They are practicing social distacing. I went on a Saturday and the line was not long. I waited about 5 minutes. The first ti.e I asked for a shoe the attendant was quick. The next time I had to wait for 15 minutes to get the attention of some o e to assist me.

I like this place for shoes.

I was the only customer in the store and it took 15 minutes just to get my shoes. The worker also did not check on me, i had to go to him to tell him i didnt want them. Not a word was said to me, not when I walked in, asked for my size, or gave the shoe back. Worst customer service Ive experienced in a while. I was outnumbered by workers and got bad service, so they deserve less than one star.

They were great I came in store 15 minutes before they closed .had to get to pair of shoes for kids. Very helpful no rush kids are happy with their air force one.

Store shut down for 2 weeks with no notice I order an Item to get embroidered that was supposed to be at the store that I couldnt pick up....Mess up my outfit for a Big You Tube event and all they said was sorry....I think Ill order directly from Nike from now on....

The manager Lisa is horrible man. Unprofessional and honestly don’t know why she is a manager. I will be calling corporate on her. She make this store look bad and Champs in general.

Went in with my son and it took forever to get anyone to help us. There were plenty of employees available. When we did get help they more or less just blew us off. Awful customer service.
