Place is clean. Only infinity store without a place for you to site while waiting. Other branches have them. Just never enough staff for the place. So much time standing on your feet waiting. They service many towns through this location.They want to pay with the machine not speak with a staff member about that. Only after they send you the machine and your having problems will they take you back at the counter to take your money.Also if your bill is due or past due they will call you nonstop ever minute almost for many times in a row leaving many voice messages till you answer the robo calls. Tried complaining but they said the phone stalking is how is set to work. Call almost non stop till you answer. Can be 15-20 calls in one 8 hour day.

No issues with the store. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Every time I come here, another desk is removed, so of course I wonder how long this store will still be open. Use it only for equipment issues.

Their customer service is awful! I will spend 4-5 HOURS of my day trying to get help for a problem or an answer to a question. Every person you speak with gives you another answer. Additionally, the price for the service continues to increase. And it’s just not worth it. We had the 120 channel plan or whatever it is, and none of the channels were channels I watched. So the cable was a complete waste. They charged me extra for no reason. It took all day to get that refund. I am just so fed up with Comcast. I switched to Dish, and have had nothing but incredible service for a lower price, and I get more bang for my buck. LEAVE COMCAST.

I usually dont have many positive things to say about Xfinity (using the automated service to try to actually speak to someone), but going into the store was honestly a very nice experience!James W. Just recently moved & was told only 1 comcast account can be in the house, so I brought my modem and xfinity flex box in per my agreement with Comcast. Was treated great .equipment was returned
Was in and out right away I was shocked my wife was in hospital at time and dont know why she put the bill in her name but they gave me no problems got the tv working the day she got out of hospital which means so much because of he condition I give your whole staff thumbs up and thank you she dont have to miss her cable shows

The automated system does not have enough options and it is categorically impossible to get to a human to explain a unique circumstance.If it is at all possible I will work to run xfinity out of my city.
Store clean and neat. Representatives are pleasant. But to stand in line (on a blue line on the floor) for 45min while only one representative waits on the various needs of each customer is unacceptable. There is no reason why this company who has a verifiable monopoly on internet services should not have better staffing. Also, some customers knew to make appointments so they can be seen faster but others did not...really? That does not seem equitable and is unfair to those of us having to wait in an hr long line while someone else walks in and is almost immediately seen. Not acceptable and this may be the last time I do business with this company. Im ready to move to AT&T.
Its a nice looking establishment, but i dont think its fair for the people with appointments should under any circumstances go before people that come in off the street. Case and point, for example, they have set up a colored system, The blue line is for people that stop in. Thered line is for people that have a appointment. Now if its 5 people in the red line if youre in the blue line you have to wait until they service all 5 of the people in the red line, which can very possibly mean you could stand their for maybe an hour or two until youre serviced and pray that no one else comes in with an appointment.

Spent ten minutes arranging an appointment online just to find out the appointment means nothing. Nine people in front of me at opening time. I asked if anyone made appointments. No one in line knew you could make an appointment. When they opened the door a lady asked what we were there for. After telling her I had a ten oclock appointment she put me in the yellow line behind five people who were not there for an appointment. Their service online, on the phone, or in person, Comcast, Xfinitys service is non-existent. They know they have us because theres no one else in the area. Stick with antenna. You Will learn to hate Comcast. I have after 38 years, but its the only way My father can watch the cub games.
They were fast any fishing on expediting my needs to turn in my equipment and cancel my utilities. The store manager herself tried her best to convince me to change my mind.
I needed to upgrade my router. I was helped immediately & received the new router in minutes. Terrific customer service! I recommend going to the Xfinity store rather than calling the Xfinity helpline.

This place is very professional. I was greeted when i walked in, they told me how long itll take to service me and they called me ahead off that time. The cashier was so cool he even said i looked like a rapper he liked lol . They got a nice cozy waiting area and a nice selection of devices you can test touch . The vibes pretty cool ... i loved it and my sooo fast speed internet .. thumps up from me. I also go there and pay my bills its a new machine they have for that process

This store has people standing outside over 20 minutes. 3 people are inside and its very windy outside and chilly. This is by far the worst store in America. Fire those lazy oafs and place a payment kiosk outside so I can pay my bill. You guys make such a meal out of this.

120$ a month for laggy wifi
Polite customer service guy, but he was unable to solve our problem.I was talked into adding home security system to our plan awhile back at a Walmart with the promise it would also lower my bill. Wrong! My bill went way up, and now I have a home security system and a phone service that I dont use. And neither did I want. I was at about $160 a month before and now that I got conned into renting 5 new pieces of equipment all for security system I am paying about $230 a month. But the customer service man said that the two year contract you have to sign to get that is more binding than if you would do the same thing over the phone or in the actual comcast office. There would be a large penalty fee monthly through the rest of my contract. So I pay for the service I have unplugged for the next 13 months either way.
I have a simple question that should take 30 seconds to answer. Instead I’ve been stuck on an automated phone tree for way too long.We should be able to simply call the store as a basic customer service right.
Bought 3 new phones with service from there and by the time I got home they didnt work right. None were receiving texts. After 5 hrs on tech support over that night and next morning I went back and exchanged for other new phone and problem was solved.

