We were here today, Columbus Day, and this store was closed without any sign, website says they are open till 8. We took the round for the outlet thinking staff may have gone for the break. When we returned there was sign for “ Be back soon”. We waited 20-30 minutes, nobody opened the store. Like us many people came and were frustrated and had to go back .. thiis is frustrating to come from far to the outlet to only find that store is closed and website says otherwise

So many great clothes and the customer service is amazing! All the workers were very kind and helpful.

I when to PacSun and looked around and ended up finding one pair of sweatpants it took me over 30 minutes in line just to check out. Mind you there was only one cashier working the other three girls were just standing around eating and drinking and doing nothing. When a customer approached the girls and asked why they weren’t doing anything they replied rudely that they were and then when she asked why the cash register was closed to they said it wasn’t turned on. Then proceeded to tell said customer that they didn’t have to buy anything and could leave.

Cashier would not give me the buy one get one free deal on the sale items. I dont know why, the sale was posted every where on the store but she refused.

The two girls working were very rude to my friend and I, Clearly laughing at us as we passed by and continued to whisper to each other the entire time we were in the store.

Went in to buy some summer clothes because I’m going on vacation soon and everyone was super helpful! There was a girl with bangs and guy with glasses working and they helped me find everything I needed, a one stop shop if I may. The girl with the bangs was very nice with helping me into the fitting room and ringing me out! The guy with the glasses gave me many options for bathing suits and tank tops that were on sale in the back! Would definitely come back!

Surprised at some of the reviews here! Had a good visit when I came in.

I went in the store and the employees were complaining to each other about costumers touching items because they have to put them back. Not trying to be rude I can understand why that’s aggravating but as a customer I felt uncomfortable picking up items to try on. I went to ask an employee if I could try on a bathing suit and he let me in the fitting room and said “If u take the liner off u buy it”. I have tried on many bathing suits and know not to take it off but I felt that his comment was rude and unnecessary

Amazing store, super helpful employees. They were understaffed when we went but still so courteous. Store is kept clean and the music is poppin.

I went Black Friday shopping and they had a lot of clothing stocked up, the store is relatively normal sized not to small but not very big, the employees seemed nice and weren’t very distracted, I got some great deals thanks to the man at the cash register

Walked in today with my friend and all of the employees were sitting at the counter and laughing at us. we were stared at the whole time while browsing through the store . left shorty after entering. felt very uncomfortable the whole time :(

I went on last Wednesday and the employees were very rude and not helpful whatsoever. They really make u feel like you just don’t belong there. They didn’t ask if I needed help Or anything. They were too busy trying to figure what food they are going to eat for lunch. Overall very disappointed and not going back .

This staff is probably one of the most laziest and rudest people i have ever met! I’ve been to this store multiple times because i like Pacsun clothing but believe me i avoid this location as much as i can. I walked in a few times no one has greeted me and once i start looking around managers AND employees pull out their phone and just chat at the register and dont offer anyone help. WORST management ever. Really wish Pacsun could do better.

Rudest staff ever! Especially the blonde guy is rude and impolite, and the blonde girl with the hair band is cold.

Extremely childish employees, very unprofessional work environment. They keep track of how often employees go to the bathroom. As well as having managers that stay clocked in on company time to go get haircuts as well as engage in promiscuous activities with people who have families.

Quality clothing and usually at a good price
