We had an amazing experience shopping experience shopping for new Bose lifestyle 650 and I end up also getting the Bose hear phones. Max the manager was ultra helpful and suggested the 24 month interest free credit which also was amazing. Trevor spent time showing me the 650 and the hear phones. Very helpful and highly suggest plus no sales tax.

Went in to check out TV soundbars...I wasnt interested in spending the $$ for the top of the line with the sub woofer, salesperson pointed me at a stack of factory refurbished Solo 5s which were on sale at the time, I had reservations about buying a factory refurbished unit...bought it anyway, and I was amazed that when I opened it looked like it had never been touched! Works great, very happy with it, Ill be back to buy more factory refurbished items!

The staff are very impressed with themselves, and while the sign quality is second to none, so are the prices. Unless youre a serious audiophile or looking for lab grade sound gear, just keep walking. Dont get me wrong, the gear sounds incredible, but at those prices Id be 10% of the way to a car. You have to be incredibly serious about sound to buy here. To me, and this is a personal choice, I dont love that extra 20% better sound to pay 200% more for it.

This will be a bit lengthy, so please bear with me. Although Bose is not the only audio company I buy from, they are my primary source, and this is one of the better stores in the area; the location is spacious and clean, the associates are friendly, and the service is generally good. Having purchased many Bose products over the years (from SoundDocks to 301s, and everything in between), my purchase decisions generally weigh more on the experience or convenience than the products, since I’m already more than familiar with their offerings.My most recent visit began with a phone call - I rang the store to enquire about demos and availability for the 161, 151, and 251 speakers. These are more niche products, but are all still available and many stores like Best Buy do stock or ship them. The 161s are lower volume products these days, but the 151 and 251 are some of their most popular environmental speakers still offered, so my decision would really come down to availability and perhaps value. The associate I initially spoke with (I believe Alex was his name, if I remember correctly) told me they didn’t have any and that they were discontinued. When I clarified that they were still shown on the website and were available at other retailers (albeit in more inconvenient locations), he was quite shocked.Following that conversation, I called the Burlington store and spoke with James. I asked about the 151s and 251s and got an immediate response of both were in stock, and while the 151s weren’t on demo, the 251s were and he could hold a pair for me, if I wanted. I thanked him and politely declined making a final decision because I wanted to drop in at Merrimack to confirm Alex’s original statements.When I arrived, I saw the 151 and 251 speakers on display and sitting right on the shelves in multiple colors. Another associate, Trevor, approached and offered his assistance as I made my decision. I explained my existing setup and the purpose for the purchase and he indicated that the 151s would be more in line with the sound signature of the 201 bookshelf speakers in a weatherproofed package and the 251s would be similar to the 301s I currently used. He also pointed out that both were more capable than the 161s I use as rear satellites, so both the 151s and 251s would be better suited to being the primary speakers in my downsized setup.I ended up choosing the 151s based on Trevor’s advice and the more value-oriented price. So far they’ve been performing very well, they are certainly beefier than my 161s and more neutral than my 301s. They’re currently running in parallel with the 161s in a makeshift home theater setup while the 301s are now dedicated to music listening in a different room.To surmise the experience, it was all very good except for my brief conversation with Alex. He was very friendly but he wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products on offer, and he didn’t take the time to look up the inventory either. If it had been more convenient, I would have likely chosen the Burlington store for this purchase - James was extremely helpful and very concise, but ultimately the convenience factor won out. I’m happy that my purchase did go well and I was able to work with Trevor and other knowledgeable associates in the store, but I do wish the location would ensure that all employees were trained to ask for help or redirect to others if they didn’t know the answer to a customer’s question, rather than guessing or assuming incorrectly.It’s a minor complaint, but I do hope the staff see this. Otherwise I’m very impressed with the usual service and consistency. I will be back in the future for more purchases.

Very friendly staff. Was there for an exchange. Bought a defective factory renewed wave that wouldnt up date. They exchanged it for a new one and didnt charge me the difference out of courtesy that I lived so far from the store. Would definitely return for future purchases

Beside having very excellent sound products, Bose employs very knowledgeable and courteous sales personnel. It is a joy to walk into their store in Merrimack, NH.

Top of the line sound system, very High prices

I went in to the store to exchange a product that couldn’t play music. My earbuds was still within the thirty day warranty. I was greeted by welcoming staff. The staff agreed and went to give me a new earbud. Right when I was about to leave, I was stopped by an employee, Katherine H, claiming that I had bought a counterfeit earbud. When she pressed me about warranty I gave her a store. She went and checked for a while and called Bose to confirm my product wasn’t a counterfeit. I had bought it from an authorized retailer and had the information to prove it. This caused me to spend over 20 minutes here.

Is not factory discounted, that is for sure, but, they do have nice Bose stuff

WOW! These guys are best! AAA+++ can not say enough GREAT things, about the store and the people. They make the whole experience WONDERFUL. Yes the product is pricy, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Go to the BIG box stores and then go here, there treatment that you receive you will not beleive. No pressure, and they know their stuff when it comes to the BOSE products.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The manager threatened my handicapped father who was simply trying to wait for me to arrive with a different credit card. We had our purchase on the counter and walked away without buying anything. Total jerks.

Picked up the SoundTouch 30. In addition to the legendary Bose sound, its a great way to play all your music. I mean everything. Link your Amazon music, Pandora, TuneIn.. whatever. Bluetooth or right through Wi-Fi. Genius. Save $50 and get factory refurbished.

When it comes to the sound, BOSE is always the best and when it comes to deals in BOSE sounds, this is the go to shop.

I have a set of Bose noise cancelling headphones and a set of Bose Bluetooth headphones, I love them both.

Expensive, but no more expensive than buying Bose anywhere else. Good low-pressure sales staff.
