We have used Independent Marble & Granite in our prior home and our new home. They remove the prior countertop and replace it with precision. They are friendly, well priced, and I highly recommend them. They offer three different sink sizes, shown below. We have had great luck with the acorn size - it really opens up the counter space and is large enough to not lose any function.

Independent Marble & Granite did a great job installing granite in two of our kitchens. They were there on time and had the granite installed in a timely manner. Independent Marble & Granite had the best prices around. They have a showroom and slabs of marble and granite that you can look at outside. This was a very positive experience.

Independent Marble and Granite are amazing and do superb job. We did not directly hire them but were contracted out by the kitchen remodel and design center that we hired. Phil and his crew are very knowledgeable, highly experienced, very professional, and their quality of work exceeded our expectations. Phil was very accommodating in scheduling a convenient time that met my schedule to visit their location to plotted out the cuts in the quartzite and I relied on his guidance in what would give the best look. The results were spectacular. We went with a Super White First Choice quartzite counter tops and they look absolutely amazing, giving it that white/gray marble effect we were looking for, and edging detail work they did on the island counter is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for fabricator/installer of granite/marble/quartz[ite].

We used the team at Independent as a sub in a kitchen remodel done for us by Granite State Cabinetry. These guys were great. They were on time, polite, helpful and communicative. Communicating is key for us. With too many contractors, it feels like you have to chase them down and then when you finally catch up with them, you never quite feel like you get a firm/straight answer. That is not the case here.We visited their location, plotted out the cuts in the granite and relied heavily on their guidance in what would give the best look. The results were spectacular. We get regular compliments on the stonework in the kitchen from our guests.They also did a great job at removing our old granite which we were able to reuse at a friends house. They pulled it out carefully and placed it out of the way in the backyard until our friend could pick it up.I definitely recommend that you give them a call if you are shopping around for a fabricator/installer. Also, ask about their bookend edge. We used it on their recommendation and it is a great detail that separates our stonework from the standard bullnose that everyone else uses.

Nice granite and stone shop. We ended up going with someone else who has a remnant in the floor I wanted, but those folks were professional, helpful, and responsive.

Great place to find remnants of granite and Cambria for smaller projects (like bathrooms.) Staff is very congenial.

Independent Marble and Granite have done all my granite kitchen counter tops and vanities for years on the new construction homes I have built in Derry, Londonderry and Windham NH . They are the best there is from start to finish . Phil, Glen, Wendy and everyone else in their shop are all top notch.
