Love the music, and atmosphere at this location. A nice friendly employee helped me by holding onto some of my selections so I didn’t have to carry them all. She also made sure to check if I had any discounts before ringing in my purchase. She told me my total and I almost fainted as I didn’t realize I picked out so many. However, due to her professional and helpful nature I opted to not put anything back to soften the blow. Very pleased with this location! Will return!

I just love this store, brings back so many great memories of Movies, shows, games, game systems. My granddaughter loves it also and she is 7. She walks through and can name all the old movies she has seen. Prices are great!

If you need cash for your used electronics, your gonna be disappointed. But store credit is better.

**Be careful what you buy. Bought a fake reproduced game that they sold off as normal. Granted they offered an immediate refund. I still find that for $100 it was bogus that they would even try to sell anything fake to begin with. Which leads me to mistrust them from now on. It’s always hard trying to find legit retro games online. Yet I made the attempt to drive far, just to get duped. Lmao not going back what a waste of gas 👎🏽

Wow!!! This is far and beyond, the most organized Disc Replay I have ever be in and I frequent used games store collecting retro games. It was clean and easy to find what I wanted. Staff was friendly and respectful. I will stop here whenever I am in the area.

This is one of those places that youll either love or hate, Im in the former category but Im deducting a star only because they do not offer any sort of cash refunds, store credit only. I could understand the policy on new merchandise, but the vast majority of their stock is pre-owned so the restriction seems illogical.That relatively minor quibble aside, Disc Replay is a wonderful place to go if youre shopping for video games, consoles, accessories, and movies. They tend to be a bit disorganized but if youre willing to put in the time to browse you can ferret out some real bargains and treasures. Very competitive pricing plus an opportunity to earn 20% off coupons for frequent shoppers. All in all if youre looking for what theyre selling, a worthwhile stop.

Prices can get kind of crazy here but the variety of items they carry and friendly staff definitely make it worth a visit. 4 stars only because of price.

I found the entire True Blood (Seasons 1 thru 5) here. Over time, but eventually people will bring in just about any title you can think of. They have game systems and used games from all systems. Its just a really cool media resale shop and the staff if quite helpful.

Disc Replay is one of the very few records/movies left in existence. Luckily its also one of the best. Reasonably priced collectibles, used movies in perfect condition, BADASS posters, vinyl, video games, ect... The people there are often very knowledgeable about bands, games, and thier merchandise. I love making the trip from Valpo anytime i can just cause its so worth the drive.

If you follow them on social media they post sales regularly and post special items they get in the store.The store is kept clean relative to all the traffic they get (which is alot).I mostly shop here for video games and for the most part you can find a unique selection for mostly every system. Great place for collecting! Be sure to stop in and look around.They also buy used games, movies, gaming systems, etc.

1 star is too many. Honestly been a long time customer at 3 different locations and have never been treated with disrepect from the associates up until today. The guy at the Merrillville location has a very bad attitude problem and horrible customer service. Visited on 5/25/2020 at 6pm and got the worst service ever. I too am an essential employee with no time off and never gave an attitude to any customers nor did I turn them away to tale their business elsewhere. They just reopened Disc replay and they act like they dont want to be there. Get a different job then. I had to take my business elsewhere. Best Buy gladly accepted my business. Thats $500 disc replay lost out on. Not much but every dollar counts in the retail business.

Love this place for DVDs and video games. Theyre used so theyre cheap too. They do buy backs on gently used videos which you can use for store credit or cash. Huge selection and they try to stay organized but some things were out of place.

I have already been in here twice this week. They have such a great selection and it was awesome seeing movies I completely forgot about. They gave a fair amount for the items I was trading in and worked fast on getting it done. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable which is hard to find these days. Even if youre just passing by dont be afraid to stop in.

This is a great place to checkout when looking to fill in gaps in your movie collection. The inventory changes daily so chances are if you cant find something you like on your visit, a subsequent trip may yield more favorable results. The prices are fair and comparable to eBay & Amazon (for the movies & games at least). They also carry vintage video games and systems as well as the current/recent gaming consoles and software. The staff is friendly and helpful. They take trade-ins of your used video games, consoles and movies as well as many electronics.

Disk Replay is very fast at processing your items and theyll give you a very good amount for it, better than most places would. If youre looking for quick cash for your old games this is the best place for it. The In-Store Credit does give you more. I wouldve had $61 if I did the credit, but I needed the cash and got $41. They had good quick, polite service. I do recommend going here over GS(GameStop) or any other store.

The customer service here is trash. Some of the guys act like they do t even want to be there. I’d rather travel to the one in highland because the customer service is better and the selection is better. The selection in Merrillville sucks because no one wants to do business there. They’ll never get another cent of my hard earned money.

Really love the selection of products! (Wish they had more GameCube games, but that’s not really their fault) Only issue is that the employees don’t really seem to care about their job, just wish they were a bit more enthusiastic about the job. But besides that, I love this store so much!!!

Lots of good movies from new to old, they have game consoles, games related toys or collectors

Went to look for a movie on DVD which is somewhat obscure..probably go back to get a different movie on DVD, other than the one they didnt have.

Some how we thought they had more movies. We did pick up a bunch of what they did have. The weird part was some were one price some higher. The only saving grace was the gal on the second visit told us that for every 10 we got a free one.

Great place for discount used games and movies, they have a wide variety of hits old and new. If your looking for low cost entertainment disc replays your one stop shop.

Decent prices on various games, game systems and accessories. The collection of older generation games and DVDS really shines though. You can pre-order new games too which was surprising.

Its kind of like a Gamestop but with a little more variety than just video games. I think they pay a little more for games than Gamestop, but Im not 100% sure about that. However, if youre buying a used game, I am more confident that they have better prices based on my experience looking for PS4 titles.The staff was super friendly and dont constantly breathe down you neck or harp you. Its a very relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience.

I just like going to this place picking up old movies to add to the collection. They have a great selections of retro video games as well. I think this is one of my favorite stores to go to when your looking for something to do. Grab a movie and go chill with some friends or your lady.

The employees are so helpful, there were scrathes on my nephews disc and the lady took the time to fix each one for him... I definitely will come back.

Descent selection of games and movies for everyone. But the one thing that had bothered me is how all of the figures and collectibles are very hard to get a look at without asking for help every minute. I think remodeling the store so the collectibles are more accessible would be great.
