The manager is the rudest customer service agent I have ever met. I asked her a total of 2 questions and she couldnt have been more rude or uninterested in helping.

Got a great deal on a dutch oven that was on sale, but got it home and realized they had scuffed the bottom at the store. They stacked the pots on the display table so that the rough edge around the bottom pot scuffed up the base of the one above it. I had asked for one that wasnt on display, but they said this was the only one left. I didnt think to check the bottom. You can get great cookware here, but just make sure you check it from top to bottom before purchasing a display item.

I love this place! You can get discount Le Creuset products here. Keep in mind the Dutch ovens are still expensive, but they are cheaper than retail usually. Also, certain colors maybe more discounted so you can decide whether color or price is more important for you.
