Everything so fresh, not like buying chocolate from a supermarket (which has been on shelf god knows how long) also variety is overwhelming, they have all different flavors you can not find in supermarkets. You may end up buying more than what you are plan on 😁

Great chocolate shop for Lindy chocolates. Usually has a good deal on make your own gift bag of truffles during the holidays. Ask for the hot chocolate and they make it by melting 4 truffles into a cup.

I love Lindt chocolate and they have some promotion going on all the time. The place is also conveniently located in an outlet mall

The chocolate is to die for! I heartily recommend the truffle balls. Amazing and in a ton of different flavors. Nice shop that is very clean and well organized. Courteous and helpful staff.

Amazing chocolates and very accommodating staff

I will NEVER go in this or any other Lindt store again. What a rip off! I know they jack the price but they are ridiculous. And this is in an outlet mall, I thought outlets were supposed to be cheaper? The cashier weighed my chocolates twice on 2 different scales. The first scale at the register came up with a price of $9.26 then she quickly turned around and weighed them on another scale and upped my cost to $10. I know not a huge different but it’s the principle of it. I couldn’t have even had a pound of candies. So I called her on it and she rambled off about something like it’s per piece price, then why did you weigh it twice and charge me the higher of the prices? Sounds like a scam to me. Then I put my card in the machine which forced me to put my pin in (which I don’t like to do) I could not bypass it. Then she hands me a receipt that I also have to sign! Are you kidding me?? Never again.

Good chocolates. Deplorable staff. Unfortunately got a bit of a racist vibe from the girl who was working there yesterday. Seemed pretty clear by the way she treated the other white customers and me. 5 stars for the chocolates and 0 for the people who work there. 0/5 . Probably my last time going there.

They overcharged me for my purchase. I didnt realize it until after I swipped my card, but I brought it to the cashiers attention before leaving the register. He didnt know how to do a refund, because Lindt has a strict no refunds policy. The manager finally came over and blamed it on the cashier for not getting the in-store promo applied. He was unapologetic and said sometimes things happen. He processed a refund, so I thought. I signed the slip and went on my way. 2 months later and I still havent seen the refund on my credit card statement. I live too far away to return to the store and the Lindt company hasnt been any help thus far.

The best place to buy Lindt. They usually have the best offers when you buy in Bulk. Most of the times they have BOGO offers which are really worth the price

It is the only place where I find Lindt Nutella chocolate cream, which by the way does not have palm oil.They also have good prices with offers all year round, but this last Black Friday I was disappointed that I had nothing special.