I thought the lady that handled my issue was very qualified and helpful. But I cant overcome my boss against xfinity.My most recent bill was $40 more than the previous bills for the same services. I couldnt find a phone number on their website so I drove to their store.The usual scam was told to me. The previous years bills were $40 lower because they included a one time promotion. I said that I needed that promotion again or I needed to find a better company. In a minute they found a promotion that was $6 higher than my previous amount.Im not a patient shopper, so I agreed just to get it over with. Ill give myself a failing grade in being an intelligent buyer.

Terrible customer service. Greater at front door not very professional. Xfinity claims to offer Peacock Premium Free with Xfi or X1 Internet service but its not Free. U get the Free Tier but not the Premium Tier as advertised. I lost alot of time on phone with Customer support and no resolution prior to returning to store with Flex streaming box. Sounds like false advertising to me. Dont advertise something as free if it really isnt free!!!!!

Comcast has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced from any company. I am referring to the services provided when you call in for help. When you FINALLY get a live person, they are from another country and you can’t understand them. Further, they could care less about your problem and don’t have a clue how to fix it. When you go into the store you don’t get all of the information you need to rectify your problem. The product is good, you just need to pray that you never need any follow up/customer service assistance.

Had a 10am appt. manager was very rude. They said I didn’t have an appointment. I had the email and text to prove it. The check in system was off by an hour so check in was considered late. So if you’re going to an Xfinity store and make an appointment, make sure to confirm it even if it’s an hour early otherwise it’s canceled.
I couldnt get any help with my mobile phone. I also called the mobile department and got hung up on 7 times. They suck.

I had been a customer since forever with internet/phone/cable and cell phone.However, when I brought in my replacement phone from the phone insurance carrier they had no clue how to open it. The lady was very rude...when I asked her for a manager she told me to Google them. I just left and took my business to another carrier.

Terrible experience... first they gave me the wrong cable box after mine broke. I had already called in and got a claim started for a new box and they still gave me the wrong one. So I make another trip to get the right one the same day.. speak to the same person and he tells me oh that’s not the right one and gives me another, adds to to my account and says I’m all good. So I get home it still doesn’t work because he didn’t activate it... how does this happen? Luckily after an hour and half on the phone they were able to somehow get it activated again protocol. I’ve had the most expensive plan for 10 years... next problem I’m canceling. Service over the phone is great. That store terrible customer service and rude employees who obviously don’t know what they are doing or do it on purpose

The wait is horrendous! Angel, who I worked with, was excellent; informed, friendly, and understanding. Most of all she operated with a sense of purpose and urgency. She handled 4 guest while the other reps were still dealing with the same guests they were when I walked in. Totally understand that each guests issue is different, but damn... Place full and reps at their station not serving guests. No urgency, no customer focus.

The manager Ms. Thurmond has a HORRIBLE attitude and treats customers like dirt! She is confrontational, condescending, rude, and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! How in the world is Xfinity allowing her to remain in a managerial position and portray the above listed traits? I had an issue with my bill being too high, and the nonchalant customer service agent didnt have a clue what she was doing, and requested Ms. Thurmond assistance to attempt to remedy the situation. It was a complete disaster, with Ms. Thurmond not helping me, and all but telling me to pound sand. I made the decision to leave Comcast as a customer based on her treatment of me on that day. I warn anyone who plans to speak with Ms.Thurmond about an issue in the future, GOOD LUCK, she WONT treat you as a valued customer.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I went in today and decided to get my internet and phone plan with them today. The customer service in store was good and the guy that helped me out was very helpful. It took two hours for me to set just the phone and internet up, which in itself is too long and bad enough, but I still was okay. I even spoke to the customer service line about activating my internet while in the store and was told that everything was good and nothing was left to do or pay. When I got home and started to set it up on the phone with them, they said the service won’t connect. Then they said that I have to pay $70 for them to fix it. I spoke to 4 people before finally speaking to the supervisor. Each time I was on the phone for over an hour or two just waiting. Each one repeated the same thing. I spoke to the supervisor who continued to repeat the same thing as the others saying that the person who lived here before me disconnected with them so now I am responsible for them setting it up and paying for it because it is my problem. She was very rude and had a very bad attitude. At the end I was just tired of being on the phone with them for over 7 hours, and agreed to to have them set it up and pay the fee because they could provide the service they were supposed to. I asked if they could come in the next day in the morning since I have work, and she said the earliest they can do is later on in the week. Then she continued to email me and wanted to check off and confirm what she is saying, only that when I saw it she wanted to charge me $20 more than what was agreed on in store. I explained to her what I signed up for and what I was told since they are the online promotions, but she continued to tell me that I was wrong and that I would receive bad connection and service for the price that I was told for the better plan. Then she said that she will check on it and hung up on me. I assumed she would call back, but she did not.I can definitely say that xfinity Comcast has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. My family had never had problems like this with them which is why I switched over. But this is horrible down the drain customer service. They don’t know their own promotions or packages and cannot help a customer with what they offer. She wouldn’t even tell me if the technician would come to my home or go to a pole to fix the connection. She was outright rude. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else. I will definitely be canceling both my services with them. I was really hoping to be able to get my service with them and was happy at the beginning that it was getting done. Then all of this started to happen. Even my phone hasn’t been able to receive messages correctly, even from them, when it is their service. They could not provide me with solutions to this and just kept avoiding it in and trying another way rather than solve it. I really hope everyone would save themselves the trouble and go with another service.
