Stopped in to check this place out and was pleasantly surprised. We only got coffee/tea but it was great. A coffee place that looks and taste better then the regular Starbucks. They also have food that we yet to try.Definitely recommend the place.

Best place to grab a bagel in Merrimack. Service is always really nice and really quick. The prices cant be beat either. They recently redid the outside and inside of the place so it looks really nice and modern and clean. Hope this place stays in business a long long time.

Wonderful spot in Merrimack for a coffee and food. Excellent service! Everything from scones to full wraps/sandwiches. I’m no coffee aficionado, but I know when I’m drinking a good cup and I’ve found it here consistently. Would highly recommend whether you’re looking for a routine spot or just passing through.

I love this cafe! The ambiance makes you want to stay for a while and enjoy a book or the company of a friend. The food is amazing, stopping to get a morning breakfast sandwich is often the highlight of my day. I feel like there’s room to grow with the coffee menu but I could be misinterpreting it as the coffee menu isn’t written anywhere it’s in the minds of the baristas

If you have not tried blocks and cream cheese in the bagel you dont know what youre missing. I recommend if youve never tried it before go to hot rise and let them know that their favorite locks and bagel customer sent you and I have their reuben sandwich at lunch time is delicious also and this salad looks scrumptious!

My team at work love their bagels so I bring them in almost every Friday. Fresh bagels, fast service, and great coffee. They have more than just bagels. Their banana bread is fantastic.

The Hot Rize Cafe is located right off the highway in Merrimack. Their specialty is breakfast, but they do offer lunch items typical to a cafe. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and traditional breakfast items are all available. The atmosphere is almost rustic with book shelves and a beautiful hardwood floor with an exposed beam ceiling. I had their sausage, egg, and cheese on their jalapeno cheddar bagel. It was amazing and their nitro cold brew coffee finished great with breakfast. Overall a pleasing experience and a great price. My wife and Is breakfast came to 16 dollars for 2 bagels, and coffee.

Had an asiago bagel right out of the oven with cream cheese and salmon. It was probably the most delicious bagel sandwich Ive had. Bread was cheesy. Salmon was fresh. Not skimpy on the cream cheese. Flavored coffee was good. I didnt go inside (hubby did) so I cant talk about the service, but it was fast.

The menus are difficult to navigate and Zach at the register was neither helpful nor friendly. I couldnt locate the drink menu, and was struggling to figure out what to order, and he just stared at me. Finally I said that I was new to the restaurant and was looking for the drink menu. He pointed to a paper sign next to the register and rattled off a bunch of drinks like I was blind for not having seen it. I apologized for inconveniencing him, which he ignored. I ended up purchasing a baked good instead of ordering the sandwich I wanted because I didnt understand the menu but didnt want to ask any more questions because I was uncomfortable with the attitude I was receiving. My mocha latte tasted burnt, but the woman who served it to me was very pleasant and she is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Based on my experience, I got the strong sensation that Hot Rize is really only for townie locals and regulars and they have no interest in gaining new customers.

Tried this place for the first time. Ive driven by it a bunch of times and Ive always wanted to stop in. We got some lattes and bagels and wow the bagels were super tasty! Cant wait to try more

Ive been going here since I was in high school and its only gotten better, best place in town, amazing iced lattes, I always get a bacon and sausage egg and cheese on a French toast bagel and something about the sweet French toast and the salty bacon, the creamy cheese melted over a perfectly cooked egg, cant leave out the sausage hahaa everything here is amazing thank you so much for years of smiles added to my life !!!

One of my favorite family-owned locations in Merrimack New Hampshire. Bagels are fresh, lots of great for breakfast and lunch and friendly service with a smile. Many folks that come there are regulars and the owners actually make an effort to get to know people and chat with them. Old fashioned Hospitality you dont find many places these days. Stop in and grab a cup of coffee and a bagel, you wont be sorry.

Hot Rize has been satisfying the hunger of our family since the first days they opened... The owners are lovely folks that are gracious and create quality cafe and dining offerings at a good price. Try the Mexican sandwich/wrap, my favorite!

I usually go to starbucks every morning, but they have all the NH stores have been closed for the last 2 mornings because of minor snowfall. I was first unhappy about this but it was a blessing in disguise because I stopped here this morning. Coffee is comparable but the muffin was still warm from the oven and fantastic! You have a new customer, my only issue is that your largest ice coffee cup is too small, can you get a bigger one?

For a fairly modern, somewhat hip cafe I would have expected at least one or two gluten free options. When I asked, I was told there was nothing. The egg sandwiches my family ordered were good but we watched them cook the eggs in a microwave.

Usually always an amazing experience until they hired this one employee. Normally I would chalk it up to a bad day but with this female with bright red nails is constantly giving attitude not only to us customers but now to fellow employees. As a manager what I witnessed today was my last straw. She was so rude and disrespectful to the nice gentleman with the blue hair. No one should be treated like that in there work place and Im sad to see this is the face of Hotrize.

The bagels are so good! Big, moist and perfect texture on the inside. These bagels are just right! I love the ambiance too, has for place, built in book cases, comfy couches and a bunch of tables. They also have bagel sandwiches and tons of coffee. Few tea selections, but enough to satisfy. Best bagel Ive had is the French toast with Maple Walnut cream cheese. So good!

Really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich- could definitely tell everything was made fresh for the order. Also was able to get an egg bagel, which have been hard to find at other bagel shops in the area. It was a bit busy, but considering it was a Sunday morning, I didnt have to wait long for a table to open up for a sit down breakfast.

We live out of town but everytime we visit my sister I ask if we can go here for breakfast. From their breakfast sandwiches to their homemade muffins & breads, to their bagels they cant be beat. A modern Cafe with a country atmosphere adds flavour to their good menu.

This place is one of my go tos The food is fresh and everyone who works there is very nice and accommodating. The menu has great options. My favorites are the Ultimate Salad with Chicken Salad on top and the Sausage Egg and Cheese on a Plain Bagel. YUM. The flavored coffee and flavored cream cheese are also two things to try at some point!!

I have eaten here three times, and it has been consistently tasty. The staff has been courteous and are knowledgeable about the menu.They bill themselves as a coffee house, but they have a good selection of panini and wraps for either lunch or dinner.

Bagels are small, nothing special and coffee is also nothing special. Breakfast sandwiches, at least the ones Ive ordered, are Dunkin Donuts quality and popped right into the microwave. I was served a bagel the last time in [and swore to myself it would be the last time] that had a soured cream cheese on it. Brought it to the owners attention, and though she did agree and tossed it/made another, it was the fact that they served that all morning and no one noticed that didnt sit well with me. You can get similar to better food quality anywhere else at half the cost.

Best coffee shop around. The owner takes the time to get to know regulars names and orders and the staff is always friendly and quick. The menu has something for everyone and all items can be catered to please individual tastes. The decor, overhead music, and offering of the daily papers gives the place a laid back and inviting atmosphere.

If you havent tasted the bagels or sandwiches here, you are missing out. This is perhaps the best bagel place in Southern New Hampshire. I brought them to my coworkers several times and they were equally delighted!

Very clean, family operated breakfast shop. Prices were better than expected given the atmosphere. Very pleasant employees and given the amount of customers the time I visited the service was quick and accurate. You can expect the typical selection of breakfast sandwiches along with a large of assortment of different flavor bagels.

Have been going here for years! Excellent food (made fresh), friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Very busy on weekends (for good reason) and one of those hot spots to the locals. Outside seating also available during the warmer months.
