Today I attempted to return a pair of shoes and the clerk made to feel like I was trying to get away with something! I purchased the shoes on line at a sale price, probably around $60.00 and they were fine but realized they were not wear and would just sit in my closet. So I never even tried them on and filed the receipt as I knew they were going back. Naturally I could not find the receipt so I checked online as to the return policy which stated that refunds would be in the manner of original purchase. Which in my case was a debit card.The clerk very authoritatively told me, without a receipt, I would get store credit. Ithen asked if I showed the card I used could she confirm purchase and she quickly said oh no,! She then examined the shoes repeatedly, so much so that I asked what she was looking for and she was unable to specifically show me, but asked another employee who said they are fine. She then said that I would get a credit for 19.98 that was the lowest price the shoes were sold. I then took my shoes thanked her and left but I really think she was taking this return personally, she did not want me leave a satisfied customer. I really think I was deliberately given incorrect information! Just checked online, and I can purchase the same shoes today for $79.99, so I find it hard to believe I could have gotten these shoes for $19.98!In closing I have always been satisfied with Bass. I have worn there loafers for the last 50 years!

I purchased a large amount online and had to exchange it for different sizes. Briged being a newer employee tried very hard to call several stores and help out. Julie was phenomenal and I can see why she is the boss! Excellent customer service and will definitely return!

Always like the Bass outlet. Unlike most of the outlets, their sales are actually SALES. Their product is typically very good quality, underrated in my opinion, and when stuff is marked down its actually a great buy. So many of these outlets are not really outlets, sadly.

Hands down on of the best shoes store in the outlet mall. Great prices, really good collection, and even better customer service. They also sell clothes but I mostly go there for the shoes.

Ordered on 12/22 Paid for expedited shipping, clearly stating on their website delivery by 12/24/19. On 12/24/19 got a notice delivery postponed till 12/26/19. So I call ask for a shipping refund, after all standard usps could deliver it in that amount of time, the guy flat out told me, sorry but thats how our system works. So you advertise delivery by 12/24 to get us to upgrade, then say sorry you got scammed after the fact. Very unethical tactic to raise revenue. For $20 bucks you lost a long time customer who shops very regularly in your stores. Hope it was worth the $20 bucks.

Has been my favorite store since I found out about them a few years ago. Great selection and friendly staff. However dealing with seasonal employees has been a subpar experience this past two years. Had an employee pack our newly bought clothes into a shopping bag like stuffing a gabage bag, with hangers and all.. Operating cash register with constant distraction while chatting up with people coming and going, which would be fine if they didnt make mistakes in the process.. Had to come back once for an exchange and the experience was similar. A simple exchange was painful and took way too long. Friendly people.. Just wish they had better training. But I guess that is some what expected(?).. We will try to avoid winter seasons from now on.

The sale thats on is way out of the world. You will not regret visiting Bass.

They sell good quality shoes unfortunately they didnt have what I was looking for so I didnt make any purchases but I would stop there again
