to pay for something thats already damaged? She had such a nasty attitude. Even when my sister pulled out her money to pay she was giving her attitude so she decided not to her the dress.

They have a lot of dresses to pick from. But i feel that they are the type that you buy online, but can try on and get in any color just about. They just arent the best made dresses, but then again they are not to be worn weekly over and over dresses. So Im torn on this. They have tons to pick from. The service is great, we always had someone helping us, that was very nice. So very friendly service and lots to pick from.

My daughters and their sister-in-law to be 21, 21 and 22 ( not that age should matter) went to shop for a bridal gown at Southlake bridal. Upon entering the store they were greeted by a young lady who was very kind who said she would be back in a minute. Before the young lady could return an older woman approached the ladies and asked if they needed help. The bride was looking at dresses and the lady told her she should look elsewhere because she was too big for the style she was holding ( shes a 10 tops), this left the bride embarrassed and humiliated and on the verge of tears. I might add this was the first time the bride was going to try on dresses. I can not believe that someone would body shame a bride shopping for her special day. Terrible!!!The young lady came back and apologized and assisted the ladies after hearing the interaction. She did her best to make the experience as good as it could be from there. IShe needs a promotion.

Has many lovely formal gown for special occasions. I have not bought one there yet. So I cant say good or bad about service.

Nice place to shop for wedding dress . Have different sizes and style what is a plus you dont need appointment to try it on. Not to expensive either. Customer service great.

A one star is way more then this store deserves. A few years back my daughter bought a dress from them. We had it dry cleaned after she wore it. The dress was all missed shaped. Now my daughter is getting married and her bridesmaid picked out dress that she liked. We asked the sale person if it can be dry cleaned since it was a floor model and was very wrinkled. She said yes. Get it home and it says it can not be dry cleaned. Called her asking to return the dress. Who wants a dress you cant have cleaned. She told me no refund. Bring it back to the store and they would dry clean it. So I did. We take it out of the bag and now there isnt the scarf that goes with the dress. The lady is saying we didnt bring it with the dress. We infact did bring it. I have pictures of the dress right before we dropped it off. The time is on the pic. So be very careful when buying anything from this store. I am reporting it to the BBB.

Nice selections on bridesmaid dresses. Some are decent price that are on clearance. Other than that very pricey for some of the material and VERY VERY poor customer service. Very disappointed in a few of the workers seeking to find my size (xs) should not take me asking 3 workers and then asking again the same workers. Waiting 45 min to get an answer. They told me i could pay and get rush delivery. But then when i get to counter they ask if i want to pay for the other items now. But i have to come back tomorrow to put order in for the rush delivery.. Because they were closing at 6. And it was 5.59 . but i could pay for my other things. Makes no sense and very ignorant and rude a out the whole thing

They held a dress for me under my name and when I went to pick it up and gave them my name they gave me the dress in the bag. When I got home I found that they had given me the wrong dress! I called and they ordered me to come back that same night or I couldnt get my actual dress. When I got there they wanted more money from me, so I just said no and wanted a refund which they refused to give me. Awful service and I couldnt not understand what they were saying. They blamed it on me and were rude even though it was their fault. Never go here.

This store has an impressive selection of formal dresses in all price ranges. So many colors and styles, prepare to be there awhile...

We found the perfect dress for my daughters senior prom! Amazing selection! Though the dressing rooms are a little too small for 2 ppl and a big poofy dress. Lol. Only suggestion it blast that A.C. unit b/c it was very hot in there!

I came into this store with high hopes. My Mom had visited a few weeks ago to scope the place out and met a lovely older woman...so my mom (based on that conversation & that my sister in law bought her dress there) recommended the place. I visited today with my Mom. The young lady at the counter greeted us when we came in and asked what I was looking for (my wedding dress!)...and directed me to the correct area. To say that this is a bridal shop is a bit of an overstatement. They had 3 very very small racks near the wall at the back of the shop. There were not a lot of styles to choose from and perhaps about 15 or so dresses total. As we proceeded to browse through these dresses, the younger lady and older lady came out from behind the counter and started watching us but didnt bother to say anything. Talk about seriously uncomfortable! Since looking for my dress was a wash, we looked through the rest of the store to get ideas for bridesmaids dresses.....again, staring from the workers but no assistance. Perhaps this is a place to go if you are looking for a prom dress....maybe.

If I could give this place no stars I would ! Had such a bad expierience in there and if it weren’t for needing the baptismal outfit I purchased I would have walked out. The minute my wife and her cousin walked in we were stalked by Lina an associate from there. I don’t know if it was because we were Hispanic that she felt the need to stalk us so much. My wife said right off the back she didn’t like her attitude. I said let’s walk out but we really needed the outfit. As we were purchasing the outfit and candle set. Lina goes “oh let me check the candle box and see if their are any sensors” never have a had a bad experience like such as if I was being discriminated . She even walked INSIDE the dressing room as we were changing the 1 years to try the outfit. Yet I did not see her doing such actions with any other customers. Bad customer service never felt so disrespected.
