The drive through pharmacy speaker is very hard to communicate through. The audio is distorted and quiet, and I have good hearing. I cant imaging what it would be like for an elderly or hearing impaired customer.
CVS is a rip off. My insurance agent told me I am being over charged on my med D insurance. For example my methotrexate should on cost me $35 a month and they charge $48 a month. There are a lot of other things I take that they over charge for. They also miss label things and then try to explain it away. I can never get safety needles even though my insurance covers it. They give me cheap needles that come off in my leg. I will never shop there again and you should be careful too.
Badly stocked. Employee offered help and kept coming too close, even when I was walking backwards. I bought a box of very expensive rubber gloves that break at nothing, total waste of money. PPE is all over the store, not all in one area, you have to walk around to find it.
I would rate higher but the experience at check out with Meredith was very disappointing. I was 2nd in line for the self checkout to have her come up to me and tell me you know there are 2 lanes right? When I simple looked at the person standing in front of me, she went up to them and said the same thing citing a divider as the reason for not seeing it.I went to check out and checked to see if I had a cvs rewards card, when it didnt pull up with my number I called for help. I told her I wanted to sign up for a card. She told me to enter my phone number on the screen. When I told her I did and I wished to sign up for one I was told rudely that this cant be done at the self checkout. (Side note currently at least this cvs is asking everyone use the self checkout for as many transactions as possible.)I signed up for the card, during this exchange Meredith kept pulling down her mask and never once had it covering her nose. She was rude and off putting in explaining that now I could use my phone number -as she said you know the one you just gave me- for further transactions etc.Just a bit off-putting for a lot of things.
I’m sharing 5 Stars because while I was looking for a specific first aid item an employee was extremely helpful and made me feel like I was important. I wish I got her name because she was very sweet and walked with me as she was helping me find something. And may I add that she came up to me and asked if she could help me and I’m very pleased with the service I received from this place tonight. I hope this employee gets noticed and appreciated as much as I appreciated her tonight. She even went the extra mile and said “I hope you feel better!” She saw the burn on my hand i was in there for and proceeded to tell me a story on how she used to get burned often at her last job and how she was happy that she can relate to somebody. She was wearing a sweater with a Tigger on the back and had dark brown hair. CVS Merrimack, I hope you appreciate this employee because I sure do! Thanks again for being a convenient place for me to go to!
I came in with a strange toothpaste question and the associate, Dustin, put down his stocking task and was eager to help! He showed me all of my options and really helped me find what i needed. Unfortunately, cvs didnt carry what i need, but dustin was amazing in offering alternative solutions and ideas of where to get what i needed. It was much more help then i expected to recieve recieve and i really appreciate it!
Every single time I ever used the CVS pharmacy in Merrimack,NH I had a negative experience. From the man that is rude and laughed at me for forgetting the name of my prescription to the woman (who has brownish short hair, middle aged and is always there whenever I go) who has an attitude problem, never smiles, and acts like all her customers are a bother to her. I will never go here again and am so thankful to have had other amazing experiences with different CVS pharmacies.
One star is to generous for this pharmacy. I seriously question their compatancy to fill prescriptions. My last three visits I was given wrong prescriptions. I think the state needs to pay them a visit with the board of pharmacy. Something is really wrong here. The wait is also ridiculous it takes on average a wait time of an hour to just drop off a prescription. I had a prescription called by my doctor yesterday at three pm that she wanted me to start same day its now 26 hours later and my prescription is still not ready! This store needs to be shut down for safety reasons.
Pharmacy is horrible. The older blonde female pharmacy tech that works here took a coupon I had from the makers of my prescription. It helps out a lot with price seeing as I pay a lot for my doctors visit. She took it the first time I used it and I should have kept it after the fact but I left it there, that was my mistake. I went the next month to fill my script expecting them to have that coupon on file as it didnt expire until much later in the year. She lied and said it was expired and when I asked to see the coupon to verify she said she threw it out. She could not prove to me it was expired and most likely did it to knock my copay back up to $75. The coupon brought it down to $15.
Pharmacy does not deliver. I keep finding that my prescriptions are never ready when they claim they will be ready. I have one that was supposed to be ready 6 hours ago and one that that was supposed to be ready 2 days ago. Now Im here having to wait at least 15 minutes for it (probably longer).
This is my go to pharmacy for all my needs. Im there on a weekly basis and have to say Pam and Cheri are truly remarkable, extremely helpful and friendly.
You drop a prescription to be filled and they ask when do you want to pick it up I say is 2 hours ok they say yes I go back at that time they say it’s not ready need another 25 mins And will expedite it I go back 30 mins later they say not ready need another 25 mins, seriously this place is terrible
Having cptsd is nerve wracking in itself. The male pharmacist has absolutely no knowledge or insight on what big pharma companies want him to push ...he makes it very clear. He was out of my cptsd med which happens of course so I asked when it would be available and he said,” I don’t know, whenever it comes in I have no idea, it could be days or weeks. ( mind you his job is to know these things as it could have been worse)Now mind you with out this I have non epileptic seizures and horrible flashbacks, and so much more unfortunately. Normally when this has happened when I used to go to Rite Aid when I was in Massachusetts they said it would be here the next day or refer me to any pharmacy that had it or gave me some to hold me over till they could fill it. That wasn’t the case here . He literally had no idea🤷🏻♂️..... I was calling doctors like crazy trying to figure out what to do after 4 Days of seizures having nothing etc. Found my solution to my problem,.... switched to Osco pharmacy in Shaw’s where they treat you like family and actually know what they are talking about and everything was right as rain😳🙏
Abul makes the pharmacy a 5 Star!
This place is very slow and not help full at all I sat here for a hr and they said it would be done in 15 so Im not coming back here no more
Pharmacist is a D-bag. Rude
